Well, I got up from my nap to a bit of excitement. Had 2 cats watching something at the big back window of the family room, overlooking the patio. It was a rather large snake that was trapped and writhing between the glass and the damaged screen. I went outside to pop the screen frame out of the window bracket… Read more »

What do you guys think about Ted Cruz voting for the TPA?
Just more confirmation for me that not voting at all is the only thing that satisfies my conscience.

Thank you so much for your kind anniversary wishes. On countless anniversaries we’d wonder if the 50th was attainable, and here it is. By the Lord’s grace.

Congratulations, Adee and spouse! 50 is the BIG ONE!
The Tarantella is similar to other wedding dances in different cultures. Jews have a very similar dance where the groom sits in a chair and is carried up high to the center of the room. They say these dances originated in ancient Greece.
This is a video of the Italian wedding song with people dancing the Tarantella. The song is C’e La Luna Mezz’o Mare or There’s the Moon in the Middle of the Sea. You’ve all heard it, but I bet you didn’t know how raunchy the lyrics are. last verse: Oh Mama, pisce fritte bacala! Oh Mama, pisce fritte bacala! My… Read more »
Adee Congrats on your anniversary! Hubby and his mother snuck into our house in the early hours on our anniversary and tied up a red, heart-shaped balloon to every chair, stair pole, etc. in sight. One for each year. It was quite touching and probably the most romantic thing he’s done. I woke up to a forest of red balloons.… Read more »

Ann Coulter is the vice president in Sharknado 3.
SHABBAT SHALOM, Y’all!
View of a wardog.
This is a great parody of one of Sunshine’s favorite songs.
Here’s the thing:
I’m for Free Trade. Every Conservative should be.
I’m for Checks and Balances.
Every American should be.
TPA provides both.
We can’t let the wheels of commerce fall off the wagon just because we don’t like the guy driving it on this leg of the journey.
