Monday Margins Open Comments

I found this interesting article about things found in the margins of books copied tediously by monks. (I can’t think of anything worse than copying a text by hand and then making a mistake on the last line.) I can visualize the brothers, copying text onto papyrus by the sunlight through a window until dusk brings and end to the day’s labors. How painstakingly they must have toiled at their tasks! At least one of them agrees:

Writing is excessive drudgery. It crooks your back, it dims your sight, it twists your stomach.

And this leads to comments like these:

New parchment, bad ink; I say nothing more.

That’s a hard page and weary work to read it.

Let the reader’s voice honor the writer’s pen.

This page has not been written very slowly.

This parchment is hairy.

Thank God it will soon be dark.

Oh my hand.

Now I’ve written the whole thing: for Christ’s sake give me a drink.

As the harbor is welcome to the sailor, so is the last line to the scribe.

Some of the medieval monks were a little more, well, inappropriate with their illustrations. Venture here at your own risk. You have been warned.
Marginalia was practiced by Mark Twain and Nelson Mandela. What will become of marginalia in our high-tech world of bits and bytes and pixels? The pleasure of a well-bound book, with the wonders of the world and the spirit of man, are fast becoming the victims of tablets and “the cloud”. Well-written prose is being replaced by Twitter text and phone text abbreviations. Curling up with a good book is being replaced by lounging with a screen. And marginalia, those traces of thoughts left behind in books as they are pondered, will be harder to save.
I have an aversion for writing in books, but since I use my Bible as manual and don’t intend to get rid of it, I have no problem leaving marginalia in there. In my Bible I’ve made notes to remind myself of things I want to remember for later. What will those scribbled notes mean to my children after I’ve gone on? What will those bits of memory tell my grandchildren about me? Or am I doing a little too much naval gazing here?
And one last parting shot from a monk from many, many years ago:

Now I’ve written the whole thing: for Christ’s sake give me a drink.

ABC continues to provide cover for Ds at the expense of honest journalism.

HEADLINE: ABC Gives Sen. Menendez Six Minute Interview With No Questions About FBI’s Hooker Investigation

On Friday it was revealed that the FBI is investigating Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) for allegedly sleeping with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic.
Despite this, when Menendez was given a six-minute interview with Martha Raddatz on ABC’s This Week Sunday, he was not asked one question about the investigation or the allegations (commentary follows with full transcript at end of post):

This is as far as most low info voters get; coverage from ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, PMSNBC. While we are all aware that the LSM is flagrantly biased in favor of Ds, the bulk of the low info voters are not. Advertising/propaganda works, it changes behavior and it changes perceptions on the vast majority of people. It will continue to work unless and until there is an exposure to the fraud coupled with the presentation of the truth. Messaging is extremely important, and the R leadership seems to be clueless on this aspect. Hopefully the Rs in the next prez debate will have the good sense to not allow hyper partisans like Bob Schieffer or Martha Ratsazz or whomever to ‘moderate’ the debates again. They need to attack the blatant double standard each and every time it happens.

But the party’s main problem, dozens of Republican National Committee members argued in interviews over three days this week, is who delivers its message and how, not the message itself. Overwhelmingly they insisted that substantive policy changes aren’t the answer to last year’s losses.

I have a much better registration scheme: How about registering all the convicted felons who are unable to ever be in possession of a firearm? If they are ever caught in possession of a firearm they go straight to jail.
This will take the blame off the pencil for the misspelled word and put it exactly where it belongs. This registry should be accessible by any beat cop with a computer; if they can do a license check, they can check this registry as well.
Just keep track of the terds and leave the rest of us the wiss alone.

SABOTAGE! KEY IRANIAN NUCLEAR FACILITY HIT?

An explosion deep within Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility has destroyed much of the installation and trapped about 240 personnel deep underground, according to a former intelligence officer of the Islamic regime.
The previously secret nuclear site has become a center for Iran’s nuclear activity because of the 2,700 centrifuges enriching uranium to the 20-percent level. A further enrichment to weapons grade would take only weeks, experts say.
    /snip
According to a source in the security forces protecting Fordow, an explosion on Monday at 11:30 a.m. Tehran time rocked the site, which is buried deep under a mountain and immune not only to airstrikes but to most bunker-buster bombs. The report of the blast came via Hamidreza Zakeri, formerly with the Islamic regime’s Ministry of Intelligence and National Security,
The blast shook facilities within a radius of three miles. Security forces have enforced a no-traffic radius of 15 miles, and the Tehran-Qom highway was shut down for several hours after the blast, the source said. As of Wednesday afternoon, rescue workers had failed to reach the trapped personnel.
The site, about 300 feet under a mountain, had two elevators which now are out of commission. One elevator descended about 240 feet and was used to reach centrifuge chambers. The other went to the bottom to carry heavy equipment and transfer uranium hexafluoride. One emergency staircase reaches the bottom of the site and another one was not complete. The source said the emergency exit southwest of the site is unreachable.
The regime believes the blast was sabotage and the explosives could have reached the area disguised as equipment or in the uranium hexafluoride stock transferred to the site, the source said. The explosion occurred at the third centrifuge chambers, with the high-grade enriched uranium reserves below them.

This is a WND story, however, the amount of specific detail causes me to place a bit more credence to it. How could this amount of detail be known unless there was a real good source?
Let’s just say that I am not in the least bit upset that the goat-rapers in Iran are having extreme difficulty achieving their obvious objective of NUKES.

At the end of this article from DEBKAfiles is another reference to the explosion at the Iranian Nuke facility (#31 above).

Meanwhile in Iran itself, the Fordo underground uranium enrichment plant was again reported targeted for sabotage, according to an unconfirmed report published by Reza Kahlil, who is described as a former Iranian Revolutionary Guards officer who worked under cover as a double agent for the CIA until he escaped to the United States.
Kahlil reported that at 11:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 21, the day before Israel’s general elections, a large explosion occurred 100 meters deep inside the underground plant, trapping 240 nuclear staff in the third centrifuge chamber. Among them, he said, were Iranian and Ukrainian technicians.
There was no information about casualties or the extent of damage to the 2,700 centrifuges which have been turning out 20-percent enriched uranium.
Khalil cited his source as Hamidreza Zakeri, a former Iranian Intelligence Ministry agent, who said the regime believes the blast was sabotage and the explosives could have reached the area disguised by the CIA as equipment imported for the site or defective machinery.
None of the information about an explosion at Fordo has been verified either by US officials or regime sources in Tehran.
Thursday, Jan. 24, Israel’s Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz and Military Intelligence Director Maj. Gen. Aviv Kochavi ceremonially promoted Col. G., commander of the elite Sayeret Matkal, to the rank of major general in recognition of his unit’s “outstanding covert operations.”

The article in this post speaks primarily of the successful hit on hezbollah big shots who are now the targets for satan’s butt darts.

I was just reminded of an event that happened years ago…
I was 7 months pregnant with Handsome Son, on my way to pick up Lovely Daughter, when my tire threw tread right where I-45 meets I-10. During rush hour. At seven months and with so little space to work in, I would not be able to change the tire myself. I had no phone with me to call for help. Not less than five minutes later, a small brown pickup truck pulled up behind me, and “Randy” offered to put my spare tire on for me. All he asked for was to ask me to pull up closer to the concrete barrier so he’d have more room, and to warn him if I saw a car crossing the pavement marking line. I did better than that. If he was going to stick his head inches from moving traffic, I could try to protect him. I put my big, pregnant belly right over that line while watching the traffic. Only five people asked if they could help during the whole ordeal.
Randy finished changing out my tire, and I offered him the only cash I had on me – a $20 bill. He refused it, saying that Hubby would do the same for his wife. He left, and I didn’t get his phone number or anything.
So, Randy, if you’re out there, just know that your kindness that day to a perfect stranger in need has never been forgotten. And I was able to pick up Lovely Daughter from her daycare on time.
And I did pay it forward – to two women whose radiator hose was slashed by their cooling fan. Hubby and I were able to patch the hose at the rest stop on I-10 near Columbus that got them all the way back to Houston.

We understand that this is a sensitive topic, and that some of our customers may not agree with our choice to pause the promotion of firearm-related deals. Groupon has always aimed to offer a diverse range of products and services to meet the various tastes and interests of our subscribers. However, at this time, enough customers and merchants have voiced their opinions that we believe a hiatus is warranted.
Please note that we have never sold guns, and this hiatus only applies to firearm-related deals including shooting ranges, clay pigeon shooting, and concealed weapons training classes. We have not made a final determination regarding this category — we are simply taking a break and may reevaluate in the future.

Please take a moment to let us know how Justin did handling your inquiry:
How would you rate the support you received?
    Good, I’m satisfied
    Bad, I’m unsatisfied
Below is a reminder of what your conversation was about.
    Thanks,
    Groupon Customer Service Quality Team

The response did absolutely nothing to dim my desire to be removed from your service. In fact the sentence which begins “Please note that we have never sold guns” served to increase it. It is phrased in such a manner as to appeal to someone who thinks guns and related products are evil and to be feared simply because they take up space on the planet. The response actually prompted me to post it on my Facebook page with that comment and urging all of my freinds and relatives to delete thier accounts as well. The fact that Groupon did not see fit to honor my request not to contact me until your position changed is a further reflection of your lack of actually understanding my position.
Please make “a final decision” instead of pussy footing around trying to please everybody. Take a stand one way or the other, be brave about it, then let us all know what it is. From my standpoint your decision should be based on the Liberty implications of the recent push to limit the Constitutionally guarateed right to bear arms and what your part in that might be, but if the financial pain of having millions of gun owners and gun rights activists pulling thier accounts is what it takes, that will be alright with me.
    Please–
Either re-instate gun related products and services to Groupon and publicly announce that decision or delete my account. Do not contact me again unless you have re-instated those goods and services. Hope that re-instatement of your policy is enough to gain enough of my good will to continue using your service rather than my taking it as an indication of how you will treat gun owners in the future if given a chance.
    Thankyou.

My boss, a Canadian in Canada, just sent this to me. Interesting.

    Who was
    Thomas Jefferson ?
This is amazing. There are two parts. Be sure to read the 2nd part (in RED).
Thomas Jefferson was a very remarkable man who started learning very early in life and never stopped.
At 5, began studying under his cousin’s tutor.
At 9, studied Latin, Greek and French.
At 14, studied classical literature and additional languages.
At 16, entered the College of William and Mary.
At 19, studied Law for 5 years starting under George Wythe.
At 23, started his own law practice.
At 25, was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses.
At 31, wrote the widely circulated “Summary View of the Rights of British America ? And retired from his law practice.
At 32, was a Delegate to the Second Continental Congress.
At 33, wrote the Declaration of Independence .
At 33, took three years to revise Virginia ‘s legal code and wrote a Public Education bill and a statute for Religious Freedom.
At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia succeeding Patrick Henry.
At 40, served in Congress for two years.
At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.
At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington.
At 53, served as Vice President and was elected president of the American Philosophical Society.
At 55, drafted the Kentucky Resolutions and became the active head of Republican Party.
At 57, was elected the third president of the United States .
At 60, obtained the Louisiana Purchase doubling the nation’s size.
At 61, was elected to a second term as President.
At 65, retired to Monticello .
At 80, helped President Monroe shape the Monroe Doctrine.
At 81, almost single-handedly created the University of Virginia and served as its first president.
At 83, died on the 50th anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence along with John Adams.
Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied the previous failed attempts at government. He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand today. Jefferson really knew his stuff. A voice from the past to lead us in the future:
John F. Kennedy held a dinner in the white House for a group of the brightest minds in the nation at that time. He made this statement: “This is perhaps the assembly of the most intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone.”
“When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe .”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
“To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”
    — Thomas Jefferson
    Thomas Jefferson said in 1802:
“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies.
If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property – until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

Well, Senator Rubio has most definitely got it right on immigration. Enforcement is a *must*. Path to permanent residency should follow based upon what illegals have done in this country. The Daily Caller and several other Conservative commentators (the ones the Republican Party says you shouldn’t listen to because its hurtful to the poor widdle party) have this to say about the Rubio Con

If you read closely, you learn that illegal immigrants will actually be legalized immediately–given “probationary legal status,” allowing them to “live and work legally in thee United States” (according to Politico). The only thing that’s delayed, pending “stricter border enforcement,” is the opening of a “path to citizenship.” As if, once legalized, the 11 million are going to be unlegalized if enforcement measures are implemented with less than 100% efficacy.
The penalty for failing to meet the enforcement “trigger,” in other words, is both insufficient and fake.

Democrats are letting thier supporters in on the con so that they will keep thier mouths shut.

[I]f this “commission” doesn’t ever decide the border is secure, couldn’t that result in 11 million people being stranded in second-class legal limbo?
That’s a legitimate worry, according to Frank Sharry, the executive director of America’s Voice, a group advocating for immigration reform. But he tells me that on a conference call yesterday, Democratic Senators reassured immigration advocates that this commission won’t be constructed in a way that will hold up the process for too long.
As Sharry put it, Democrats realize that they can’t “allow the commission to have a real veto” over setting in motion the path to citizenship. He noted that Dems see the commission as “something that gives the Republicans a talking point” to claim they are prioritizing tough enforcement, giving themselves cover to back a process that “won’t stop people from getting citizenship.” However, Sharry added: “The details of this are going to matter hugely, and we’ll have to fight like hell on the individual provisions.”
That said, Sharry concluded: “This is a left of center framework.”

    And per Ace

Ross Douthat observed on Twitter that the GOP is rushing heedlessly to increase the vote share of Latinos, without doing anything else to actually attract them as voters.
And, in fact, as a party we can’t do anything to attract the majority of them as voters — they’re pro-government, pro-welfare-state, and all the rest.
They’re also increasingly pro-choice and liberal on social matters.
So after we extend citizenship and voting rights to 11 million Government Clients, what’s Step 2 of our master plan?

Yeah, I’m with Ace. The US dawdled for 30+ years, let all these illegals get comfortable and develop a craving for the handouts. It’s probably too late now to get illegals turned around and remolded into good conservatives. All the crap about how they really are good conservatives due to habits & lifestyle is just that, crap.

And, in fact, as a party we can’t do anything to attract the majority of them as voters — they’re pro-government, pro-welfare-state, and all the rest.

That’s because the ones here illegally are underclassed people. Of course they want the goodies. And that’s a *huge* reason to secure the border and inplament immigration reform. Overall Republicans and conserfvatives do an utmost lousy job arguing their side to immigrants. Truth be told, immigrants, many of them, don’t even expect government aid until they are taught they can do so by others. This is in large parts due to judicial activism which has eroded distinction between immigrant and citizen as well as the natual attaction for poor people to get “free” help.

They’re also increasingly pro-choice and liberal on social matters.

Not the adult Latino immigrants but the kids who grow up on government assistance.

So after we extend citizenship and voting rights to 11 million Government Clients, what’s Step 2 of our master plan?

Granting citizenship to illegals is hardly step one in the “master plan” according to what Rubio wants. Rubio wants border security first and that is to be a verifiable system according to the attorney generals of the border states. Unlike George W.’s position where he would, and acording to, as I recall, Rep. Duncan Hunter and Ted Poe, did declare that the borders are secure, this declaration is local based where the people have a much more potent voice in the matter, particularly the ranchers who ranch along the border.

But he is the focal point of my posts; not the proposed bill. What do you find not conservative about him regarding immigration? I’m truly open to opposing them.

What parts aren’t conservative? What would Hamous’ more conservative positions be?

    There you go again.
This is the part where we, as voters, tell the Politicians that they’ve made a mistake and they need to fix it—by doing what we’ve already told them over and over and over and over and over again what the frik it is we want.
That criticism is that the one politician with enough stroke with the Tea Party to get us to go along with something took the wrong path, and went too far down that path for us to ever follow him anywhere again.

Anytime the liars in DC start talking tough about securing the border it always reminds me of this.

If only Yosemite Sam would guard the border. He’d do a great job keeping the illegals out until the illegal bunny rabbits start crossing.
    LoL on the bleeps. 🙂

You just don’t get what Hamous is saying, do you?
He’s saying that the Titanic hit the iceberg about an hour ago and all Rubio is doing is leading the band in playing Nearer My Heart To Thee.
He’s saying that Rubio, the bill, your position, the Republican freaking Party is lost beyond all repair and we might as well just lay back and watch the waves lap over the railing.

Oh mis gatos, I asked for Hamous’ position. 😯 What the h*ll was I thinking. Say, don’t conservatives support an open dialogue and liberals berate those who ask questions of inquiry? Then again, *you*, Sarge, are totally and completely free from “them”. You’re a Tea partier who’ll strip naked and run free in this great “democracy” we have. Oh, yes, to be free from those diabolical system controllers. Yes, Sarge, I want to free from “them”. I want to join the “we”. Rubio is toast going against the “we”. Maybe the “we” can focus on Rubio’s colon and other anal parts as well? Seems like their fetish. (And, boy, what a fetish it is).

This is the part where we, as voters, tell the Politicians that they’ve made a mistake and they need to fix it—by doing what we’ve already told them over and over and over and over and over again what the frik it is we want.

Fine, you made it clear what the proposed bill needs to improve and by the content of my posts I WOULD AGREE WITH YOU but what would you say to *Marco Rubio*? How can *his* positions be more conservative? In fact let’s set the parameters ofconservative border enforcement from enforce the border only and mass deportation to a full nuclear strike against Mexicans and all illegals. Better yet, let’s strike the latter and replace it with “them”. Let’s get “them” to control the illegals to leave on their own accord.

That criticism is that the one politician with enough stroke with the Tea Party to get us to go along with something took the wrong path, and went too far down that path for us to ever follow him anywhere again.

So what should the Tea Party tell Marco Rubio regarding his *own* positions? I’ve already proposed that Rubio should not continue to support the proposed bill unless it does as he said it should and enforce the borders first. No guarantees to that but that must be the language.
/People in “democracies’ get to ask questions and “democracies” are supposed to be based on dialogue, eh, uh, wait, these are characteristics of a”republic”. “Democracies” are based upon who can scream the loudest and subdue their opposition. You do live in a democracy, Sarge.

Doing what he said he would do when he accepted our support?
    It ain’t rocket surgery.
We don’t need to explain ourselves. We’ve already said what we wanted. We want Republicans to be the people they say they are.
There’s no “How can they be more conservative?” in that equation. This is not a negotiation.
Any Republican who has to ask “How can I be more Conservative?” is either:
    A. Never was a Conservative
    B. Doesn’t pay attention
    C. Doesn’t know what being a Conservative is.
The very fact that they ask this question is enough evidence that what is required is a Conservative Party populated by candidates who don’t. have. to. freaking. ask.

LoL. Conservatives don’t ask for other’s positions. They just take the ridicule and proceed on what they know is true and correct. What knew!!!??? 😯
But, then again, isn’t that one of the things that’s terribly wrong with the Republican party? That they don’t counter argue enough but that Newt Guy, man, he was soooooooo good at counter arguing 9and he truly is) that some people made that a top tierd reason t orun out and support him for president. It totally sux for Tea Partiers that he lost his mojo. He was such a great hope to usher in conservatism. 🙁

WE DON’T WANT ANY FREAKING DIALOGUE. WE WANT YOU TO DO WHAT THE FRIK IT WAS WE ELECTED YOU TO DO AND GRANTING FREAKING “AMNESTY UNTIL CITIZENSHIP” WASN’T ON THE FREAKING LIST.

Freak, freakin, freak, frek freak, freakin, freak, frickin, freak freak.
You got me Sarge. You used your superior democratic skills to out do me. Take no position on how to actually work to solve the immigration problem. don’t talk to your fellow citizen about any of your idea, if you have any to begin with (and I know you do, cutie), just insist that elected official do what they are elected to do which is to do the will of the Tea Party.
By the way, why did the Tea Party support Rubio if his positions on immigration are virtually the same now as when he was Florida’s House majority leader? Weird. But, no need to respond with bonafide conservative words like freak, freakin, freaking, freakification, freakoutly, freaksome and you’ll come out clear as a bell as to why Marco Rubio’s positions on immigration are terribly liberal and he should be toast (part of a traditional Cuban breakfast I’d guess).

We don’t need to explain ourselves. We’ve already said what we wanted. We want Republicans to be the people they say they are.

But didn’t they (dang, now this is confusing, it should be “we” but since i’m referring ot another group in hird person I must say “them” but ‘they” are the badguys and “we” are the good guys so if I say “them” it’s referring the right people grammatically but but morally. If I say “we” i’m including myself into something I’m obviously not part of for I am controlled by “they” or “them”…if only I can get specifics) support Rubio despite on his immigration position while in the Florida House?

As a state lawmaker, Rubio co-sponsored legislation in 2003 and 2004 that would have allowed the children of undocumented workers to pay in-state tuition at Florida universities. The bill, which never passed, was modeled after a 2001 Texas law signed by Gov. Rick Perry.

    http://www.nationaljournal.com/2012-presidential-campaign/rubio-takes-tougher-line-on-immigration-20111005
So why are “they’, er, uh, “we’, oh, I got it, “the we” gonna be shocked now that he’s taking a more conservative position on immigration?

Sitting on top of the Republican party’s wish list for vice president, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio on Tuesday stepped into an issue roiling the 2012 primary, retreating from his past support for tuition breaks for the children of illegal immigrants.
    (snip)
In an interview at the Washington Ideas Forum, Rubio distanced himself from the Florida bill and by extension, from the issue that has at partly cost Perry his lead in the highly volatile Republican presidential primary.

I think “the we” is confused. But no matter, just freak them into reality and make Rubio vote the was ‘the we” wants, despite “the we” not being consistant. Sarge says Rubio will be toast and so it is written and so it shall be. Obviously Sarge isn’t confused, just me who is part of “the them” and “the we” who are part of “we”.

He lost that argument too—you’re just making the same statements and questions including, and especially
“How can we be more consrvative if you don’t tell us?”
All of the lackies, lap dogs, and toadies are asking the same question in fora where Tea Partiers are found.
Inevitably, the Republican will end up, as you have, insulting us. Insinuating that we’re stupid, rife with Conspriacy Theory paranoia and just being illogically intractible.
They then say; “Well its going to happen anyway, so you might as well make the best of it.”

By the way, did you know Marco Rubio is Mormon? Not a active Mormon and that’s his choice but I consider him my LDS brother. Oooooooo, it’s all making sense now, ain’t it? I’m not a conservative becaue I ask questions to debate (liberals love to debate and tolerate all of debate in all its forms), I must be controlled by “the they”, and Marco Rubio is Mormon.

The Republican Party’s job is not to convince us that what they want to do is right and we are wrong.
Its job is not to ask us how they can be like what they said they were when we voted for them.
Their job is to do what they said they would do, be who they said they were, and not ask any questions.
But that’s not what is happening here. The talking points memos have gone out to the usual suspects who have sent their drones out to try and convince the people that voted for them that they really didn’t wnat what they wanted when they did.
The Republican Party does not want to represent the people that vote for them. They want to convince them to do something different.
That’s why its time to burn the whole frikkin thing down.

Wait, let me get my handy dandy note book with a ridicuylaously large blue pencil. Be right back…

Where can I find Bob Price? Any direct phone line? And why do I need to ask Bob Price about his conservatism when all i need to do is say feak freakin freak and win the debate? after getting all the cognates of freak out, all I have to do is sit back and insist that Marco Rubio votes my way which way *must be* part of “the we”. I’ll get otthe freak out part soon after renouncing my “the them” allegiance and sever their soul control. (I tell you I’m so on my way to Hades).
I’m lackie, now? Oh, yeah, no problem, “freak”. There, I’m safe.
I’m a lap dog? Hold on, I know just what to say, “freakilify” (with a bark).
I’m a toadie? Well, that’s a tough one to over come, I’ll need a special spell fr this situation (get it, “spell”, like a witch and “toad”, hehehehe). Here we go, “croakfreakin, croakfruktum, let it out of my colon”. [POOF!!!]. Whoohoo, free at last, I’m now more part of “the they” but not entirely. I gotta use more freak words.

Inevitably, the Republican will end up, as you have, insulting us.

Now I’m insulting. maybe it is I who needs to take things down a notch and say freak and refer to Sarge’s colon or maybe the anus itself. But that’s creepy.
Sarge, all I wanted from you is a proposition instead you, quite literally, freaked out and refused to do so and renounced my conservatism because I aksed for a proposition from you. I’ve no idea what logic that follows nor what type of reality that is associated with but perhaps you or others here can clarify to me how asking for those who critique my posts to declare a position in order to dialogue as per their choice, nobody has to dialogue and I’m fine if they don’t, makes my conservatism suspect. Since my posts I’ve read from you that I’m not to be considered a conservative; I insult, (which I indeed have and have had a lot of fun in doing it but it has *nothing* to do with your political positions only your retort to my posts), I’m a toadie, lap dog, and lackie to Republicans, etc. I’ve proposed no support for Republicans this entire debate. You’ve only imposed that support on your own will. I focused exclusively on Marco Rubio’s position on immigration reform and you keep expressing like that’s a foul thing without a single reason why.
You have said that Marco Rubio should vote according to what you and the supposed Tea Part position is on immigration but what does that mean? Border enforcement only? No amnesty (which you implied)? Get rid of all the illegals? What you’ve explicitly avoided saying anything that defines the conservative position and how Marco Rubio should align with it. I’m not the one using my colon to post in this dialogue. (Hey, by the way, why are you even dialoguing when you don’t believe in dialoguing..weird)

Insinuating that we’re stupid, rife with Conspriacy Theory paranoia and just being illogically intractible.

Ummm, there I’ll let your posts speak for temselves. I’ll also defer all to your posts as well as mine for others to judge who began the insults.

They then say; “Well its going to happen anyway, so you might as well make the best of it.”

Who is “then”? Nobody here said that. I think Marco Rubio’s got the *correct* way to go about immigration reform but that may be simply because I am a lap dog for Rubio. (That didn’t insult you, did it?)

    “Shut UP. That’s why.”

    Well said, like this?

WE DON’T WANT ANY FREAKING DIALOGUE. WE WANT YOU TO DO WHAT THE FRIK IT WAS WE ELECTED YOU TO DO AND GRANTING FREAKING “AMNESTY UNTIL CITIZENSHIP” WASN’T ON THE FREAKING LIST.

Gotta love that democracy. (That’s no insulting either, is it?)

Its nice to know you’re carrying on the tradition.

Of who? Telling people to shut up? That it’s my way or no way? Here’s an example of that:

WE DON’T WANT ANY FREAKING DIALOGUE. WE WANT YOU TO DO WHAT THE FRIK IT WAS WE ELECTED YOU TO DO AND GRANTING FREAKING “AMNESTY UNTIL CITIZENSHIP” WASN’T ON THE FREAKING LIST.

And I didn’t write that, I promise. Somebody else did. Obviously a member of “the they”, or is it? 😯

The Republican Party’s job is not to convince us that what they want to do is right and we are wrong.

Who’s talking about the Republican Party besides you, Sarge? If you supported Marco Rubio with his liberal positions on immigration in the past, than why are you attacking him now with a more conservative position and trying to show he’s nothing but a lap dog for the Republican Party? My concern is, and has been, Marco Rubio’s positions, not the republican Party’s position wihch, again, I agree is NOT in agreement with my thinking. But Rubio’s is. Should I tell you to blow it out of your colon and thus, according to your logic, be above cinsulting you? Nope, won’t do it. Just focus on Rubio as we are not in disagreement over the Republican Party’s position on immigration.
