Tedtam had the date wrong for today’s OC. So I fixed it, and here we are.
-
Well dang, Shannon done snuck and provided us with a Tuesday thread, very good. SO once again;
Mornin’ Gang

I guess it’s OK to repost my earlier comments.
We’re having awesome weather here in LA. I spent 8 hours on the big Hustler and didn’t break a sweat, high about 88 with low humidity.

Battleship Memorial Park announces aircraft donation made by Jimmy Buffett.
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park has announced two aircraft displayed at the park were made by anonymous donation of the late legendary singer and Mobile native, Jimmy Buffett.
When the aircraft first arrived at the park in 2022, Buffett wished to remain an anonymous donor.
As the world mourns his passing, we are pleased to finally be able to share his generous contributions to the park.
The Grumman Goose and Boeing Stearman are both on display in the Medal of Honor Aircraft Pavilion. Visitors will see a wreath and an iconic Hawaiian-styled shirt that has been placed by the Grumman Goose in honor of Buffett.

I fixed a couple of Reubens on the Blackstone last night and I was thinking that it was weird getting out the Blackstone just to cook a couple of Reubens but that is what it was made for. It sure makes it quick and easy. 😉

Good morning gang. It’s too danged early to be witty.
-
Thanks Shannon.
Dang I’m tired this morning, but gotta get my butt outta bed…

Wayne Dolcefino is sitting in for Chris Salcedo this week. He’s always an interesting substitute.
-
I’ve been thinking about Hamous, Katfish and Texmo. I sure do miss those guys. God Bless them.
-
Well, I’ve logged in 4 times in less than an hour. Let’s hope it sticks this time.

Tedtam
I forgot to mention yesterday how much I liked Dr. Miriam Grossman’s testimony before Congress about physicians lying about transgender medical methods.
I bookmarked the YouTube video.

The “assigned at birth” phrase always bugged the $#!t out of me. It is absurd and the antithesis of science or medicine. There really needs to be a strong push back against the leftist corruption of our language.
Fauci, Brix, Collins, Dzazak, et al, really need to be lamp post decorations.
-
Texpat, they – and all of you guys/girls – are in my daily prayer list. And families and loved ones.
Miss them, too. Southern Tragedy. There was a definite shift in the world’s gravitational force when she left us.

Elsa is cooling down. Her menu today will be chicken breasts and, if room, chicken/veggie stock. I wiped down the trays with alcohol this morning, and I really ought to do the same for Elsa herself, after this round.
Today is the last day for the chicken meat sale, so I may swing by there and get some more.
Hubby went to Bryan this morning to check on our B unit tenant whose husband left her and attend our court date. I told Hubby that if her stuff is out of the unit, we need to cancel the eviction. She doesn’t need that on her record, especially now. We’re not going to get any rent out of her anyway, her husband left her dead broke, with all the bills and two girls to raise. And he returned to take some stuff and left the apartment door unlocked and open. We suspect she got robbed by person/s unknown after that. Bat rastard.
Handyman will have to cease work on the flooring upstairs to do the make ready if she’s moved out. Business first.

TT 0846: There is a special place in hell for those fathers who abandon their wife and children. Doubly so when he leaves them destitute. Hopefully the woman can get into some section 8 housing and other programs as she re-assembles her and her children’s lives.

The sciatica is in force today, so I’ll see if I can treadmill. I managed to get over a mile yesterday before I called uncle. The ESSBGS is about my waist, and coffee in hand…
REMARKABLY CONSISTENT ☙ Tuesday, September 5, 2023 ☙ C&C NEWS
Good morning, C&C, it’s Tuesday! I hope you enjoyed a joyful and rewarding Labor Day holiday. Ready for a shortened work and school week? Let’s kick it off with today’s terrific roundup: jabbed Jill Biden down with covid, again; U.S. home sales trapped in an Economics paradox; new FOIA’d FDA emails shatter fact checkers and boost conspiracy theorists; new study finds troubling mechanism for cardiac injuries and fibers; a new study connects prions and brain fibrils with spike protein from the jabs; and Governor DeSantis deflates stupid climate change arguments over Florida’s recent hurricane.
News:
It seems that being jabbed hasn’t stopped Bidet’s wife from getting another round of WLR. POTUS doesn’t have it. Makes me wonder if they sleep in the same bed or spend time together, but that’s just me.
And she obviously isn’t masking properly. Hand washing, Jill. Sixty seconds.
Being a “doctor” (medical, as far as the bots on The Spew are concerned) hasn’t prepared her for preventing exposure, I suppose.

Bidenomics news: home growth has dropped precipitously. We all know that home growth is important in gauging how well the economy is doing, as it drives all kinds of other purchases.
What we are now seeing is quite different from 2008. We have not (yet) seen a tsunami of mortgage foreclosures, so that’s good. But oddly, even in the face of tortoise-like sales, real estate prices remain high. High prices plus high mortgage rates is a recipe for no sales. It’s a simple issue of supply and demand.
Inventory of existing homes is down, since people are opting not to move and take on a higher rate mortgage. Even if they voted Democrat, folks aren’t that stupid. The low supply is propping up the higher real estate prices. So, the combination of high prices and high rates is dampening demand.
Under the Law of Supply and Demand — which is a law, not a theory — supply and demand are supposed to be the inverse of each other. But that’s not what we are seeing now, which breaks the law. As I have often said, when you see a distortion in the market, look for the withered hand of government. You’ll find it, every time.

A bright Good Morning Hamsters,
A deer herd (5 now) is passing through our place, sampling the jasmine (didn’t know they ate that) as well as the grass. Two adults, two juveniles, and one fawn compose the herd. They seem to be a different group than the familiar bunch that’s been hanging around. Don’t know if they are just passing through or will stay awhile. There is plenty of space here for two groups on 6.5 acres if they leave the landscaping alone. 🙂

Michael Berry enthusiastically recommended the new documentary about Jimmie and Stevie Ray Vaughan which came out this last Spring. So I watched it early this morning.
It is a true Texas masterpiece.
-
The feature-length documentary is titled Brothers In Blues: Jimmie and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
-
I watched the documentary a while back, it was very good.

Ready for more FDA malfeasance?
…A new eye-popping FOIA disclosure was making the rounds this week. The FDA three emails evidenced a perfect storm of government bungling and corruption. The short version is that right while federal jab mandates were lifting off in the fall of 2021, top government officials already knew that the jabs “waned,” meaning they didn’t protect anybody.
But that’s not all. Not even close.
Here’s the first email in the thread. It’s a doozy. It was sent from a Department of Defense contractor to FDA top official Marion Gruber in advance of the September 2021 vaccine committee meeting. Marion Gruber was the Director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review at the FDA.
The DoD hired Humetrix. In spring of 2020. “For the military”. Salus was Roman goddess for health and prosperity. “VE” is “vaccine efficacy”.
This study has been conducted by my company under contract with the DoD JAIC (Joint Artificial Intelligence Center) since March 2020, when we were tasked to analyze Medicare claim data to monitor, map and conduct Covid-19 predictive analytics for the military.
Was this a military operation? That’s an awful lot of wool being placed over a lot of eyes.
And … the JAIC? A DoD joint artificial intelligence center? What is that? How and why did the JAIC get involved in covid from day one? Why haven’t we ever heard of its role in the pandemic? Unanswerable questions.
At least, unanswerable so far. We’re getting there, drop by painful drop.
… why haven’t we ever heard about what the government was finding in the Medicare claims data?
Next, Humetrix gave the top officials at HHS the bad news, for consideration of the vaccine advisory committee:
It was bad enough that, right while the government was throwing out mandates faster than a t-shirt shooting machine at an SEC Bowl Game on federal employees and contractors, airline pilots, and who knows what else, they already knew the vaccines didn’t prevent covid infections. But it’s even worse than that.
They knew the “vaccines” were useless. THEY KNEW. And yet people’s lives were destroyed, jobs lost, reputations destroyed – all for political gain. Must’ve been political, since it wasn’t for health and safety reasons.
Annexes to Hell being pounded into place as we sit here now…
From the Medicare data, they knew in September 2021 that the negative jab efficacy also applied to hospitalizations. It says it right there, in black and white. They are still maintaining the lie that jabs prevent hospitalizations for severe covid. But what does the Medicare data show? Hmm?
And what else were we not told????
… The next two emails tell the story. Leaving Humetrix out of the chain, HHS’s Peter Marks replied to Janet Woodcock and Julia Teirney, both in FDA. Marks was the Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) at the FDA. The CBER oversaw the vaccine approval process for the covid shots.
/snip
Remarkably consistent evidence! And, he’d said it before, to someone, even before getting the Humetrix email. So, contrary to what they were saying publicly, that the jabs worked great and prevented hospitalization, internally HHS officials were saying that the remarkably consistent evidence showed the exact opposite was true.
Liars!
/snip
Woodcock “supposed” the vaccine committee would discuss this data. That seems logical, but for some reason, it didn’t. For some reason. But her final sentence put the nail in the covid coffin:
Actually Peter this is more worrisome than the other data we have in my opinion.
See that? She even disagreed with Marks. To Woodcock, the Humetrix findings were even worse than what they had been seeing.
But none of this ever made the public discussion. What happened inside the FDA that prevented the vaccine committee from discussing the remarkably consistent evidence?
And yet, the government doubled-down on mandates, full throttle, until courts finally forced them to stop.
I’m heading over to Amazon to order a bucket of spit. I’m all out.

Next up, Childers reviews a study on jab related myocarditis. It had 21 authors. 21 scientists that had to carefully choose their words in order not to upset The Powers That Be.
In other words, they said it was safe. Don’t blame us.
Let’s dig in. You’ll recall hearing about “cytokines” in the news, most famously referring to the “cytokine storm” that was initially blamed for covid deaths. Cytokines are tiny but important proteins produced by the immune system. There are several types, and they affect different kinds of cells in different ways.
For our purposes, one important type of cytokines are “cytotoxic.”
Cyto-toxic means proteins that kill cells. Cyto means “cell,” and toxic means, well, toxic. So what you definitely do not want are recurring waves of cytotoxic cytokines flooding your body. That would be kind of like a chemo treatment. Think poison. Widespread destruction.
“Myeloid cell-associated cardiac fibrosis” occurs when a type of immune cell (myeloids), leads to cardiac fibrosis. Cardiac fibrosis is an excessive growth of fibrous connective tissue (collagen) in the heart, leading to stiffening of the heart muscle and impaired heart function, which shows up as reduced heart elasticity, impaired pumping function, and potential complications like sudden and unexpected heart failure.
Short story: in certain folks, the jab resulted in excessive heart cell killers and heart stoppers. And the jab injuries can be recognized from the normal myocarditis or those cases from previous vaccines. And these heart conditions are found more frequently after a second jab. That might’ve been good to know. Right?
Smartly, the authors then connected their findings to other studies that seem to show the same thing — especially one study finding the cardiac-damaging proteins right in the deltoid muscle where the shot was injected:
Our clinical, cellular, and molecular findings potentially point to ongoing wound healing, tissue remodeling, and scar formation after cardiac injury in these patients… These results are supported by published cardiac biopsy reports showing macrophage infiltration of heart tissue. Most recently, a large clinical study of 69 total patients with clinically suspected SARS-CoV-2 vaccine–associated myocarditis reported 40 biopsy-confirmed cases with prominent…infiltration of cardiac tissue. In one report, overlapping immune infiltrate was…found at the vaccine injection site in the deltoid muscle. Another histopathological study of 15 clinically suspected cases further reported cardiac infiltration of… macrophages.
The good news is, the more we understand about how the shots kill and injure people, the closer we get to an effective treatment. And the closer we get to accountability.
Now, remember the study’s pro-fibrotic finding. There’s another one, except worse.
***
Another study, on fibrils. In the brain. The. Brain. Prions being made. Remember the mad cow brain eating panic some years ago? Yeah, those were prions.
The authors began by suggesting a link between the covid spike protein and brain diseases like Alzheimer’s and mad cow disease:
An increasing number of reports suggest an association between COVID-19 infection and initiation or acceleration of neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD). Both these diseases and several other neurodegenerative diseases are caused by conversion of human proteins into a misfolded, aggregated amyloid fibril state.
Prions are misfolded proteins. When they occur in the brain, it causes a cascade effect that results in plaques, or clumps. I used to have an app on my computer, that basically crowd-sourced folding research. It used my unused computer resources to practice folding proteins. I used to sit there and watch the diagrams of proteins being folded. Fascinating. Maybe I’ll go see if I can find that again. I liked the idea of helping science. There’s a similar program for SETI – Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, examining radio waves. But I digress.
Just remember – prions bad. Very bad. In the brain – very, very bad.
As much as possible, the authors very carefully avoided mentioning the jabs. But of course, mentioning the jabs was inevitable because otherwise how could people who’d fully recovered from covid — with the spike presumably cleared out of their system — go on to develop one of these awful brain diseases:
Spike protein produced in the host as response to mRNA vaccine, as deduced by specific amino acid substitutions, persists in blood samples from 50% of vaccinated individuals for between 67 and 187 days after mRNA vaccination. Such prolonged Spike protein exposure has previously been hypothesized to stem from residual virus reservoirs, but evidently this can occur also as consequence of mRNA vaccination… During the past 3 years, several case reports of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) manifestation in parallel with COVID-19 infection or vaccination have been published… Several recent reports of CJD manifesting temporally close to SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccination with SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein derivatives also highlights the need to investigate possible links.
In other words, they’re saying the prion effects could either be from mysterious, unproven, totally hypothetical “reservoirs” of spike after a natural infection, or from the jabs. As they noted, the jabs “evidently” have been shown to keep making spike up to 187 days after receiving the shot.
Between a totally unproven reservoir hypothesis and an obvious source of spike like the jabs, obviously it’s the jabs. At least it is until they actually find a “reservoir” of leftover spike protein somewhere.

And DeSantis proved once again why he’s so well liked in Florida: he dismantled the climate changers’ arguments about how the latest hurricane was the result of bad-men burning fuel issues. Instead of hysterical claims based on emotion, he used fact. And History. Smack ’em with the truth, he did:
The Governor used facts and history, which cause a reaction in woke leftists similar to what happens when you bury a vampire in crucifixes and garlic.
/snip
“So, I think the notion that somehow hurricanes are something new, that’s just false. And we’ve got to stop politicizing the weather and stop politicizing natural disasters. We know from history there’s been times when it’s very busy in Florida, late ‘40s, early ‘50s, you had a lot of hits of significant hurricanes.
So, I think sometimes people need to take a breath and get a little bit of perspective here. But the notion that somehow if we just adopt, you know, very left-wing policies at the federal level that somehow we will not have hurricanes, that is a lie.
And that is people trying to take what happened with different types of storms and use that as a pretext to advance their agenda on the backs of people that are suffering. And that’s wrong, and we’re not going to do that in the state of Florida.”
Presidential politics aside, we Floridians are grateful to have a commonsense, plain-talking Governor instead of a Bob Peters-like WEF clone.

Many home builders around the Houston sphere of influence seem to be sensibly cautious about overbuilding given the creeping uncertainty in the market. Stop doing what you are doing before you are drowned in it. And that creates higher housing prices that shrink the number of families who can afford them. Vicious circle in the making. Supply and Demand caught in the middle. Nasty. And what of the many folks moving to Texas who escaped California and other messed up states?
Would be most interesting if Hamsters who know more about this issue than what shows up in the local news outlets could give us opinions.
-
There are home buyers who want to live in them and there are home buyers who want to rent them. Then there are the Black Rock types who try to manipulate the market. There is a newly married couple, the Mrs. works in our office. They were saving and had enough for a downpayment and could afford a nice house 18 months ago, now that interest rates have gone up so much, they can no longer afford the nice house. They are going to stay, renting where they are and accumulate more capital.
Bidenomics is a disaster as is everything that dolt touches. It is astounding that a single individual could be so wrong on so many different fronts for so long.
Biden is a blithering idiot and destroyer of prosperity.
-
Apparently the State Legislature in AlaBAMA didn’t do things that the SCOTUS said they should. SCOTUS to redraw AlaBAMA congressional districts to include 1 majority black district.
I always thought that the districts were to be drawn in a geographically contiguous way without regard to race; to do otherwise would be gerrymandering wouldn’t it?
-
Morning, gang. Some chance of rain again today, I’ll take it!

I am watching the Impeachment proceedings in the Texas Senate.
The first order of business has been for the Senate to vote on each of the Defense Motions (of which there are 20 or so), most of which involve dismissing either all or each of the articles of impeachment.
So far, the Defense has repeatedly lost these votes to dismiss. Paxton is only getting six to ten votes (out of 30) in his favor, on each vote.
I will say that my Senator Kolkhorst has consistently voted to Dismiss.
-
By the way, on these particular votes to Dismiss, the defense only needed a simple majority (16).
-
Paxton couldn’t even win a Motion to “disallow any evidence gathered in violation of the law.”
-
Finally made it to the Rez this weekend with Yellow Hair and White Fang. Weather was gorgeous if a tad bit hot and it was dry.
The area around Tahlequah is hilly and forested mostly. The hills are significantly larger than what’s west of Austin. I could easily imagine living somewhere around Lake Tenkiller.
Whole trip was fun. Went to the gift shop and got a discount because we’re in the tribe.
-
The only issue that the Defense “won” was a ruling by the judge (Lt. Gov. Patrick) that Paxton cannot be compelled to testify by the House Managers.
-
Musk blames Anti-Defamation League for X’s low ad revenue and threatens lawsuit
As a member of The Tribe, I am perfectly okay with this.
Jonathan Greenblatt and his nauseating cabal of left wing SJWs have hijacked the Anti-Defamation League in a long line of corrupted, gutted American institutions.
-
So, there will indeed be a Trial.
Prior to adjourning for lunch, the Articles will be read and Paxton will enter his plea on each one. And Witnesses will be sworn in.
-
#17 Bonecrusher,
Thank you for the information. I can imagine how disappointed they are.
Further thought on my part is how can such couples stay ahead of the race so as to make their purchase before their savings fail to meet the increased amount required? This entire situation seems to be pure evil.
About all I can think of would be a loan from kinfolk or close friends to close the gap. But that then involves two loans to repay. While the cost of living keeps on increasing. Absolute evil, and you know at whose feet the responsibility lies….
-
Finally got Nat fired up – 3 trays of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) and one of frozen stir fry mix… The other 4 trays are in the chest freezer loaded full of cole slaw mix, chosen after reading that the Cole slaw mix rehydrates well, and regains “some” of its original texture, tho’ not as crispy as before its encounter with freezing. At least we can have the flavor of cabbage in things where it would be missed.
-
It is looking a bit bleak for Paxton right now since it appears he doesn’t have all that many supporters in the Senate.
I’m wondering how much of this has broken out into various below-the-radar political battles and how much is about actual justice. This is the Texas legislature, after all, a place where knives and swords are never sheathed and Party affiliations are no guarantee of protection.
Texas Tribune has a handy guide to Who is Who ? in the Paxton trial.
There are a whole lot of people involved and it isn’t going to be easy to keep them straight.

#25 Texpat,
The idiots at ADF should know better than to mess with Elon Musk. Elon could buy and sell the whole damned bunch and leave them to lick their wounds. Right on, Elon.
-
The ADL lost their way a long time ago. The SPLC has been pretty much evil from the get go.
-
I hope all these out of town state senators sitting in judgment of AG Paxton have been briefed about the new crime reporting protocol in Austin.
Austin police in Texas are asking residents to call 311 if they get robbed near an ATM as the department struggles amid an increase in urban crime and staffing shortages.
The Austin Police Department posted a graphic in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, to urge residents to call 311 or make an online report if they’re robbed – 311 is a number usually used for non-emergency requests, as opposed to 911.
“Even if you are cautious & follow all the safety advice, you may still become the unfortunate victim of a robbery,” the Austin Police Department wrote on X. “Do you know what your next steps should be?”
-
Can everyone else see this image after refreshing the page ?
-
Yup – I can see it/him

warning: language
-
Presenting the Opening Statement for the House Managers is Rep. Andrew Murr, a Republican.
You might recall that he is one of the Speaker’s Dirty Dozen rinos.
-
#33 Texpat,
I can see him with my eyes shut. 🙂
-
credit to someone at althouse who wrote that the new covid variant is called ‘bs-24/7/365’

Little kid who is very specific about identifying barnyard animals.
I suppose I should add a language warning, but it’s a very cute language warning.

Now that is clever. Would make great tags for car bumpers.

Just returned from morning errands. The sciatica made grocery shopping quite an experience, but I gutted up and got through it. I bought ingredients for a Sicilian sauce that I was going to prep and FD by itself, but I think that instead I’m going to get some of that sale chicken and stew it all together. The leftovers will then be run through Elsa, providing us with a water-ready entree. I don’t have too many entrees ready on the shelf.
Bsue – do you have problems with the mixed fruit? I’m wondering if the sugar levels would cause problems. I’ve sworn off processing cherries ever again, they took for-freaking-ever to dry. I still have a bag of ’em frozen, some of which I think I’m going to mix into my basic cheesecake recipe to FD for Christmas gifts.
Because I can’t eat ’em, and Hubby can only handle so many…

That was cute.
I had a nephew who loved trucks, especially fire trucks, but for a while had problems with the “tr” sound.
He replaced it with “f”.
Made for some interesting conversations.

I think Adee’s cat must have jumped on her keyboard and sat on the space bar.
All fixed now.
-
Tedtam, I’ve only done a mix with them in it once before, and if I recall correctly, they did seem to take a really LONG time… I’ll let you know how this batch goes.
-
Rain was falling northeast of my home as I unloaded groceries. We’ll see if I’m getting teased again.
I need to go “do the honor” of playing with Handsome’s cat. After that, I can go see what’s left for sale at Kroger, come home, and start cooking dinner.

The homebuilding industry was mentioned earlier. Wall Street Silver is a frequent and sharp commenter at X (Twitter).
Wall Street Silver@WallStreetSilvReal Estate Industry in Panic Mode: 45% Drop in Home Purchases – Bigger Than ’08! Home sales are now down 31% in 2023. Without transactions, many jobs that are commission oriented are seeing huge declines in incomes. Real estate agents, mortgage brokers, title insurance, home inspectors. All of the various categories are entering a depressions from lack of transactions.
Don’t miss the Redfin chart for US investors’ play in the residential market. It is devastating.
All those genius hedge funders who bought 100s of millions of dollars worth of homes when mortgage rates were 3% are now stuck in a dead market with 7+% and they can’t lease or sell.
Did they honestly believe interest rates would stay near zero with Biden blowing through trillions in public debt ? There’s a reason my Wall Street son-in-law calls hedge funders lazy idiots. He won’t even return their phone calls.
I can tell when the real estate market goes flat here because everyone decides to stay where they are. All the sudden major home improvement projects appear everywhere. If you can’t move, fix up the place you live in.
-
A great Mark Steyn column today.
Concerning the fact that the entire Indian space program (whose rover is wandering around on the moon) is about $140 million, since 2003.
Which is less than the cost of making the recent Barbie movie. -

Great column by Steyn.

However, there were deplorable scenes midway through the fourth set with the score at 2-2
My immediate thought while watching this match is that he was a fed plant.
Notice they even used the word deplorable in the story.
Word association anyone?no doubt in my mind he was a fed plant.
-
Tedtam, I posted a link “over there” to the recipe for the Chicken Cacciatore that’s going in to Nat tomorrow, if you’re interested… It wasn’t ready in time to pre-freeze last night so I did froze fruit today. Trying to get some “meals in bags” done, instead of just doing ingredients… Thought I had your email address but guess I guessed wrong… or it’s lost in the 700,000 emails in my gmail LOLOLOL

Quick Drive-By; Did y’all see Biden give the Congressional Medal of Honor to the Vietnam Vet and then just walk away?!?! Where were his handlers???
Biden blasted for walking out before end of Medal of Honor ceremony: ‘Lack of respect’.
FWIW; It WASN”T Lack of respect it’s called Dementia or Alzheimers.
-
Biden isn’t “too old”. I hate that argument. Grandma was 84 and her mind was sharp as a tack. There are folks in their 80’s and 90’s still going at sports.
Biden is mentally incompetent.
And corrupt, but that’s a whole ‘nother discussion.
-
Speaking of age not being the issue: 103 year old woman continues to lobster
-
BTW – yesterday while I was visiting our furry grandson at Handsome’s house, I put all of his little cat toys on top of a table they had in the living room.
Yep, when I arrived today, they were all on the floor.

KHOU reporting that Coffee City has suspended their police chief for 30 days.
It’s a start, I suppose.
