Tuesday was the advent of my second sinus infection of the winter. I decided to start my COVID regimen again for immunity-boosting which includes Quercetin, Zinc, and extra Vitamin C. What I’ve read of the incident in Austin was that the Southwest aircraft most likely had already passed V1 and therefore could not have stopped within the runway space remaining. In other words, they would have gone off the end of the runway.
I want to know what is going on with this Southwest pilot who refused to abort his takeoff when ordered to do so Air Traffic Control.
The only reason there wasn’t a disaster in Austin is because of the Fed-Ex flight crew.
