It’s good to see the other side eating their own, for a change.
Not that I understand the argument, but I guess the bloom is off the rose:

Peter Fonda launched a four-letter attack on US President Barack Obama at the Cannes film festival on Wednesday, calling him a traitor over the handling of the aftermath of the Gulf oil spill.

The door is open, I’ve cleared the Couch.  Come on in!

Almost one year ago.
The msm ignored it then and now. Something of a pattern here.

From Drudge again: Shame it has to be the Brits covering this so well… Aerial shots of homemade levees that rural people have put up to try to keep the floods away from their homes. If they can just hold out a few more days — hope it works.

But instead, he chose to save his controversial, headline-grabbing statements for the intractable Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Is Obama channeling Captain Ahab on this issue? If the Palestinian unity deal between Fatah and Hamas, the chaos at the Israeli borders Sunday, and Netanyahu’s own careful political maneuverings weren’t enough to tell him that his political capital would be gravely sapped in this… Read more »

Dave, the poignant part of the story is that the honest man could clearly have used the money himself, to fix up the house he had just bought for his family. But his kids will benefit more from seeing Pop’s example than they ever would from any use that could have been made with the money they found.

For that we just light the tire on fire to inflate it.
