Well ole Hamous has unlocked the door, thanks. Oh and First!…Again.
Mornin’ Gang -
That may be the best Bad Lip Reading yet.
-
Hamous won the interwebs yesterday;
The Marxist AG in in Minnesota is trying to limit Trump’s rally tomorrow to 250. It would also apply to Biden’s rally. Heh. If he got 250 people to attend it would be a ten fold increase.
😉

Perfect!

I’ve spent a lot of time over the last few years working in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Everyone I talk to assures me their state is going for Trump. Without reservation. They say it will be the suburbs around the big blue cities that will make the difference. They had a front row seat to the madness this summer.
I go back and forth. Can the media / pollsters be so wrong after 2016? It’s hard to believe, but when you look at the gleeful enthusiasm of Trump supporters vs the angry hate of the democrats, it’s hard to imagine a Biden win. A Trump win will drive a stake into the heart of our vampire media, but it will take a generation to kill the deep state monster.
Whatever happens, I’m ready for it to be over already.

On Monday I posted this;
#6 Super Dave says:
October 26, 2020 at 6:59 am#5 TexMo, knowing the boy he’ll probably have a block party with 3 other families that he is friendly with, they’re all conservative and BBQ together. Oh and the guy down the street that took done his Biden sign, he’ll probably call the Man but neighbor is a LA Detective and is friendly with the Moorpark Police so, no problem.
I talked to the boy last and he was saying that everyone in that state HATES Gavin Newsom. He thinks this not only because everyone he sees hats him but the lefty’s on TV also hate him. Anyway Halloween is not allowed in Kalifornia so naturally they’re going to block off their Cul-de-sac and have a block party, one of his neighbors is even getting a bouncy house. I told him I’d be looking for them one the news. 😉

Morning gang. A brisk 32 degrees out here this morning, but scheduled to warm up to about 67 when the sun makes an appearance. No clouds or anything to stop the solar radiation. I need to take my old toaster van in to the shop this morning. I had some work done a couple of weeks ago, and it seems they may have done something in there to cause the right light fixture to be hanging by a thread rather than being properly anchored, so I’ll give them a chance to make it right.
It’s Flarada Man Friday and high school football Friday, so most likely that means that Ammo Grrrll may be making an appearance too. I hope that Flarada Man will come back out after going into hiding following the Jeffrey TubeIn stunt that left Flarada Man wondering how he would ever top that. I’ll have to admit that whipping it out right there in a staff meeting and deciding to lope it around the track will be hard to top, but I’m trusting that we can leave it to Flarada Man to respond appropriately.
The Armadillos play somebody somewhere tonight. I’ll have to look all that up a bit later when it’s time to start my pre-game preparation. I’m gonna head out now and see if I can find Ammo Grrrll, so you all have a good one. More later.
Oh, about that Friday weigh-in. More on that later also.
-
Ammo Grrrll is here, and she has some thoughts on the upcoming election. Other than we all know that the Dems will turn out to cheat in massive numbers. https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2020/10/thoughts-from-the-ammo-line-348.php

Super Dave
Here’s a website from a conservative think tank in California. I thought your son might be interested.

One of my sisters texted me this link this morning. This really should be read by all, Catholic, Tribe, and others including atheists. This is the war we are in and there is no longer any room or time to deny it.
An open letter to POTUS from an Arch Bishop. -

Bad Lip Reading had me LOLing. Or would that be LingOL?
Anyway, it was funny as heck.
LD sent me a pic of her youngest daughter’s taco costume. I know I’m biased, but the costume turned out really well. As I told LD, it was the filling that really made it so cute.

Archbishop Vigano has been a strong light against the evil darkness threatening to envelop us.
I only hope he survives the attacks that are probably already being planned and/or executed against him.

I love the Hodge Twins. They have way too much fun making so much sense.

Real good article from the Federalist. Lots of graphs that prove masks don’t do diddly to stop the WLR.

I actually got a decent night’s sleep. I failed in my attempt to fast yesterday, because I was feeling so crappy and had to be working with teenagers last night for their Confirmation mass.
As I told LD, I didn’t want to be falling over during mass or biting some poor kid’s head off, so I ate something. Our DRE screwed up again, giving one family the wrong week for their mass (we have a second one next week), and telling another girl she could wear a red dress, when we SPECIFICALLY told the whole group during rehearsal that it must be white. /facepalm
So, today, I’m having my bullet proof coffee so I have something in my stomach as I take my supplements. I’m about to climb on my treadmill and get some exercise, since I didn’t work out at all yesterday. Then I’ll be ready to start my work day.
This half retired schedule is nice. Hubby doesn’t care too much how I spend my time, as long has the needed items get taken care of. He is off at the shop, building his car. LDIL’s father had a TIG welding machine that he’s loaned to Hubby, and Hubby is excited to use it to fabricate all the new curves on the car.
Hubby took a VW bug and chopped the top (lowered the roof). That was done years ago. This was actually supposed to be a car I was going to build, way back when we were in college, but life interfered and it never happened. Now, many years later, Hubby is completely refrabricating the car. He took the back half of the roof off, and that back seat area is becoming a storage space with a flat “roof” on it. That means he’s fabricating a new back window area to meet that new space. He’s bought remote control lifters to lift that hood, which he showed me yesterday, grinning like a little kid at Christmas. He’s got all kinds of plans for windows.
It’s good to see him so happy.
Later on, he’ll be working at one of our vacant units, but for the next hour or so, he’s a kid in a candy store.

George Neumayr is a Roman Catholic, political columnist and investigative reporter at American Spectator. He’s pretty controversial because he’s been outspoken about the “Gay Mafia” in the Church and has been a strong supporter of Bishop Vigano.
Here is his American Spectator archive.
Here are more articles about or by Neumayr and Vigano.

The National File site has the story on widespread voter fraud in Harris County.
Texas poll watcher Raymond T. Stewart, a retired police officer, submitted a sworn affidavit Thursday that was provided to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. That affidavit, exclusively obtained by NATIONAL FILE, alleges that a Houston precinct judge and staff illegally used a stack of driver’s licenses in their possession to allow people to vote illegally in the 2020 election at a drive-through voting window created by the Coronavirus pandemic. Stewart’s affidavit and photos of the scheme are presented below. The acting precinct judge’s identity has been confirmed by the Harris County Clerk’s Office and insiders identify her as a Democrat.
There are a bunch of ex-cops who are now private investigators serving as poll observers in Harris County who are working to bust a huge voter scam.
Check out this video at the Twitter feed of National File. There are also fed up Democrats helping in this investigation. It takes a while for the video to buffer.

MIAMI — Democrats are sounding the alarm about weak voter turnout rates in Florida’s biggest county, Miami-Dade, where a strong Republican showing is endangering Joe Biden’s chances in the nation’s biggest swing state.
No Democrat can win Florida without a huge turnout and big winning margins here to offset losses elsewhere in the state. But Democrats are turning out at lower rates than Republicans and at lower rates than at this point in 2016, when Hillary Clinton won by 29 percentage points here and still lost the state to Donald Trump.

I happened across some info on the young woman who made this ad linked here the other day. Allie Beth Stuckey is her name and she was born and raised in Dallas, captain of her college golf team and started a podcast when she was in her early twenties which got her an appearance on Fox. Apparently, Mark Levin hired her when they started CRTV and now she’s with The Blaze.

Rush just had to bail out on his show today. Damn. I hope he gets better.

Here is a new video from the Clean Energy Alliance explaining all the huge problems with this first generation of solar panels reaching the end of their viability and having to be disposed of somehow…somewhere.

#39 – Sad to be thinking this way, but I believe that Rush has been on every day since he announced that the last treatment protocol had not been able to stop the cancer. I would presume from that that he has discontinued any further treatments, and if I recall, his immediate prognosis was a matter of weeks when it was first discovered. That’s just my analysis out here in centex without even calling in my experts from around the world to seek their opinions. Hope not, but that’s what it seems to me.
-

I heard that on Rush’s show today. Got really chaotic there when he was leaving then I had to get out of the truck. Pray it was just confusion and not something worse.

#39 #41 #42 I was listening today when they switched to the big Trump Radio Rally that Rush had on a few weeks ago. Sadly, I agree with all of you, he may not have much time left but the way I look at it, he was diagnosed stage 5 of a certain sort of Lung cancer that was a death sentence but he took treatment and the cancer shrunk and it looked promising but it came back. Just like my Dad and BIL. I jumped track but I was gong to say that he’s still with us after 8? months and when I first heard he had cancer I figured he wouldn’t make the Summer and he said that himself. One more thing, some might wonder if he knew he was on his way out, why would he be on the radio? For a fan since January of 1990, I can tell you that he was doing what he was born to do and loving it. If/when he’s gone there will NEVER be another! He was and always will be the best. Also, I HOPE I”M WRONG.

The day he announced they were not restocking his online store, I feared the worst. -
One more thing, every day that I get out of the sack, I thank the good Lord for another day, life was not always easy but all-in-all, it has been good and I am truly blessed.

Limbaugh opened my eyes to a whole lot of things in the political realm and some of that translated to other realms as well. The big one is that humans to one degree or another crave power over their fellow humans. Politicians are consumed with this. Ditto most homeowner Nazis.
When any politician wants to do something the best question is: who does this proposed action give power to? If it takes it or my money away from me, then the answer is no. Good rule to live by. -

lol. I don’t know if he edited out a battery change but if not that ran a long time.

Do you get the feeling the bar just keeps getting lower and lower to the point we are going to be down to a few hundred cases and still be getting “surges”?

You gotta trim back one of those for the A-Body in the garage. Can’t tell if it’s a Buick or Olds.

It isn’t unusual in this neck of the woods.
But in the closing days of this election (when the State Lege campaigns blow their little TV ad budgets) it is so glaringly obvious how Dems never identify their party affiliation.
It’s still Texas, baby.
If you can keep it

Well, we turned on the boiler tonight, and it fired up. We refilled the supply and bled the lines, and the burners came on. No need for a new electronic part this year.
While in the mechanical room, we labeled some of the water lines. With all the lines in and out, if Hubby were to crater tomorrow, I’d need to know what line is what when I need a plumber.
-
…it is so glaringly obvious how Dems never identify their party affiliation.
I was noticing that just the other day. If it’s some obscure race where I don’t know the republican in the race I wouldn’t know they were evildems in some cases.
I also noticed I haven’t seen a single commercial on the DA race. I guess that means the human bowling ball Ogg is a shoe-in.
-
Dems are worried about Dade County (when did it become Miami-Dade County?). If they lose Dade County, which the Suborning Succubus won 63 to 34, there’s no way Trump loses Florida.
-
I also noticed I haven’t seen a single commercial on the DA race. I guess that means the hu man bowling ball Ogg is a shoe-in.
Funny you should mention that.
I haven’t visited Big Jolly in a couple of months and today and had a nice encounter with Ogg’s opponent.
First time I’ve ever run across her.

FWIW; That gal is/was my wife’s best friend growing up and was wife’s Maid of Honor at our wedding. We’ve not kept in touch with her for years but she’s remarried now and IS a CAT LADY! Actually she is bad to rescue animals, and there is nothing wrong with that. The picture came from some sort of animal rescue costume party and she reposted it today.

#51 – The only storm brewing out here is the football game between the Coleman Bluecats and the Armadillos. SS leads 17-3 at halftime, but it hasn’t been easy for them so far. Pretty good battle.
I guess Flarada Man has left to go north for the winter or something. He’s MIA again this week apparently. Tomorrow is College Football Saturday if memory serves me correctly. Be interesting to see how that goes.
I went out a got a little exercise today, so if you are driving by and happen to notice a little less bee brush and prickly pear cactus, as well as some missing turkey pear cactus, you will know where I was. That’s an infinite source of exercise, so I can just come and go out there all I want, and I will never run out of places to whack with the grubbing hoe or a shovel. And it grows back faster than I can keep up with it too. In case you’re wondering, it thinks undiluted roundup is fertilizer and seems to thrive on it even more.
The diet story is coming along well. At the end of the first 4 week period, I’ve lost about 10 pounds. My two sets of scales do not sync, so I’m keeping two charts, but only one goes back to the beginning, so it is the official scale even though the displayed weight can vary 2 pounds or so when stepped on three times in a row – never get the same exact weight twice. But, what I do get, is once I break through an imaginary weight dam, such as something that ends in a 0 or a 5, and once I never go back that high again, I have confidence that the overall program is working. If I went all the way back to the first 4 or 5 days, which I am not considering as a part of the legitimate 50 pound goal, you could add about 5 pounds to the cumulative weight loss total, but I’m still operating on the theory that all this is mostly gas and water loss, and not fat burn. I’m in this for the fat burn and not some quick loss, feel good result. Anyway, I wish it were going a little faster, but it’s going, and that’s what counts. And I’m eating healthy twice daily, not starving, and actually beginning to feel better already. A bit of stamina is returning, and that’s another goal.
OK, halftime is over, so back to the Armadillos.

Armadillos win. Next week’s game is for all the marbles in this district.
Got a notice from Amazon that my Mueller onion chopper has been recalled. Sent me to a web site to sign up for a replacement onion chopper. We’ll see if that ever happens. I’m thinking about a batch of chili, so I’ll need to use my onion chopper – hopefully it won’t rise up against me and chop my finger off like the recall says has happened to some other owners. Can’t even trust your onion chopper any more – who can you trust these days.
OK, about time to turn in. You all have a nice evening.

I remember standing outside the old German dance hall in the inner Montrose area back in 1969. It was called Jubilee Hall and they booked some of the biggest acts ever. I was 17 and they wouldn’t let me in, but they would let you stand outside the big old windows and listen. That night, John Mayall and the Blues Breakers played. It was amazing. Other nights, they didn’t watch the door and I slipped in. I saw Canned Heat, Johnny Winter, Taj Mahal and others.

I don’t remember the first album I bought but this one was one of the first three.
