Six days before Election Day in 2012, Democrats in Florida had cast about 39,000 more votes than Republicans. Today, six days before Election Day 2016, Republicans have cast about 17,000 more votes than Democrats.

The NFL is rigged and outcomes manipulated for the greatest revenues. Meanwhile America’s purest game just happens to go a full seven games at the most extreme odds and just oozing drama with the poor Cubs finally back in it. And extra innings to boot. Hmmm. J/K Great game and series, I didn’t have a dog in there but it… Read more »
Nice thing about the World Series is we in Texas get to see that earlier Trump commercial – going for Hillary’s corrupt jugular. It WAS a beautiful thing.
I couldn’t come up with single Republican from the primaries that would run that ad.
Except maybe – maybe – Cruz.
Seventh game. Tied in the ninth. Raining.
What more could you ask for.
I’m sweating.

Why would you throw it where they can drive it like that? High and away is what keeps ’em going down.
Chapmans pitches aren’t leaping because he” tired. Even if he is still throwing super heat.
I told Chapman not to put that ball into golf swing territory. The short, thick, powerful guys can hit it out from down there. Nobody ever listens to me.
#40 Shannon Just got a newsletter from the USO announcing the opening of a new and much larger USO installation at Incirlilk. Families had been sent home some time ago, and at the time it was raising funds to build it I was wondering if that would be a mistake given the events in Turkey and the coup attempt and… Read more »
I’ve been laid up for a month in the house with what I think is a brand new, second fully herniated disc. I barely drive anywhere and can’t walk very far at all. I haven’t had 6 hours of relief from sciatica since the end of September.
I do understand, Squawk.

You did not know you were my straight man in a comedy routine?
I am too broken down in the body to get into long arsed disargumentations.
Not doing to good right now.
That’s the easy way.
The ultimate finesse of the no touch, no contact, between the catcher’s legs toe slide across home plate is like a Baryshnikov move. Exquisite.

I never saw that before, it is hilarious.
I liked it a lot more and thought it was far more dignified and manly to have a chew of tobacco in your jaw back in the more civilized days of American baseball. Nowadays, we have some idiotic moron with 12 pieces of bubblegum in his mouth looking like some crazed, hyper-steroidal chipmunk on television in front of 50 million… Read more »

Cubs win. Is Chicago burning yet?
My grandmother was born two years after the last time the Cubs did it.
I’ll be. They did it.
I missed those somehow
Don’t leave out HRC’s commercials too…

One of my little old lady friends Over Yonder linked to this book and its reviews.
That guy who tied it up better watch out if he comes back up, with all that grandstanding while running the bases.

That player with the bubble gum has painted fingernails. Neon chartreuse green.

WOW!!
I hope they aren’t second guessing that pitching change for the next 71 years.
Must be looking rough for the Clinton Crime Family.

I prefer the 100 mph bulldozer technique. 🙂
The coolest thing about a game 7 is a manager is liable to use every pitcher he has.
3-1 Cubs!!
Best slide into home in the history of baseball.

Not really.
I am opposed.

I was only referring to the death penalty for blog threads.
Personally, I’m for executing all kinds of evil things and creatures.
I think the death penalty should be safe, legal, and rare.
