Happy Hump Day.

Paul Ryan is an open borders, globalist, terd nozzle. He wants a coronation as King Paul of The House. We can and should do much better. More of the same RINO BS will not get us what we want and need.

The above is a symptom of real societal sickness. Is the movie going to change one bit a week later? Just like waiting in line for 2 fargin weeks to be among the first to get the new I phone!?! These people have all the depth of a parking lot puddle.

Someone on my route is sandblasting and painting their nice pipe fence – a brown mustard yellow.
To each his own. -

No Unca Joe?
-
#7: I just heard Limbaugh announce it, Joe says no.
I just wonder what all went in behind the scenes on this deal. . . . -
Well, I’m just heartbroken that I won’t have a chance to not vote for Crazy Uncle Joe. How will our nation survive without him on the ballot? He betrays his dying son’s last wish (or at least that’s what he says) which by itself is good enough for a Dem to get on the ballot. Of course, there’s always the chance that he might change his mind just like Boner did in the event Hillary goes to jail or something.

Having an inkling of the snake pit that is the D party apparatus, what did Hitlery have to promise to ensure that Joe got out and no indictments are going to happen? Let’s complicate it a bit, what if the Rs now, miraculously have a smoking gun where, perhaps, Hil, her self gave the stand down order? Mebbe Bronco knows his time is short and he is just going to let the indictment happen and watch the Ds melt down?
Time for some popcorn. . . .

Well right now I am feasting on chili and beans.
.
.
.
2 separate bowls. I don’t wanna hear no catterwallin from the chili nazis -
I wonder if this muzzy perv is still in the country. . . A $300K appearance bond is, like , lunch money for this guy.

#11 – Beans are perfectly acceptable as a side dish!

“He had one job” Coincidence?
We’re running our Human Rated Test Bed today and the test subject has to hold onto a pickle switch to keep the amplifier from aborting, the idea is if he passes out, the switch falls out of his hand and kills the amp, On our second run, the test subject, “let’s call him Joe” tripped the switch momentarily about 2/3 of the way through. he said that he didn’t, but I looked at the abort panel and not high G or amplifier abort so that leaves 3 kill switches and a dead man switch so I knew that it had to be him. FWIW; if you don’t press down pretty hard it will trip and not come back on until I reset it. The test lead said, “Joe had one job” We all cracked up. -
Oh and I’m taking a late lunch break,….Later

Newsmachete on Paul Ryan: cuts him to ribbons.

I remember when this happened to a black man in Texas, and all hell broke loose. Where’s the outrage now?
-
I have a feeling most of the folks on this couch have been extremely busy lately. I know I have been stretched pretty thin.
Here’s hoping things return to some semblance of normalcy soon for all. -
Texas Senator Skeeter Graham used to refer to those of us pulling the wagon. Has anyone noticed the wagon may be getting a little overloaded?
-
Something different. Sand art.
-
A father’s letter to son headed to college.

Yup, the wagon is about to burst at the seams and has lost a few floorboards already, and one of the wheels is about to come off. The others have at least one cracked spoke. The oxen pulling it originally died and got eaten by the current passengers and their kids a long time ago. The original passengers and their kids and grandkids are out front doing the pulling and have been for a couple of generations.
Senator Phil Gramm called it perfectly a few decades ago when he described those of us who pull the wagon and those who ride in it. Nothing much has been done about it since, of course, other than more ingrates from elsewhere have climbed aboard.

History repeats itself. All that’s missing is Putin’s mug and Obama’s back turned.

#22 Ms Adee, very well said!…As usual. 😉

I’ve seen the sand art before. Amazing talent.

Back from my class this evening. We had 3 new students show up for my class tonight.
Three.
I’m 6 weeks into my lesson plan.
/facepalm

Thank you, Super Dave.

Nope. Second.

Good morning Hamsters. Gone are the lovely cool and low humidity days for a while. Ugh. Mugly and 75 at 6 with a steady SE breeze. Light rain overnight left one solitary puddle at the end of the driveway, and of course the Chron was in it. But it was double bagged at least.
-
Mercy those roads are slick.
-
#31: So your errant paperboy defiled a driveway puddle with the Comical, huh? He should be flogged for abusing muddy water in such a disgraceful fashion.
-
Are paperboys still American?
