Good morning Hamsters. Almost an inch fell last night and plenty of wind gusts pulled leaf clusters off by the hundreds and scattered them all over. Started about 6:30 and went on until almost 9 with light rain for an hour or so at the end. Lost power for a little over 90 minutes shortly after it started.

Fortunately got the horses in just ahead of it and me in the house as it was starting to let loose with a zillion lightning strikes. Rain tonight would be welcome without all the noise.

Hillary’s fate is in the hands of one cunning, spiteful, vindictive woman – Valerie Jarrett. I can promise you that Loretta Lynch did not get the AG spot without being sympatico with the woman behind the throne and those two will ultimately decide what happens.

Most of the bad data leaked out about Hillary came straight from Jarrett. She hates the Clintons going back to their dirty tricks in the 2008 campaign.

Senator Claire McCaskill on how she got Todd Akin nominated for the Republican race for the Senate in Missouri:

It was August 7, 2012, and I was standing in my hotel room in Kansas City about to shotgun a beer for the first time in my life. I had just made the biggest gamble of my political career—a $1.7 million gamble—and it had paid off. Running for reelection to the U.S. Senate as a Democrat from Missouri, I had successfully manipulated the Republican primary so that in the general election I would face the candidate I was most likely to beat. And this is how I had promised my daughters we would celebrate.

But first let me go back to the beginning.

    Pursuant to my #5:

Hillary Clinton is in such deep legal trouble over her emails that she needs the backing of Obama to survive. [itals. mine] He controls the attorney general’s office and therefore he controls Hillary (and her freedom) as long as he is president. Everything she says and does in the presidential campaign must be viewed against this reality. This is further enhanced by her need to hold together Obama’s electoral coalition. But that’s the least of it compared to having erased 32,000 emails, most of which were undoubtedly government property, and done who-knows-what to the server, something that not even Nixon would ever have dreamed of.

    Cankles belongs in prison.

First off, I was Communications Security Custodian for my Reserve Unit for three years (1978-81), and we regularly handled TOP SECRET traffic. I can tell you that if I had done what Hillary has already admitted to, I’d just now be getting out of jail.

Second, what she did was actually worse than anything I might have been capable of. She transmitted, in the clear (that means it wasn’t put into code) and on an unsecure system, information that was later found to be TOP SECRET. They are hanging their hat on the fact that it wasn’t classified at the time. But, that’s the whole reason behind transmitting information on a secure encrypted system—to guard against those cases where classified information might accidentally be transmitted before its reviewed for classification.

Imagine this conversation between the Obama Administration employees sifting through just the mail Hillary allowed them to see:

Flunky #1: “Boy, I glad we don’t have to go through all those wedding invitations and recipies. Dirty wing nuts, making us go through all this stuff.”

Flunky #2: “Yah, crazy bastidges. Let’s get started.”

Flunky #1: “OK” (sounds of paper being shuffled)

    Flunky #2: “Ummmmmmmmm——–”

Flunky #1: “Yeah, me too. Lets set these aside, we’re probably making too big a deal out of this.”

Flunky #2: “Holy batschizzle, look at this one.”

How bad for this country is the fact that this information was transmitted in the clear and on an unsecured system?

Well, here’s the description of what the various security classifications mean.

The U.S. classification of information system has three classification levels — Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential — which are defined in EO 12356.2 Those levels are used both for NSI and atomic energy information (RD and FRD). Section 1.1(a) of EO 12356 states that:

    (a) National Security Information (hereinafter “classified information”) shall be classified at one of the following three levels:
    (1) “Top Secret” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.
    (2) “Secret” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause serious damage to the national security.

    (3) “Confidential” shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the national security.

And it gets worse. This is the definition of the effects of release of Diplomatic TOP SECRET information:

Disruption of foreign relations vitally affecting national security

I think Texpat is right about Valerie Jarret. The world is on fire right now, Russia and ISIS are doing things that come as a surprise to us, and Barry just got finished with some disasterous negotitations with Iran. Some of that, maybe a lot of that, could be traced to information garnered through reading Hillary’s mail, and if that’s the case (and I’m pretty sure it is) Valerie is going to be a she bear protecting her cub.

And it probably goes even deeper. Communications methods and procedures, including unencrypted email addresses and routing information, could have been how the Chinese got in through the back door of the government’s Personnell Information System.

    EDIT TO ADD:

The fact that the info wasn’t classified at all is damning. It means Hillary (or Huma) didn’t even bother classifying it. As the originator, it was Hillary’s responsibility to place a classification on it. So, she already did something that would get the average Company Commander stripped of rank and priveleges and be a guest of the gummint at the Leavenworth School For Boys and Girls for a few years.

There is another crime that has yet to be discussed, when the first hint of impropriety was discovered, why was the server not seized right then? We are speaking of national security and such, aren’t we? How much time have they had to completely trash the server and render it possible to glean any evidence from it? The delay in action represents a crime in failure to secure the information.

#12: Those classifications were read off by Judge Napolitano this morning on FOX and he also made note of the confidential nature of Petraeus transgression vs the top secret nature of Cankles.
This whole scheme smacks of TREASON to me.

  15. Sarge Avatar

And this might also be an incentive for the Obamam cabal to shoot down the Hildebeast.

A stunning new poll has Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) beating presumptive Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire.

Sanders has eclipsed Clinton by a 44 to 37 percent margin, according to a new Franklin Pierce University/Boston Herald poll that was first reported by the Boston newspaper Tuesday evening.

The previous FPU/Herald poll taken in March had Sanders trailing Clinton 44 to 8.

Today’s poll is the first to show Sanders, whose liberal policies are popular with the Democratic base, ahead of Clinton in New Hampshire.

Obama’s political leanings would suggest that if he sees any chance that the Republcan vote will be fractured by a third party candidate, he’d rather have a Socialist like Sanders win the election than a compartive moderate owned by Wall Street.

Going much further than claiming incpmpetence, stupididty and arrogance as a cause for Hillary’s monumental blunder will only attract sympathy from some, and a mama bear reaction from a lot of folks in the press.

She didn’t do this out of Treason. She did it because she’s arrogant enough to think that the rules are for the little people, and selfish enough to put her political needs above the security of communications.

Leave it there, and people will come to hate her for it. Call her a traitor, and those who see the arrogance and selfishness will give her a pass because they are protecting her from a bunch of big meanies.

Where have some of you people been? The Hillary thing is as clear as a bell. Just at the right time, the FBI will announce that it has conducted a thorough examination and investigation of the email situation and has concluded that there is absolutely no evidence of wrong doing by Hillary. Then she can campaign that she has been proved innocent by the FBI and the DOJ and will somehow blame the entire thing on the R’s. And most likely, the Congressional R’s will apologize to her for it and humbly approach her on their knees to beg forgiveness shortly after her swearing in ceremony. It’s as clear as the nose on your face.

HEADLINE: Obama, Clinton Foundation Donors Sold ‘Green’ Fuel to Military for $149 per Gallon
The CEO and Board of Directors of Solazyme, a company the military paid $149 per gallon for “alternative” fuel, have donated more than $300,000 to Democratic candidates and committees, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

Recipients of significant donations included the Obama Victory Fund and the Democratic National Committee. Additionally, Solazyme donated between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation.

A Congressional Research Service (CRS) report found that the Department of Defense (DOD) paid Solazyme $149 per gallon for fuel made of algal oil, costing taxpayers a total of $223,500 in 2009. The group also received a $21 million stimulus grant from Department of Energy in 2009.

Corrupt bastiges in the extreme, paying protection money and getting back big buckets of taxpayer dollars in return.

This week’s Bellville Times feature with stories from fifty years ago concentrates on the 1915 Galveston storm. It was a Cat 4 storm that really did a number on the island city and Houston. However the sea wall had been built and was itself only partially damaged. The SE Texas cotton crop was destroyed. 400 lives were lost but only 11 in Galveston.
