Oops tRick should have donned his Clark Kent/Superman glasses and gone to Joe Strauss the louse, used his office of Governor as a bully pulpit and stared and wrangled, wrestled and calf-roped him into submission.
Brother Phil Now they say the Jersey Jelly Roll is polling third. Pollsters must’ve been at a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. Geez! Dude take it easy. We have 16 more months of this insanity. Polls don’t mean a thing until about April of next year. I miss the days when the silly season began about November of the year prior… Read more »
Tried a couple of new recipes tonight. Cuban Chicken and Italian Beef Covelli, from my low-carb cookbook. The chicken was a hit, but as much as I would love to honor my Italian ancestors, we’ll eat this batch and then not turn to that page again. Not horrible, but not a flavor we like.

Yes but he was unable to get it done. IMO just Oops showmanship.
I don’t trust him one bit and probably never will.
But I’m kind of cynical when It comes to Oops.

The season premier of Ray Donovan comes on at 2000hrs tonight.
In fairness to Jimmy Dick, he proposed legislation banning sanctuary cites back in 2011. I think he even called a special session with that as one of the items.

#95 C’mon. We have a president who has, by all measures, committed high crimes and misdemeanors and should have been impeached, instead he was reelected. #76 mharper42 Another great find along with #77. Not hard to understand the mania coming forth from the lefties in Houston for urban density (rescue downtown), the world-class-city-making light rail boondoggle, the anti-sprawl wailing and gnashing of teeth when the burbs keep on growing despite their far-left propaganda, and all the trinkets of lefty delusion that the taxpayers of Houston… Read more »
Ok, this article dates back to 2006, but I had never heard that Progressives hate cul-de-sacs. I happen to live on a short cul-de-sac street, and I love the lack of traffic on our block. I always liked the Oak Ridge Boys cover of a White Stripes song.
Bro Squawk.
The singer sounds like a Robert Plant/Axl Rose hybrid.
I like the name of this one.
Here ya Brother Phil. Ya might like this.
Watch closely now.

I have about all I can stand with politics. Cripes I can’t get away from it. I use tried and true trucker mind tricks to ignore it. 🙂

Upon further review, it was our old friend Smokin’ Joe in the House what killed the bill.
Jimmy Dick is not to be trusted to do anything but stab sound principals in the back.

How long would it take you to travel 2,189 miles on foot?
I betcha it wouldn’t be this long.
Things you can’t find on Amazon. Did you know that Napoleon’s penis is in New Jersey?
I’m offended by Che Guevara and Charles Manson t-shirts. Can we get those banned post haste?
I think Amazon still sells them.
In spite of outright repeated lies, breaking of rules, refusal to acknowledge Israel’s right to exist and protests of death to America, this admin still absurdly thinks that a)a deal can be reached and b) Iran will hold up their end of the bargain! ?!?!
