I’m going to go out on a limb and state that if this judge can’t be unbiased in this case, she should be permanently removed from the bench.

A great profile of Lorne Michaels – including a great photo of him with Belushi, Aykroyd, and Chase back in 1975.

Someone explain to me why Israel is “negotiating” with Hamas?
At this moment there is no peace deal and the deal that was reported absolutely sucked.
This is reportedly the upcoming hostage deal.
Summary of Practical Procedures for Implementing the Agreement
1. Preparations
•Goal: Implement the May 27, 2024 agreement to exchange hostages and prisoners, ensuring sustainable calm and working toward a permanent ceasefire.
•First-phase procedures will continue while second-phase negotiations are ongoing.
•Guarantors will ensure negotiations persist until a final agreement is reached.2. Withdrawal of Israeli Forces
•Israeli forces will withdraw 700 meters eastward from densely populated Gaza areas, with exceptions for five points extending up to 400 meters.
•Redeployment maps will be attached to the agreement.3. Prisoner Exchange
•9 sick and wounded hostages exchanged for 110 Palestinian prisoners serving life sentences.
•Israel will release 1,000 prisoners arrested after October 8, 2023, excluding October 7 participants.
•Elderly prisoners (over 50) will be released at specific ratios.
•Avera Mengistu and Hisham al-Sayed will be released at a 1:30 ratio, along with 47 “Shalit prisoners.”
•Additional releases based on agreed lists.4. Philadelphia Axis
•Gradual reduction of Israeli forces in the corridor area during the first stage, per agreed maps.
•Withdrawal to be completed by day 50 after the release of all first-stage hostages.5. Rafah Crossing
•Rafah crossing will be prepared to transfer civilians and wounded individuals once all female civilians and soldiers are released.
•50 wounded military personnel may cross daily with 3 companions, subject to Israeli and Egyptian approval.
•Crossing operations will follow August 2024 consultations with Egypt.6. Exit of Sick and Wounded Civilians
•All sick and wounded Palestinian civilians may cross Rafah under Article 12 of the May 27, 2024 agreement.7. Return of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
•IDPs will return unarmed per May 27, 2024 guidelines.
•Day 7: Return via Rashid Street without inspection.
•Day 22: Return via Salah al-Din Street without inspection.
•Vehicles may return via Netzarim after inspection by private companies approved by mediators and Israel.Humanitarian Aid Protocol
•All humanitarian aid procedures will follow protocols supervised by mediators.-
Hamas is a sidebar player. Israel is actually negotiating to satisfy the demands of Qatar, Egypt and the USA.

Senior Hamas official reiterates Hamas’ goal of repeating October 7th until the Jews are dead or gone. This was mere hours after Biden, Trump and everybody and their mother was claiming credit of a bad deal for Israel.

Ron DeSantis picks Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody to fill Marco Rubio’s Senate seat.
With that, Mornin’ Gang -
Ashley Moody is more popular than Ron DeSantis in Florida. There’s going to be a lot of people sad to see her leave the AG job.
For most Floridians, Governor Ron DeSantis has been the best governor in the state’s history. But while Gov. DeSantis has helped Republicans garner a 1,000,000 voter registration advantage over their Democratic Party counterparts, there is one elected official in Florida that has outpaced ‘America’s Governor’ at the ballot box—Attorney General Ashley Moody.
It may be hard to believe, but Moody has garnered more votes than Gov. DeSantis in both the 2018 and 2022 elections.

Daniel Greenfield with the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Every country fights Islamic terrorism alone. What should have been a world war against a common enemy has become a lonely battle in which each country strives separately against a global threat. And within each country, individuals have been abandoned by their governments to face sudden death.
This is not just Israel’s story. It is all our stories. But it is most clearly seen in Israel.
Jews tend to view this as antisemitism and it’s often in the mix. But it’s not just antisemitism. It’s cowardice. The world powers, old and new, recruit their own Jihadists, form their dirty deals for oil and blood, and sell each other out. That they sell out Israel is a given.
What else would you expect of people who sell out their own children to grooming gangs and let mosques rise in every one of their cities?
The blood was hardly dry on the streets of the French Quarter before we had all officially moved on for the hundredth time. And there is every reason to think that we will go on moving on for the foreseeable future. People wait for some fundamental wake-up call that will break with the old corrupt blindness.
For now at least they have waited in vain.

Damn them all. Trump has already lied to the world about “all hell will break loose” over Hamas’ hostages and he’s not even president yet. Remember when Obama drew a red line in the sands of Syria and then did nothing when jihadi madmen crossed right over it ?
The Surrender to Hamas Deal is a bipartisan betrayal of Israel in which the outgoing Biden administration and the incoming Trump administration got together to throttle Israel and demand that it accept a Hamas deal, overseen by its state sponsor Qatar, trading thousands of terrorists for hostages, live or dead, abandoning Gaza, and allowing Hamas under a fake ‘technocratic’ government to take it over again. Followed by an extended reconstruction that the United States will be paying for.
-
Here is new National Security Advisor Mike Waltz saying the Trump administration should do everything the opposite of what Trump and his emissary, Steve Witkoff, are telling the world. I don’t know if he’s been cut out of the insider loop or this is some kind of rope-a-dope media manipulation by the new administration.
-
The deal is a disaster. Families of the hostages may feel otherwise if their goal was only to get their loved ones home, but releasing murderers and unrepentant terrorists to do so only guarantees more violence. The October 7, 2023, attacks—the largest single-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust—not only occurred during an ongoing Israel-Hamas ceasefire but also was planned and led by Yahya Sinwar, a prisoner released in a previous hostage swap. In effect, to release one Hamas hostage, Gilad Shalit, Netanyahu—who was prime minister during that swap as well—not only freed more than 1,000 Hamas prisoners but, in hindsight, set Israel down a course that led to the slaughter of more than 1,200 Israelis. Hamas tortured and broadcast hostage videos as information warfare; Netanyahu rewarded their strategy.

I’ve arrived in Bryan, waiting to renew a lease before we sell our property. The realtor said that would help the sale, and it tenant is enthusiastic about locking his rent rate for the next year. The realtor has told we may have multiple buyers.
It’s been less than two days….
I didn’t sleep well last night, so I’m just going to open a few windows and kick back for a bit.

Bonus trap for all the international asshats telling Israel how to live. Netanyahu’s fragile ruling coalition includes the two most conservative parties in the country. They are both threatening to leave the coalition if he agrees to the current Hamas deal which would cause a serious crisis and force another election or retirement of Bibi. He has been the face of resistance to the US State Dept and world pressure against Israel. If they can get rid of him, then they’ll all be happier.

4 more days and the 4 year, super destructive charade of chaos, mayhem and death for many Americans will come to an end.
the wooden dummy sham presidency is the biggest scandal in the history of the country and both parties played along with it until the bitter end.
hello. Mr Haney. Did you say one thing or any of you other ‘staunch CONservatives’ speak up?
everyone out here in plebe land knew it was a stolen election and an insurrection carried out by deep state spies and media liars Inc.
The wooden dummy vegetable is unfit to testify but fit enough to sign executive orders like he’s giving out Halloween candy and allowed to do it until the bitter end of this travesty.
everything he did should become null and void jan 20th.

Officer Rocky, the K-9 hero, has become a nationally famous celebrity. The first report I saw said another officer had been shot and life flighted to a hospital. Never trust the first reports.

Forget the man that was killed. All hail the dog. Hocks loogi and spits.

Many Israelis are adamantly opposed to this new deal with Hamas. The families of IDF soldiers killed in Gaza make up many of these protestors who believe the deaths of their sons and daughters will have been in vain.
Israelis who feel that the announced hostage deal with Hamas endangers the country and is a death sentence for those not released in the first phase demonstrated Thursday morning at the main entrance to Jerusalem, causing massive traffic jams.
The protestors carried fake coffins draped in Israeli flags, chanting, “We don’t leave hostages behind.”
In the evening protest, clashes broke out with police officers who were trying to clear the road. Angry protestors shouted, saying they were being treated differently than those who were blocking roads in support of hostage deals, whom the police have largely left alone.
On both Wednesday night and Thursday morning, the anti-deal crowds were led by the Heroes Forum and Tikva (Hope) Forum, whose members are among the families of soldiers who have fallen in the 15-month-long war and of Hamas hostages. They have been demanding for months that the government stick to its stated war goal of destroying Hamas as the only way to bring all the hostages home.

This is a pretty stunning comment from Megyn Kelly. She quotes a “woke” friend of hers who lives in Southern California and whose home burned to the ground. We shall see.

This so-called deal is never going to fly. The hamas-holes are changing the wording before anything is signed. What I hope happens is that hamas will do something stupid that kills the deal and Trump officially removes the restraints on Israel. Then Israel goes primitive and wipes them out. By them I mean hamas, hizbollah, houthis, and perhaps Iran.
It should be clear to all that one can not negotiate with evil. Islam is evil. -
CNN is in a defamation case as a defendant against a guy who was evacuating Afghanis from Afghanistan. They are in the closing arguments stage and it looks like CNN is about to get their head handed to them. ACE has this report.
I don’t think CNN will survive much longer after this. -
Those Germans really know how to make a beautiful weapon. This is a Vierling not a Drilling. Vierling comes from the German word for four—Vier. One 22 Hornet rifle, two 8X57 (8mm) Mauser rifles and one twenty gauge smooth bore. BTW; This thing is way out of my price range.

Watching the new Caroline Glick video on the so called “agreement”. I hate Biden, I am far from happy with Trump. If this thing goes as laid out I hope they at the least give Israel a kiss, be it a Judas kiss.

Super Dave
I found the manufacturers of that Bang Bangs web site. Dang beautiful weapons. Check the “collection”. WANT -
James O’Keefe just caught a senior Pentagon official plotting to sabotage the Inauguration Monday. He’s plotting with some other generals. The man was also caught on that TV show that sets up predators and pedophiles to be caught on camera after soliciting minors.
-
Here is the tape of the sex predator show catching the Pentagon executive in 2021. Where in the hell are the security procedures and protocols ? Why is this man still employed with top level security clearance ?

Did you catch this link on CFP? -
The most terrifying thing about the Senate hearings on nominees is how incredibly stupid and/or ignorant these Democratic senators are.
-
Yes. I’ve been immersed in many of the hearings.
We do not send our best minds to represent us in D.C.-
No, Americans across the country send uninformed, pretentious, pompous idiots to Congress. It’s dangerous and terrifying given the power and responsibility they have.

I am finally coming to perch after a busy day running on about 2 hours’ sleep. I drove to Bryan, met with potential buyers, tenants, and realtor’s listing agent, drove back home, finally got something to eat and about five o;clock landed on the couch. I was surprised to wake up about six, and Hubby was chuckling, saying he was about to wake me up himself, and that I was “totally zonked out”. Went to my Catholic Daughters “social” where we discussed the pros and cons of not being CDA members any more. I think we’re leaning heavily to ditching the bureaucratic ladies’ club and doing our own, more conservative, women’s guild type thing within our parish. Keep our resources, time, and money to ourselves and make our own less restrictive rules.
A productive day, but I’m tahrred still. Hoping I’ll sleep better tonight. Gonna go check out what y’all have offered up as conversational fodder this lovely, lovely day.
