IDF Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari Releases information on just exactly what the IDF is doing and what they are finding while they do it.  One point to note is you will see is a video concerning “Conquer the Galilee”. “Conquer the Galilee” was Hezbollahs plan to do what Hamas did on October 7 2023.  Their plan was crafted several years ago.  Most of the information below was recently declassified.

On a personal note Israel celebrates the strength of their military as well they should.  We would do well to remember that God keeps Israel.

IDF: Cleared for publication: Since the beginning of the war, IDF troops have carried out dozens of targeted operations near the border in southern Lebanon to dismantle Hezbollah combat compounds and weapons 

Since the beginning of the war, the IDF has conducted dozens of targeted operations in areas near the border in southern Lebanon in order to dismantle Hezbollah’s terrorist capabilities and infrastructure that pose a threat to Israeli civilian communities in northern Israel.

Under the direction of the Northern Command and based on precise intelligence from the Intelligence Directorate (J2), IDF troops have conducted targeted operations against Hezbollah’s combat compounds in southern Lebanon. These operations were conducted in order to dismantle the military capabilities of Hezbollah’s Radwan Forces and prevent it from carrying out its October 7th-style ‘Conquer the Galilee’ plan for an invasion into northern Israel.

The soldiers identified and breached underground access points near the border area, exposed extensive weapon caches, assembly areas for terrorist operative operations, and more. During these operations, the troops also collected valuable intelligence and methodically dismantled the weapons and compounds, including underground infrastructure and advanced weaponry of Iranian origin.

The troops also uncovered and destroyed underground infrastructure, struck thousands of targets and hundreds of weapons storage facilities, tons of explosives, and hundreds of living areas for operatives, command centers and more. Some of the weapons were recovered and taken by the soldiers back into Israeli territory. 

The IDF continues to operate to degrade Hezbollah’s capabilities and infrastructure, and push Hezbollah away from the border area in order to enable the residents of the north to return to their homes in safety.

    Woman celebrates 107th birthday; children say she always has positive attitude.

    GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY/Gray News) – Friends and family celebrated a Wisconsin woman’s 107th birthday this week.

    Elizabeth Miskella was born in 1916 and is still going strong as she turned 107 on Monday.

    She has eight children, 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

    “The family reunions are just massive,” John Miskella, Elizabeth Miskella’s son, said.

    Her children reflected on the times they shared with their mother growing up from getting braces, helping her in the garden to being taken to get their vaccines.

    “We get together on a Zoom call every Sunday,” John Miskella said. “I think that’s what keeps us so connected.”

    The family said one thing they learned from Elizabeth Miskella is always to have a positive attitude.

    One day last week I was working with my Kubota Mule and when I started it, it for the world sounded like it was out of fuel. Digital fuel gauge had 2 bars out of 10 so how could that be? But I filled it up with diesel and that solved the problem. FWIW; It has been on 2 bars for a little while but I assumed (Ass-U-Me) it had enough fuel. From now on when it flickers from 3-2 bars I’ll fuel up. I guess I never let it get this low before and my 5 gallon can gave me 8 bars not 10 like it did the last few times. Live and learn but I am surprised that the fuel gauge is that far off.

      This story reminds me of when I was driving a 1978 Ford $#!tbox Fairmont. I was low on gas, the light was on and it ran out, I literally coasted into the gas station dead empty bone dry. It has never happened since.

    Watch the video. Lots of profanity, but it’s worth it.

    He is hell-bent on plowing over a Trump-Vance sign—how dare they post such a thing!—while his apparently different-thinking co-worker looks on. “This is gonna be great, this is gonna be great,” he enthuses as he purposefully drives over other people’s property. As if this is perfectly OK because he’s on the “right side.”

    “This is so ridiculous, “ his female companion points out. “You realize that, right?” Apparently, he does not, but he’ll soon get a brutal reality check.

    Israel is blessed to have such a clear self-protective vision for itself, as opposed to the U.S., which has such a large self-destructive element in it. (I am aware that there is the expected contingents of morons in Israel – people are people, no matter where ya’ go, and liberals can be found in any group.)

    But being surrounded by people who want to destroy your people, your culture, and your history is a pretty strong motivator.

    I pray that God continues to watch over His People and His Lands.

    Columbia University’s annual fundraising “Giving Day” to milk wealthy donors and alumni of contributions saw their total plunge 29% recently. The treatment of Jewish students and faculty has everything to do with it.

    But what do the geniuses at this Ivy League racket do ?

    Columbia University in New York City recently updated its anti-discrimination policy in which the school now says that race-neutral policies that have a “disproportionate impact” constitute discrimination.

    The policy, which was updated on Sept. 23, states that “having a neutral policy or practice that has a disproportionate and unjustified adverse impact on actual and/or perceived members or associates of one Protected Class more than others, constitutes Discrimination.”

    As Daniel DiMartino says:

    In its new “anti discrimination” policy, Columbia University defines discrimination to include NEUTRAL policies that have a disparate impact on members of protected classes.

    In other words, if you’re colorblind, you’re a racist. If you treat everyone equally, you’re a harasser.

      Unjustified is the escape clause. It is perfectly normal and just to have a merit based system. Extending favor to one group over another based on skin color or religion or whatever is wrong no matter who does it.

    While I outside, watering, grounding, and Vitamin D’ing myself, I was listening to one of my carnivore podcasts, featuring Dr. Ken Berry.

    I’ve never heard him use the “s” bomb so many times. He gets a little het up. And I never thought about the difference between horses**t and bulls**t, as Southerners see it.

    He has some interesting takes on what would happen with the hypothetical of worldwide carnivore-ing. Let’s just say, a lot of doctors would have to find new jobs, the economy would undergo radical changes, and although he didn’t say it, I gather the political scene would have lots of reverses. After all, climate change – the wealth and power redistribution religion – would lose a lot of momentum if we were growing cows, sheep, goats, water buffalo, kangaroos, etc. – instead of trying to produce chemical filled fake meat products.

    This morning, SportsSkeeda reported a lucrative story headlined, ““Election interference?” — Netizens react to Elon Musk giving $47 to every person who refers a swing state voter.” The gist was the far-left exploded in rage after Elon’s America PAC website published two huge offers and took a massive legal risk. It’s almost like a giant troll of the left; Elon was practically provoking them: [insert image of the referral payment offer]

    First – The “America Pac” wants to hire workers to help with voter registration and get tossup state election workers, for $30/hour plus bonuses. This includes North Carolina, God bless ’em. Mr. C. notes that the usual rats will try to board this ship, so good luck there.

    Second – the PAC wants to pay $47 for new registered voters who promise to support 1A and 2A. Floridians are not eligible. Referrers get paid.

    This could be massive if enough folks hear about it soon enough. Each turnout worker gets $30/hr plus bonuses for registering new voters of any political persuasion. But on top of that, for each newly registered voter, the turnout worker gets another $47 if the new voter also e-signs the petition—making conservative voters much more lucrative.

    I’ll do the math for Portland readers. If the turnout worker registers and e-petitions only four people an hour —say, standing outside their local grocery store— that amounts to $30 in wages plus $188 in petition referral fees, or a whopping $218 an hour — almost $9,000 for a 40-hour work week. That beats most white-collar jobs and even “one weird trick for making money online.”

    For those needing extra cash in this strapped economy, this is almost too good to pass up. Registration deadlines are fast approaching, so get out there NOW! Mr. C. ends with this smile inducing observation.

    Partisan Democrats are so furious they are spitting chai seeds. To them, these two deals, when placed side-by-side, smell a whole lot like paid voter registration, a federal felony. But the PAC is probably in the clear. None of the PAC’s money is paid to newly-registered voters. And Democrats have helpfully already litigated over both the deal’s parts: paying turnout helpers is fine, and paying petition workers is also legal. Turnabout is fair play.

    Then – there’s Milton barreling towards Florida. Yet one more chance for the government to fail its conservative citizens. Milton is forecasted to hit Tampa, which for many, many years has avoided direct hits. DeSantis is, as usual, doing his job.

    Pinellas County officials said they’ll likely order mandatory evacuations from all zones, A, B and C. For comparison, during Helene only Zone A was ordered to evacuate. Of course, Helene only struck Pinellas a glancing blow; this time, Milton looks to be a head-on collision. Over the weekend, Governor DeSantis issued a state of emergency for fifty-one of 67 counties and recalled Florida’s national guardsmen deployed to other states.

    Back-to-back hurricanes in Florida create two special problems. First, all the Helene debris neatly piled on the ground waiting for pickup could get blown around again. This causes a giant mess and produces windswept volleys of flying projectiles. Second, trees, the grips of their roots already loosened by Helene’s soaking, will more easily let loose when re-drenched. Assuming Milton hits where projected, it’s likely many more trees will topple this time.

    Florida’s west coast contains the state’s most conservative counties. The big blue counties all sit low on the eastern seaboard. This compressed, historic hurricane season is a kind of October surprise all of its own.

    Skipping all the Ukraine stuff, and moving on to Matt Walsh’s movie. I was thinking about going to see it, but the only theater in Houston that was listed was in a congested area far from my home. I guess I’ll wait for it to show up on The Daily Wire.

    According to Box Office Mojo, Matt Walsh’s new movie Am I Racist? has now grossed around $12 million on a $3 million budget. making it a breakaway hit. Plus, according to Matt’s tweet yesterday, the internal figures may be even higher, shooting past Super Size Me’s much-discussed $22 million:

    Yesterday, the Childers family (Dad included) enjoyed the film at a matinee showing. It’s packed with laughs, obvious and subtle, highbrow and slapstick. Having seen it, I can’t imagine what any sane person, no matter their political persuasion, could possibly object to. Wokescolds will be upset that the film exists at all, but all Walsh did was give race hustlers room to beclown themselves.

    The movie’s Rotten Tomatoes audience score remains stratospheric. More surprisingly, critics have given the film a solid 77% rating:

    If you haven’t seen it yet, Am I Racist? earns a C&C 100% fresh, “must see” rating. Beyond mere entertainment, this movie might have single-handedly put DEI on life-support. If DEI somehow survives Walsh’s well-earned roasting, it still will have suffered a mortal injury and will probably expire sooner or later.

    It is difficult to overemphasize how encouraging the critical and financial success of this important movie and social commentary is. Humor is the way!

    (Beirut) – The Houthis say they have recruited thousands of people to their armed forces since October 7, 2023, and activists report the armed group recruiting children as young as 13, Human Rights Watch said today. Recruiting children younger than 15 is a war crime.

    On October 10, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, the leader of the Houthi movement, also known as Ansar Allah, made a speech in which he called for people to be ready to defend Palestine, in response to the atrocities carried out during the hostilities between Israeli forces and Palestinian armed groups in Gaza since October 7. Though the Houthis have systematically recruited children in Yemen since at least 2009, child recruitment by the Houthis has increased noticeably in the last few months amid the hostilities in Gaza, activists said.

    Al Houri says the Iran-backed militia has resorted to force marriages, in which Yemeni women, whose husbands study or work abroad, are married against their will to Al Houthi men. The Houthis aim to increase births without lineage, raise these infants in orphanages and radicalise them.

    “This way the Al Houthi group radicalise and recruit children even before they are born, a strategy to create a more vicious and notorious fighters,” Al Houri said.

    ADEN: The Yemeni government said people kidnapped and held at militants’ prisons number more than 14,000 since the militias started invading several provinces two years ago. Besides, young girls are being forced to marry leaders and soldiers of Houthi militants despite parents’ refusal, local Yemeni press reported recently.

    Parents who object to the forced marriage of their daughters are threatened with death, imprisonment, torture and even displacement and confiscation of property, according to an SPA report.

    Local media reported a man in Madaq village in Badan Province was about to have his house and land confiscated when he refused to give his 16-year-old girl in marriage to a Houthi leader.

    I just had a talk with the near-doctor regarding my latest lab reports. My A1C is down slightly, but the cholesterol is higher. I pointed out that they didn’t run any tests for inflammation, which is more important than the cholesterol numbers for vascular health, from what I’ve researched. We had a discussion about what I’m doing to manage my health, and I suggested that she, on her own time at home, pull up some of the carnivore videos and gave her some doctors’ names for reference. She said she was curious about it and wanted to learn more. I was emphatic that I don’t want to take a bunch of pills to manage symptoms or manage my decline, I want to solve the problem. I gave her an earful about statins, and why I’ll never take them. I think she got that point; I was pretty emphatic about it.

    I go back in January for more labs, and we’ll go from there.

    I am heartened that she actually listened to me. Past doctors assumed they knew what a keto diet was, and boy were they drastically wrong.

    Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has refused to take a call with Vice President Kamala Harris about Hurricane Milton, a source close to the governor told ABC News.

    The DeSantis team believes the call from the vice president is politically motivated, according to the source, and is thus refusing to take the call.
