In other news, a New York appeals court judge has temporarily stayed the gag order that Dem. Hack POS activist ‘judge’ Arthur Engoron put in place. I don’t think any reasonable person can look at the behavior of this hack and speculate that the verdict in the trial will be anything other than guilty and the evidence presented will be irrelevant.
The judge, Engoron, needs to be disbarred for his misconduct.

Has anyone noticed that a lot of folks on TV have their panties all wadded up over Biden calling Xi Jinping a dictator? I’ve heard this several times and they seem to be concerned that Xi might be pissed off about that statement. SO! let’s look at the facts, is Xi Jinping a dictator? Well of course and everyone knows it. Does Xi Jinping want the whole world to think he’s NOT a dictator? Yes, he’d like that but no one is buying it. Who the hell cares what the Chinese dictator thinks?! Biden may be a useless pile of dog doo but he is right about this one thing. It’s kinda’ funny though because his handlers have probably told him to not say that but being totally demented his mind often goes back to the pre-woke days. 😉

G’day! I’m drinking my coffee and preparing to make the drive to Bryan to take care of some business there. Should be interesting, since it was 3:00 a.m. when I finally gave up and acquired an ice pack for the knee. I didn’t know how I was going to keep it on the knee while I (hopefully, finally) slept, but lo and behold! it was still on the knee when I woke up. Or rather, when Hubby woke me up. He didn’t want me to oversleep my departure time. That was a real threat, given the shuteye time.

In New York State, the government rarely seems interested in locking people up unless their last name is Trump. But on the rare occasions when they do toss someone in the slammer, they’re always in a rush to release them as quickly as possible. That’s how we wound up with the state’s disastrous bail reform law that has driven crime rates skyward. But today, Governor Kathy Hochul is dumping some extra kerosene on the fire. She’s signing the “Clean Slate Act,” and if you’re familiar with how politicians name bills, you can already guess that this won’t be a good deal for law-abiding New Yorkers. Under this law, the majority of people committed of crimes will have their records sealed after a set period of time. This supposedly gives them a “clean slate” so they can get on with their lives.
New York Post:
Gov. Hochul is expected to sign the Clean Slate Act on Thursday, which will automatically seal records after three years for anyone who committed a misdemeanor and after eight years for anyone who committed a felony (except Class A felonies) and is not a registered sex offender.
If you killed someone and accepted a plea deal or were convicted of manslaughter, you get a “clean slate.”
If you committed a rape alongside armed robbery and the rape wasn’t prosecuted to spare the victim (it especially happens with child victims), you get a “clean slate.”
So when anyone in America in the future runs a background check on a person from the state of New York for employment, as a potential tenant, to work around children or to obtain licensing for different professions, they will never know if this person is a child rapist or violent or a thief.

Its site only lists the board members, who include former Democrat congressman Martin Frost. The actual paperwork however reveals that the Jewish Electorate Institute’s executive director is Halie Soifer.

The Jewish Democratic Council of America and Halie Soifer heavily promoted the JLI poll without revealing that it’s just a nonprofit front group for the Democrats.

#26 Texpat so there are at least two ways to accomplish that, a water to water transfer like a third world water heater or a solar panel that makes DC to power a heating element, if that’s the case the solar panel would have to be pretty big, at least 300 watts and that may be expensive.

My firm is currently preparing a major case challenging the Constitutionality of the PREP Act — the federal statute that shields Pfizer and Moderna from liability for their defective vaccine products. We have already submitted FOIA’s to the federal government in preparation for that lawsuit.
The Post’s article also mentioned ICANN’s similar, recently-filed lawsuit, not coincidentally making the same legal arguments. Like our pending suit, ICANN’s also challenges the Constitutionality of the PREP Act, and seeks to strip off vaccine manufacturers’ liability shields. If we succeed, it would then allow the real tsunami of lawsuits, comparable perhaps to the scale of the tobacco cases, or maybe even bigger than that.
ICANN’s and our theories are both generally based on the argument that the PREP Act takes Americans’ property — their right to sue for being injured by a defective product — and gives them something in exchange that is not adequate compensation. What the government offered instead of a lawsuit is the right to file a claim with the PREP Act’s Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (the CICP).

In the history of the CICP, only 72 claims total (for all vaccines) have ever been paid. It’s an unaccountable, humanity-destroying system designed to fail. And also not surprisingly, after all these years, and all the controversy, the CICP remains shrouded in secrecy. Who are the white-coated experts who are (not) approving compensation claims? It’s a secret! How many experts are there? Nobody knows! How many full-time employees does the CICP department have, to process all these covid vaccine claims? It’s a mystery!

But we are ripping the red tape off that riddle. Our FOIA was a shot across the federal government’s bow. We requested answers to all those questions. They coerced hundreds of millions of Americans into taking experimental countermeasure shots and never staffed up the injury compensation program.

They put desk chairs at Staples on sale at a 50% discount. I finally found one I like, one of the cheaper gaming chairs. Man, that thing is comfortable. Of course the thing I’m sitting in is like sitting on concrete.
I bought the chairs we were using 10 years ago at an old office furniture clearance warehouse for $79 a piece. They were $200 list price. Lately, those chairs looked like the ones the shriveled crack/fentanyl freaks are sitting in on the streets of San Francisco.

Spouse and I go over to our favorite getaway-place Fredericksburg for a few days and return home the middle of this afternoon navigating through quite a lot of traffic.
