Hubby just got to witness the batch closing process. Two of my trays were dry, but the broccoli needs more time, so he watched me bag ‘n seal the breakfast scramble and the chili trays. He’s very pleased with how well the work space is working out, and he should be. Now that Elsa has her niche, she’s blowing hot… Read more »
We maxed out here on the porch of our little house in the woods at 104 – it actually went from 101 to 104 in about 30-45 minutes about 4pm… Thankfully, we’re back down to ONLY 101 now…

The boy just texted me and said they had 5.5 magnitude earthquake 2 miles from Ojai California and it really shook his house. So not only are they doomed because of the Hurricane now the earthquake’s will get them.

At the grocery store yesterday, I decided to reward myself for being so marginally productive this week.
So, I just now had twelve ice cold, boiled Gulf shrimp with a fine red sauce.
Certainly in the top five (three?) of my favorite things to eat. So many fine memories associated with.
