Monday Open Comments

Alas, further research confirms that an Italian company bought out Marshall Pottery in 1997 and closed the retail store in Marshall, TX.

The 15 gallon crock pictured above is a match to the ones we used for making pear wine. Vintage white clay Marshall Pottery is quite collectible.

I saw a 2 gallon crock on Etsy for $98.

Morning, Gang… I wanted to sleep later but, alas, it was not to be… Glad to hear that our travelers are safely at destinations…

We’re getting some thunder boomers here this morning but not much rain. As usual the rain is to our far west and far east skipping Dale and parts of Coffee county. We did get a nice shower late yesterday that brought about a quarter inch of rain and we have a chance of rain for the next three days. Fingers crossed.

Got a dentist appointment this morning. I don’t like dentists. They do things that hurt me and I have problems in my mouth that will be hurtful to fix.

    #5 Bones,

When they first reported the Unabomber’s death yesterday my first thought was who knew he was still kicking? They said he was found unresponsive in his cell and had been having medical issues so I’d not have thought he committed suicide, especially at 81. Why didn’t he do it a long time ago?

FWIW: I couldn’t get your link to work but I heard on the tube this morning that it was suicide.

Were the Canadian Fires Deliberately Set?

Contained in the article is a google earth clip that shows a whole bunch of fires in Quebec all starting at the same time.

It really is interesting that the eco-wackos would set the forest on fire to get their way.  It makes as much sense as drilling holes in a lifeboat.

Fires could also be a tool of terrorists. I read an article a long time ago that setting fires would be a way of straining resources.

Never heard of Chapuis (pronounced shap-wee)? Well they’re an old French double shotgun and rifle company that has been in business for centuries. They started importing high end double shotguns to the US in 60’s. Beretta acquired them in 2019 and now they have quality shotguns that aren’t cheap but a good value for the quality, think $5K to $13K depending on the wood, checkering and engraving.  But the real good news is that they have an affordable double rifle, the Iphisi @ $10K chambered only in 375 H&H. Ifin’ you don’t know double rifles usually go in the 6 figure range. I’d sure like to have one of those.      😉

    Good Morning Hamsters,

It is overcast for the most part and breezy here, but a few spots of sun on the front yard reverse all the dark spots for now.  It looks to be one of those days where the sun comes and goes, maybe some rain dropping by, but definitely hot.

The front flowerbed now has flowers as of yesterday afternoon, fortunately done in the afternoon shade.  There seem to be enough flowers for the bed around St. Francis in the back yard and enough left for the small bed with the hitching post in front.  Probably these will be the last flowers available for planting this summer.  Waited too long to get started on it.

Word came out(!) that Bud Light’s spokestranny, Dylan Mulvaney, has come out as a lesbian. This would appear to imply that he’s a simply straight dude with an unusual wardrobe.

I have so many sensors and IV tubes attached to me it’s hard to even hold the phone and type.

Going to cardiac electric lab in 3 hours for a clot test, some other test and the heart stop/restart with the electric paddles.

#15 TP:  Dang, that is rough.  Hopefully rebooting your heart will fix the problem.  I’m really glad you relented to the pressure from HH to go to the hospital.

    Get well soon.

    #15 Texpat,

Hang in there dear one, all will come out right.  An uneven–seems like you have a fluttering butterfly trapped in your chest–sensation can be remedied by cardioversion, a most common solution to the problem.  I have had it.

You are asleep for the procedure to stop the fluttering heart and then restart the heart with the normal heart rate.  Some observation takes place while you are still asleep to make sure the cardioversion is working as it should.  You might have a sore chest when you wake up, as you will feel like you’ve been punched several times.  When I had cardioversion it felt like I’d had an elephant sitting on my chest.

See you on the other side. 🙂

What really went on inside the Wuhan lab weeks before Covid erupted

As we all know, the virus was engineered to be more infectious and more deadly.  This was done in the Wuhan lab.  Fauci helped fund it through a cut out, Eco Health Alliance headed by Peter Dazak.  All of those involved in the creation of the WLR really need to do the rope dance.

I got all the way up in the cardiac electric lab and all prepped before the anesthesiologist called it off because it had been 7 hours not 8 since I ate breakfast.

They knew this morning but set it up anyway.  Now it is on for tomorrow at 3 again.

Ugh… can’t tell you how many times we went through crap like that with my wife’s treatments. One doc would do something that contradicted what another one did and we’d have to wait while they sorted it out. Do they not communicate with each other? NM… I know the answer to that. Hoping for a speedy resolution for you, TP.

    #25 Texpat,

What a bummer about having to reschedule for tomorrow.  The anesthesiologist did the right thing by stopping it.  The main work of an anesthesiologist is not to put you to sleep, but rather to successfully wake you up again. 🙂   The putting to sleep is not that hard compared to the waking up normally.  The last thing needed is for the patient to throw up during surgery.  That would be a nightmare.

Texpat – prayers continue til you “call off the hounds” – and those prayers include one that it is soon….

Tedtam – when you get your “Nat” I have directions for eggs  😉  18 per tray  (9 blenderized in each of 2 ziplock bags, froze then remove the bags…) Mine are still freezing so I’ll have to let you know later how well they turn out doing ’em this way.

Actor Treat Williams was killed in a motorcycle accident.  I always liked him.  Someone cut him off as he was making a turn on his motorcycle.  Only a few hours earlier, he had posted on social media about mowing his lawn: “I wish I could bottle the scent.”

Father-of-two Williams was hit around 5pm on Sunday on Route 30 by Long Trail Auto near Dorset, Vermont. He was airlifted to hospital.

His agent added: ‘He was an actor’s actor. Filmmakers loved him. He’s been the heart of the Hollywood since the late 1970s.

‘He was really proud of his performance this year. He’s been so happy with the work that I got him.

    ‘He’s had a balanced career.’

Williams’ family said in a statement: ‘It is with great sadness that we report that our beloved Treat Williams has passed away tonight in Dorset, Vermont after a fatal motorcycle accident.

‘As you can imagine, we are shocked and greatly bereaved at this time. Treat was full of love for his family, for his life and for his craft, and was truly at the top of his game in all of it.

    RIP, Treat.

LINKAGE FOR THE LATEST COFFEE AND COVID SCREED.

Next, Slay Magazine ran an AI story this weekend headlined, “WEF Calls for AI to Rewrite Bible, Create ‘Religions That Are Actually Correct’.”

    snip

As I predicted a few short weeks ago, Klaus Schwab’s gay science advisor Yuval Noah Harari, the senior advisor to the WEF and its chairman Klaus Schwab, recently argued while giving a talk to élites on the “future of humanity,” that using AI to replace scriptures will create unified world “religions that are actually correct.” Harari explained the amazing power of AI, which can be harnessed to reshape spirituality to confirm to the WEF’s globalist vision of “equity” and inclusivism.

Harari attributed to AI a characteristic that I have not yet seen: inherent creativity: “AI can create new ideas; [it] can even write a new Bible,” Harari declared. “Throughout history, religions dreamt about having a book written by a superhuman intelligence, by a non-human entity,” he added.

The above passage is near the end of the article. The only thing that comes to my mind is the one world religion that is brought in by the anti-christ, as prophesied.  That which was prophesied is coming to reality right before our eyes.

The bulk of the article deals with the audio recordings of Biden and an Ukranian discussing bribes.  And how the FBLiars tried to redact mention of those recordings, which are in the possession of the FBLIARS.

This concludes my review of the article; read it and let’s discuss or don’t.
