I may know those fellows. The oldest boy looks like a Sanders guy I coon hunted with over in Mabson. Notice the two front doors, like this house and the old farmhouse.
Mornin’ Gang
Morning gang. Off to Lakeway to meet with a surgeon for a pre-op consult on dealing with one or both of my hernias. Not certain exactly how to find the place, but I’ve got the trusty map loaded into my phone and I’ll give myself a few extra minutes to be on time, or even a little early. Medical stuff seems to get more frequent when we get older.
Speaking of which, BFF in Philadelphia did not answer her phone Saturday evening, but she’s always on the go so it didn’t alarm me. She called yesterday to report that she had fallen in the shower. She was unable to get out of bed, but she lives in an assisted care facility so she was able to pull the cord and get help. They carted her off to the hospital where they discovered she has broken her pelvis in 3 places. She’s in a great deal of pain in the hospital, but they’ve ruled out surgery and are moving her to a rehab facility in a couple of days. Hard to get much in the way of details out of her at this point between the pain, the meds, and all the unknowns, but apparently the hip portion is ok, just cracks elsewhere. I have no idea about her prospects for being ambulatory and such. Be careful out there folks.
OK, you all have a great day now.
Twern’t me, El Gordo Kilt it. Where is everyone? Oh well, I’m going to get some work done before the rain comes back. Later,…..
I really thought that yesterday’s thread would spark a conversation about the topic of pschopatchs being drawn to positions of power in government and business, because of the risk taking and lack of guilt faculties of their condition. They are more likely to take risk because the consequences of their actions don’t factor into their mental equations. They have no problem telling falsehoods because they just don’t care. They can’t care. They can climb over folks and not feel guilty.
I gather that the difference between psychopaths and sociopaths is the desire to hurt others.
I think Pelosi, Schumer, et al, are examples of psychopaths. How can Pelosi and Biden lie so blatantly about being “practicing” Catholics while openly promoting abortion? (They need to keep practicing until they get it right, btw – but I doubt that will ever happen.) That’s why a fake conversation between Trump and Ukraine can be read out loud and into the official record with nary a blink of an eye. They don’t can’t care – it’s literally not possible.
And that’s what drives folks like us nuts – we care and we can’t understand them.
Happy last Monday of March, y’all.
Wow, this Lakeway part of Austin has really grown. Traffic is city like. Made it early, and may get a shot of being seen early.
Good morning, C&C, it’s Monday! Time for another week in our never-boring post-millennial adventure. Your roundup today includes: a terrific multiplier update; conference notes; new study confirms correlation between jabs and excess deaths; with help from America, Israel is suddenly and unexpectedly imploding; Lancet study unintentionally proves (again) that covid mitigations were a complete failure; county commissioner drops dead; rock star cancels tour after heart attack; and a TSA agent discovers a surprising concealed package.
That’s the roundup. Onward…
C&C Army Post:
As of this morning, his GiveSendGo reports nearly $185,000, with over 5,000 individual donations. Scrolling through the list it is clear the overwhelming majority were C&C Army multipliers, each giving an easily affordable amount, and many leaving an encouraging note for the persecuted doc.
Before the Army, he’d raised $985. I am happy to report that I am one of those supporters. I hope the good doctor is successful in his legal efforts. We need more docs like him. Here’s one donation:
In addition to providing the doc with much needed funds for his legal fees, it sends a message to the WLR supporters on the medical board. With a 2×4 upside the head.
Next up, Mr. Childers discusses the litigation conference on Covid in Atlanta, for which he gave the keynote speech. Attorneys from all over the country, including Hawaii, attended.
For we lawyers who’ve been in this fight since the ugly early days, the sense of shared community being among so MANY like-minded attorneys was indescribably joyful. It should be exciting to you, too, to know that we are quickly multiplying our legal army.
Yes, yes, I am very excited. The pushback in the courtrooms should be epic. SHOULD be epic. These lawyers need to be loud and proud, and make sure the MSM can’t ignore them. GO CHILDERS!
In my Saturday morning Keynote, I pointed out that, even though it feels like it took ages to slog through the entire disaster, it’s really only been three years, which in a historical and legal context is merely a wink…
In other words, a handful of small-firm lawyers beat the entire federal apparatus and the Deep State in only one year. Imagine what we can do with hundreds of lawyers instead of dozens.
Well, get ready.
I’m buying popcorn already.
These conferences are pretty standard fare for most legal fields…. The conferences and conventions act as a kind of mental cross-pollination event, as lawyers meet and discuss ideas, talk about what’s worked and what hasn’t worked, trade theories, and swap tips.
This conference is the very first time that kind of forum was available for covid / medical freedom lawyers. Even I am returning with a short new list of lawsuits I want to file immediately….
Like I keep saying…if we have to have lawyers, I’m glad these guys are on our side.
Now, on to the “excess deaths” connection the jab:
An explosive new preprint study quietly published on February 21st, titled “Is there a Link between the 2021 COVID-19 Vaccination Uptake in Europe and 2022 Excess All-Cause Mortality?”
The authors scoured the data for a correlation between two rates — the vaccination uptake rate and the excess death rate — as reported by 31 European countries when compared against each other. What they found should be inarguable and should lift the conversation to a whole new level: for every 1% increase in a country’s vaccination rate, there was a corresponding 0.1% increase in the excess death rate starting 12 months later.
The authors didn’t stop there. They also controlled for various variables and factors, and in every scenario the statistical correlation between jabs and deaths “remained robust.”…
I’m sure those lawyers mentioned above will find this study quite useful.
Netanyahu may be on the way out. The decision to change how supreme court justices are chosen has resulted in widespread riots. Airports, hotels, shopping malls, universities…all shut down. It would suck to be a tourist in Israel right now. The protests are widespread.
…The country’s political catastrophe couldn’t come at a worse time, while the Iranians are building up military resources in neighboring Syria.
What could have caused this? On Saturday, the Jerusalem Post ran a story headlined, “The US Is Funding Israel’s Anti-Netanyahu Protests, Yair Netanyahu Alleges.” Yair, the Prime Minister’s son, accused the U.S. State Department of fomenting the protests to pressure the Prime Minister to back off threats against the Iranians over that country’s nuclear program.
And, of course, there’s the Biden connection: 44 retired American military officials signed an open letter about the fact that Iran is getting close to nuke status, encouraging our government to supply Israel with the weaponry needed to defend itself. I guess the letter was needed because we’re not supplying them already.
Meanwhile, the Biden Administration has said exactly nothing supportive of Israel. Just the opposite. On Thursday, General Milley hinted to Congress that the U.S. could be prepared to tolerate nuclear weapons in Iran. Specifically, Milley told the House defense appropriations committee that “the United States remains committed, as a matter of policy, that Iran will not have a fielded nuclear weapon.”
Nobody missed Milley’s use of the lawyer weasel-word “fielded” to modify “nuclear weapon,” which suggests a quiet but monumental shift in US policy toward Iranian nuclear ambitions. To Israeli ears, the phrase “fielded nuclear weapons,” which is synonymous with “used nuclear weapons” — as opposed to “any nuclear weapons” — was a clear warning signal of another Biden reverse-promise.
So now the Iranians can have a nuke, as long as they don’t “field” it? WTH?
With Saudi and Iran getting all cuddly, and now looking fondly at Russia and China – we really need Israel to be strong.
End-times Christians will be paying especially close attention to how quickly Israel is collapsing, America is drifting away from her defense, and how Russia, China, and Iran are closing in. In other words, if things keep going this way, the consequences could be of Biblical proportions.
And the latest from the “Suddenly and Unexpectedly” Department:
North Carolina Republican and County Commissioner Deb Hays kicked the bucket AT HOME on Saturday. In a statement, County Chairman Bill Rivenbark said Ms. Hays’ death was unexpected and was likely was caused by a massive heart attack.
Former Iron Maiden singer and Wolfsbane frontman Blaze Bayley, 58, was hospitalized Friday after having a sudden and unexpected heart attack at home. He was fortunate to have survived his S&U event.
For these folks and all of the other nameless ones, may the Lord comfort their loved ones and provide a place of refreshment, light, and peace to the deceased.
Morning, gang. I got up before the alarm went off, which is very unusual. Usually more likely that I will turn the alarm off when it tries to get me up, but then burrow under the covers again.
Senator John Cornyn stuck his big foot in his mouth in a Twitter dispute over Ukraine support with The Federalist Editor-in-Chief Sean Davis. In case you missed it…
Twitter thread here where Cornyn is lambasted.
Sean Davis and Tucker Carlson talk about it.
I am looking for Congressman Chip Roy to run against Cornyn and hope former Director of National Intelligence, Congressman and US Attorney John Ratcliffe also takes a shot at the Senate seat.
Cornhole is no better than a RINO oxygen THIEF!

You mean like this?
Also mentioned down deep in the article is Dr. Hotze, who has always struck me as a little shady.
SO the shooter in Nashville was a teenage girl?! That’s odd.
It has come a rain here in south Alabama, almost 2″ in the last hour or so. I got out early and burned the Pampass Grass with my blowtorch and then helped my wife and sister cut back the Azaleas along the back yard. About 11:30 the bottom fell out and we had to quit. This was after a lot of rumbling to the west. BTW; The Pampass Grass makes sugarcane look non-flamable. Mercy what a hot fire. I’ve burned this stuff before but not with such huge bushes. Since we got a half an inch of rain yesterday I figured it was a good time to fire them up with no worry about fire spreading.
I spotted this over yonder. How can this loser be proud of beating up on the women.
Ranked #462 in men’s swimming and #1 in women’s.
Update shooter is 28 year old woman.
I rebuilt my ginger tote, with two large onion plants, as my gardening effort this morning. Ginger is a big feeder, and most of the dirt in there was the lotsa clay dirt from the shop. I dug most of it out, and then layered it with green stuff from the yard and lots of shredded paper from the office, intermixed with the clay. I replaced my newly budding rhizomes and filled in with potting soil. Then I transplanted a few earthworms from my compost pile, mulched it with more paper strips, and watered it in. Gotta keep those earthworms moist and happy!
All the while I was listening to the radio. I hear the politicization of the event has already begun.
If I was a parent, I’d be grabbing the nearest microphone and asking the vultures to please go find a perch somewhere else until the families could get their emotions stabilized.
Off to buy paint…see ya’ later.
THe BBC claims that the shooter, a 28 year old female, has not been identified.
HOw do they know that she is 28 if she has not been identified? Perhaps it should state that the police have not released the identity of the shooter for better clarity.
The brainless ignoranus, Karine Jean-Pierre, was involved in a rear end collision this weekend and was believed to be driving drunk. No charges, no release of police video. Must be nice.
Ignoranus: One who is both stupid and an a$$hole.
I went to Lowe’s to buy paint for upstairs, and while I was there I perused the garden department. I found some garden soil on sale 3/$10, so I put three of ’em in my basket. I had to work to find bags that hadn’t been rained on and were lighter, and once I got them into my basket I decided I wasn’t lifting them again. At checkout I asked for help, moved my basket to a loading area, and brought my car around.
I was waiting there, and waiting there, and waiting there, as other customers walked by me, wishing me a good day. One black guy walked by me, asking if help was on its way. “That’s what I’ve been told,” I said, and we both chuckled. He loaded his purchases into his truck, and then came back to my car. To my surprise, he just started grabbing my bags and putting them into my car. He got a huge “thank you” and big hug. He mirrored my joy with a smile of his own.
I guess not every black person is an angry, shoulder-chip laden bitter soul. What a sweetheart.
Now, I’m waiting for Hubby to arrive. Handyman’s gone for the day already, and Hubby said he’d unload my dirt for me. I’m gonna need it to help fill new tubs, since I got some more veggie seedlings, too.
So the Houston mayor job is going to be She-Jack vs John Whitmire huh? Should be interesting.
Here’s your feel-good moment of the day!
Our friend blancolirio comments on the preliminary report of the previously mentioned oscillating Challenger jet that killed an Obama lawyerette. Not sure there is a message in there, but it is interesting how the event came down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oc_71HNJZhU
I haven’t been available today. It’s been a long, busy, tough day around here.
See y’all tomorrow.

Wow.
Just saw the announcement that the school shooter in Tennessee was NOT a woman but a transgender woman.
A woman that identifies as a man evidently. But no Addadicktome surgeries yet.
