Shannon kept talking about Rockport and Port Aransas so my mind drifted to thoughts of warm weather and fishing.  My imagination was intensified by the fact we had unpredicted frozen snow at around 12″ and it took me two hours to travel five miles round trip to take an employee home last night.

Well, at least there is one brunette.

Ouch Texpat, that’s going to complicate your construction project. Damn it all, lets go fishing.

Did Elroy suffer the same fate as many child actors? I never heard.

Having to look at Opie with a bald head was probably the hardest of all.

Fortunately for me, I have never had a wardrobe malfunction while fishing. Perhaps unfortunately, I have never come across a woman, much less two, that were experiencing a wardrobe malfunction.

Just saw a posting that said that the Texas A&M tradition, Elephant Walk, won’t stop at the statue of Sul Ross, because it might not be “inclusive”.

I sob for the loss of my alma mater. It is no longer the A&M I knew and loved. Political correctness has nosed its way into the tent.

The chaotic traffic nightmare covering NY and NJ was the worst I have ever seen. People who have lived here all their lives say the same. We know a lady who works in Teaneck, but lives in West Orange – about a 30-35 minute drive. She left her office early at 2 PM yesterday after the snow began. She didn’t get home until 11 PM – 9 hours on the road – and had to get there for her 4 kids. Husband was out of town.

My response to anyone who believes scientists can predict climate change is “November 15, 2018”. These morons can’t even predict a local 6-12″ snowstorm.

The GooPees are now losing all the close House races in Kalifornicate that they were winning on election night.–VF came to visit while all the GooPees were sleeping.

No wonder Natzi Pelosi was so sure she’d be splitter of the House again.

It also looks like Emilio Hymen Acousted is back in the White House due to another tyrannical judge’s ruling.

I knew before the federated judge ruled he’d be back in.

Tyrannical judges rule the world.–The judicial branch is the most corrupt and most powerful branch of the termite infested government tree.

A late Good Morning to all you Hamsters. Hubs reported that my galloping horses alarm clock galloped for several minutes at 7:30, then fell silent. First time ever that I simply slept right through that racket. Normally I reach over and hit the saddle, which turns it off. Amazed that the cats didn’t chew on my ears to try to get me up. I had the lights out by midnight, so no good reason to stay in bed till almost 10 a.m.

It’s becoming clear that this Pope will do nothing….

“However, two American bishops in particular almost certainly must have known beforehand that an intervention from Rome was coming, because they were appointed by Francis to the Congregation for Bishops, which sent the letter. One is Cardinal Donald Wuerl, who stepped down as archbishop of Washington D.C. last month after the Pennsylvania grand jury report revealed his weak and inconsistent response to sexual abuse claims when he was bishop of Pittsburgh.

“The other is Cardinal Blase Cupich of Chicago, a Francis ally who made headlines in September when he told a reporter that the pope shouldn’t get distracted by the letter from former high-level Vatican official Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò claiming that Francis knew for years about McCarrick but did nothing. “He’s got to get on with other things, of talking about the environment and protecting migrants and carrying on the work of the church,” Cupich said. “We’re not going to go down a rabbit hole on this.”

“Our results show that in the most severe climate events, the supply of beer could decline by about 16 percent in years when droughts and heat waves strike,” Davis said. “That’s comparable to all beer consumption in the U.S. Future climate and pricing conditions could put beer out of reach for hundreds of millions of people around the world.”
