BAWHAHAHA!!! 😀
That’s been floating around over yonder, for a while.
Mornin’ Gang -
I had mentioned that I won a little tent/chair for my granddaughter, a while back, and on Monday daughter-in-law pitched it in their living room. Granddaughter loves the folding chair.

Good morning Hamsters. Damp from some light rain overnight, 69 at 7am, gloomy, everything dripping, not likely to get much better today as a cold front moves toward us and squeezes rain out of the Gulf moisture as it comes.
Super Dave’s #3 above is a hoot. Several somebodies at the Mirror obviously don’t know there’s a HUGE difference between a meter and a kilometer.
Duh -
The OC opening is hysterically clever. Great find.
And in the realm of hysterics, the Chron scores again with this headline: How Cruz eked out his win. Conservatives in local suburbs vital to 250,000 vote margin. Really bitter losers they are. More like a red wave it is.
-
On further review of my #4 above, it would be simple to conclude that the Chron’s choice of eke in their story really translates to EEEKK, Beto lost.

Leftist ANTIFA Mob Shows Up At Tucker Carlson’s House … Threatens His Children … Demands He Flee City
-
I see where Antifa has published home addresses of various conservatives, and showed up at Tucker Carlson’s house, chanting threats.
What can be done about this fascist attempt to stifle free speech?
I know Ann Coulter is fearless, but Tucker has to worry about his family?
-
#7, 8: I was just going to link to that story. If that garbage happened in Texas, the crashing into the door, there would likely have been bloodshed. These so-called anti-fascists and thier fellow travelers are the very definition of fascist, terrorist, soon to be murderous, scumbags and need to be treated as such. Both ends of the street were blocked by the terrorists according to the article and the cops showed up with in minutes; how many of these terrorists were arrested?
Unless and until these terrorists are arrested, charged, convicted and sentenced to long terms in prison, this garbage will continue. Quite frankly, I have had more than enough of coddling these spoilt brats – bring on the hickory shampoos! -
I just heard that Ruth Ginsburg fell and broke several ribs in her apartment last night and she’s in the hospital. I hope she retires soon.
Trump needs to replace her with a fire breathing Constitutionalist. I would love to see the melt down ensue.
-
Morning all. Overcast and cool this morning, but certainly not cold. Now that the mid-term is over, I suspect we will see a change in attitude from the WH concerning dealing with law breakers. Hopefully, enhanced border enforcement will continue, and hopefully the hooligans from these “protest” groups will be brought to justice. It’s not free speech when you are trampling someone’s lawn and destroying their property. I seriously think that Trump is embolden to move forward draining the swamp, including some of the swamp creatures that he mistakenly appointed the first time around. Mueller will stay because Trump needs him as a foil much in the same way he needs the Dem House to serve the same purpose.
BTW, those of you in Harris Co might want to take a look at just exactly who you elected to serve as County Judge. Getting rid of Emmett was a good move, but this new on might be a bit of a lightweight – be real interesting to find out who is pulling her strings.
The intern that Jim Acousta assaulted should go ahead and file charges against him just to let CNN know that they are serious about not tolerating unprofessional behavior. No problem with tough questions, but those jackals need to behave.
And I just heard that the notorious RBG is in the hospital. Can Trump pull off the trifecta over at SCOTUS? Wouldn’t that be a hoot. All that Christmas programming interrupted by non-stop reporting on what a scoundrel the new nominee is.
OK, you all have a good day, and remember that no matter how bad you think things are out there, hiliary is still not President. -
All that Christmas programming interrupted by non-stop reporting on what a scoundrel the new nominee is.
It will probably be Amy Barrett, which will make the Democrat whines even more enjoyable.
-
I managed to come up with a system to listen to Houston radio on the internet, and unbelievably, Michael Berry started on his Christmas stuff today. So, I’m tuning in to the Dallas station for the rest of the year. I like to keep up with what’s going on around the Houston area, and sometimes Mr. Berry has pretty good political analysis, but this is too much. See ya.
-
Hours after losing his bid for re-election, a Harris County, Texas judge released almost all the youthful defendants who appeared in front of him, apparently saying it was what voters wanted.
-
All that Christmas programming interrupted by non-stop reporting on what a scoundrel the new nominee is.
It will probably be Amy Barrett, which will make the Democrat whines even more enjoyable.
Popping, popping, popping.
In my household, it will be popcorn.
In lib households, it will be heads.Pull out the buckets and mops, there’s gonna be a mess, either from the lefties’ heads ‘sploding or the sh***ing of bricks and other body fluids.

Ya know, I understand this is serious business but, that had to have felt good.

A former Marine — armed with a Glock .45-caliber handgun with an illegal extended magazine — opened fire on a packed California country music bar Wednesday night, killing 12 people, including a veteran sheriff’s sergeant nearing retirement, officials said.
We must make them illegaler!
-
Morning, everyone. I woke up to the breaking news of this mass shooting. Of course, at a party for young Kali college students, no one in the bar would happen to be armed and able to fight back. Tragic and senseless.
-
Been hearing that. Can you carry in a bar anywhere in the country?
-
I just saw a vidiot clip of Skateboard’s concession speech and he said the F word.
I wonder if he used it when he was driving like a Kennedy and crashed his car into that truck.

I looked at a map of Texas electoral map on Rush’s site.
Pretty scary. Another 5 years of the 3rd world invasion and Californians coming in (same thing) and Texas will be blue.
Florida is also hanging by a thread.
And Georgia? Maybe.Once Texas and Florida go GooPS can kiss the presidency goodbye forever.
The drunk Betoff should’ve lost by 15 points.

I didn’t think so. So we need to stop sounding like the libs with the “triggered” responses”.
-
Hey guess who’s on the short list for AG?
Rudy Giuliani and Chris Christie, that’s who.
-
Both losers.
A donut jelly roller and a alcoholic schnapps toatler.
Unreal.Keep the one that’s in there now.
Btw…Is Sessions still playing 33&1/3 dimensional chess?
-
I wonder how long it will take for the red spot on Sessions forehead to go away after laying his head on his desk and napping for 2 years.
-
I woulda said yah! on Rudy, but I think he’s lost a step or twenty. Chris Christie, let me think. No.
-
My bet’s on Gowdy.
-
Imagine what would happen if Gowdy were there and he actually had the power to prosecute instead of blather? I think with Gowdy there heads will roll all around.
-
I think with Gowdy you get another Swamp Guardian.
-
You can bet we’d see all the documents he’s been requesting for the last two years.
-
I’ve never seen any indication that Gowdy is a swamper. Eight years and leaving.
-
Welp folks where You’re Earl Scruggs you can certainly gather some GREATS to jam with!!!
-
My bet is Gowdy with responsibility is closer to Sleepy Sessions than Gowdy the backbencher.

Auto recount triggered in Florida gubernatorial race.

In the caption this pic department.
Ferris says: I like it when you pass gas, it smells good.
-
Doesn’t that mean that he’s a smart feller? Or something like that.
-
lol
-
On to the AG. There are several good prosecutors out there, and there are a bunch of rabid dog prosecutors in government. They are a dime a dozen in DOJ. What’s needed is a politically savvy administrator who can write policy, explain that policy clearly, and sell his or her programs. Sessions seemed to be a little too “iron clad” and unwilling to listen to reason and argument, was completely politically tone deaf outside his conservative base, and was unable to champion his causes effectively. The job of each and every cabinet member is to further the President’s policy objectives. Ignore all that “independent” crap, the concept to go it alone against the President, etc. Unless the President is a complete crook, it’s his policy. How about a black women – Janice Rogers Brown for instance. She would be excellent.

Hard to look at a pic of those 3 Despicables. Yep, a Basket of Despicables.Clapper, Brennan, Mueller.
To the dungeons with them!

Time to warm up the popcorn machines and ice down the beer; it is about to get interesting. Whitaker basically told all the screaming bed wetters on the left to go pound sand with the Mewler witch hunt.

Not only can Acting AG Matt Whitaker rein in Mueller’s outside-the-scope-of-his-mandate probe, but he can also appoint a second Special Counsel to investigate the origins of the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” probe and investigative misconduct and abuses by Obama DOJ & FBI. #SpyGate10:58 PM – Nov 7, 2018

I vote we send Hamous and Super Dave as official ambassadors of Hamous.org to Florida to make sure any recount is done legitimately.

Just came back from inspecting our first private money lending deal, a flip in Humble.
The house looked nice. From what I heard, it sounded like a coupla pot heads were living there, and the house looked like it. What I saw was new tile and drywall, an improved floor plan, recessed LED lights, fresh carpet, remodeled kitchen…most of it looked great. I liked the layout.
There were some screens in an outside porch that the flipper told me he already had on his “to do” list. I did point out that the stair handrail lacked a return at either end, which was code. When I reached up to pull down the attic access stair, it fell down and banged my hand pretty hard. Yeah, might wanna fix that, too.
Otherwise, I was pleased with what my money had done. I’m releasing the final draw soon, and when the house sells, I’ll make a pretty decent return.
NEXT!
-
Oh, and I gotta change a lock on an apartment we’re signing a lease on today. The new tenant says he’s a contractor and he’ll fix that problem gate for us, no problem.
They have all the rent; have already given me the full deposit. They wanted me to take the rent yesterday to seal the deal, but I refused until after their background check was completed. The woman came back on the terrorist report, but after further checking, it wasn’t her. I’m giving her the report so she can go to SS and make sure her identity is cleared up.
Trying to FORCE money on me AND fix the gate? I think I’m gonna like these folks.
-
Ole Maxine Waters ought to be proud of her pre-election encouragement of thugs raiding private homes of conservatives. Don’t dare call them mobs, they’re protesters!
Put all those raids at her doorstep. After all, aren’t they racist? The raids and raiders, that is?
-
#46 Adee: Notice how that garbage only happens where there are real strict gun control laws. . . . .? I wonder why this doesn’t seem to happen in Texas very frequently (he says with just a touch of sarcasm).
-
I vote we send Hamous and Super Dave as official ambassadors of Hamous.org to Florida
Why? Are you mad at them, or what?
🙂
-
#24 – Sarge, I think you can come up with a better short list than that for AG. Maybe you meant to say a “short time” list, like noticing how old they are getting.
-
That’s not my short list. Its Trump’s short list.
I wish it wasn’t true. They’re not the only names on it, but the fact that either of them is on it is troubling
-
When is this SOB going to go away?
https://www.texastribune.org/2018/11/07/texas-house-speaker-joe-straus-midterm-election-results/
-
We need to send him to California. Maybe he could drive one of those UHauls back.
-
What? And deprive Big Jolly, Champion of Harris County Republican Party leadership, of his very best friend in the whole world? Cruel. That’s what you are. Cruel.
-
#50, they showed that on Fox. The dude needed 30 stitches from that, according to them. Being from Florida you may have come across them in the wild. Those things can do a lot of damage. The hog had wandered off a near by nature preserve. The thing illegally immigrated into the town, lack of fencing, there is a great metaphor here but I will leave that to Phil.
-
The election will drag on now for another month or so. Great.
-
I just had a frightening realization. What happens if the president and vice president are both removed from office?
-
WAR!
-
Why? Are you mad at them, or what?
😆

By the time the the dems get done stealing Gillum will win, Abrams will win, Nelson will win and Senemascope will win.
And then they will have the Senate since Romney and Collins are dems too. A true Banana Republic if there ever was one.
Iraq’s elections have more integrity than ours.
-
Looks like our Senate majority may be short lived. The Dems are actively stealing the vote in Broward and Dade Counties, Flarada; and newly found votes in Arizona are putting McSally behind. Meanwhile, the Reps sit idly around with their thumbs up their _____ rather than getting down there with their big guns and start challenging some stuff. Didn’t we see this technique at play in Flarada once before? Seems like we did. The vote manufacturing machine is running full speed.
Then Joe Straus running for governator as a Dem – having been elected Texas Speaker buy the Dems while claiming to be a Rep for years.
Dumbazz Republicans deserve whatever happens to them if they don’t defend their turff – You would think that Trump has given them some lessons in fighting back, but they refuse to learn. -
I hate to tell you guys, but Trey Gowdy doesn’t have a chance in hell for AG. He screwed up too many times defending Mueller and praising him as a Special Counsel and going blah, blah, blah about what a wonderful job he was doing.
Rep. Trey Gowdy has been a pitbull investigator for Republicans for years. Now, he’s in President Donald Trump’s doghouse for daring to challenge the president’s unsupported claim that Democrats and their sympathizers in the FBI embedded a spy* in his 2016 campaign.
Trump allies have been pummeling Gowdy in recent days, branding him a gullible or clueless backer of the intelligence community. Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, labeled him “uninformed.” Another Trump-tied attorney, Victoria Toensing, said Gowdy “doesn’t know diddly-squat” about the particulars of federal investigations. And Fox News host Lou Dobbs tagged him a “RINO” — a term for a fake Republican.
It’s the latest twist in Gowdy’s enigmatic tenure in Congress. Once a conservative hero for his headline-grabbing inquisitions of the Obama administration — over the “Fast and Furious” gun-running program and alleged IRS targeting of conservatives, as well as his highly charged Benghazi probe — Gowdy has also bedeviled partisans by sometimes refusing to toe a pro-Trump line. At times, Trump himself has seemed perplexed; in the span of two years, the president once hailed Gowdy as a brilliant lawmaker before bashing him as a failure and then embracing him once again.
Gowdy said some really stupid things before he left office, things that were easily disproven or instances where he claimed to have studied documents when he didn’t. It was sad and he was clearly ready to go back home and get out of DC.
* This has since been proven true and correct. The DNC/CIA/FBI/HILLARY cabal did indeed infiltrate the Trump campaign with a spy. Gowdy was wrong and should have kept his mouth shut on something he was uninformed about.

More than 1,000 registered voters in Broward County unlawfully listed United Parcel Service (UPS) boxes as the address where they live, official records show.
According to Florida Statute 97.053, voter applicants must provide their “legal residence address.” The official Florida Voter Registration form specifically asks for “Legal Residence-no P.O. Box.” On the Broward Supervisor of Elections website, citizens are told valid applications must include, “Full Name, Date of Birth, Address of Legal Residence (address where you live), Florida Drivers License number or Florida ID card, or the last four digits of Social Security number and signature.”
Despite the clear instructions, a Media Trackers Florida investigation found 1,128 registered voters in Broward County listed a UPS box as the place where they live.
An aide to Broward County Commissioner Chip LaMarca appears to be one of the worst offenders.
LaMarca aide Ryan M. Reiter is registered to vote at 4613 North University Drive Apt. 481 in Coral Springs, Florida. As a professed resident of precinct E021, Reiter cast an absentee ballot on November 6, 2012. However, there are no apartments at that address. 4613 North University Drive is the address of UPS Store #3748, located at the Pine Ridge Square shopping center. Forty-six people are registered to vote at this address. More than half of them voted last November.
Also in Coral Springs, there are 20 active voters registered at UPS Store #3996 on Coral Ridge Drive. Another Coral Springs UPS Store has 40 active voters.
A review of voter records show the problem exists at UPS Stores throughout Broward County. Sixty-three active voters are registered at a UPS Store in Hollywood. Sixty-eight active voters are registered to vote at the UPS Store in Fort Lauderdale. The Hallandale Beach UPS Store has 115 registered voters. Voters unlawfully registered at each location likely cast ballots during the November 2012 elections.

Philip Hamburger, one of my favorite legal scholars, was the first out of the gate with a perfect nominee last week for AG before Sessions resigned.
He picks the remarkable Janice Rogers Brown, retired judge on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. She’s a superstar and comes with impeccable credentials and unimpeachable moral and ethical standards.
She was on Reagan’s, GHW Bush’s and GW Bush’s lists for SCOTUS. Brown finally made it to the DC Circuit via a deal cut by McCain.
On June 8, freshman Senator Barack Obama strongly opposed the confirmation of her nomination in a speech on the floor of the U.S. Senate, characterizing her judicial activism as, “Social Darwinism, a view of America that says there is not a problem that cannot be solved by making sure that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.” He continued:
Justice Scalia says that, generally speaking, the legislature has the power to make laws and the judiciary should only interpret the laws that are made or are explicitly in the Constitution. That is not Justice Brown’s philosophy. It is simply intellectually dishonest and logically incoherent to suggest that somehow the Constitution recognizes an unlimited right to do what you want with your private property and yet does not recognize a right to privacy that would forbid the Government from intruding in your bedroom. Yet that seems to be the manner in which Justice Brown would interpret our most cherished document.

Lakeisha Williams, of Broward County, said she discovered the ballot box two days after Election Day at Miramar Elementary School — where it was apparently left behind by election workers.
“I went into the area that we use for storage and saw it in there,” Williams told The Post.
Williams said she did not touch or look inside the box. Instead, she told the school’s principal and they decided to contact a local state representative.
“I don’t know where it is now,” Williams said, noting that all provisional ballots needed to be received by county officials before 5 p.m. Thursday

Wow!!!
Righties like to point to Texas’s growing population and wonder why the Californians flowing in would vote for the same garbage policies that led them to flee the Worst Coast in the first place. Maybe they aren’t. Maybe removing themselves from a blue behemoth that takes 10 percent off the top for state income tax to a red stronghold with no state income tax at all has warmed them up a bit to the merits of smaller government.
Whaaa? Exit poll shows Beto O’Rourke won native Texans, Ted Cruz won transplants

Exit polls showed FrankenLurch whipping the Dizzy Crawford Cowboy in 2004.

Just watch the Lefty heads exploding like popcorn across the media landscape as President Trump nominates a distinguished judge and conservative legal scholar who also happens to be a 69 year old black lady who grew up a sharecropper’s daughter in Greenville, Alabama.

I used to think Dick Morris was one of the biggest idiots in punditville but this Tw(a)itter dude Larry Schweikart is fighting hard to take his crown.
He’s all over the CTH site.

#64, 69 – I’ve been touting Ms. Brown for AG since yesterday, but seeing that she got her DC appointment via a McCain deal has caused me to reconsider. Anything with the McCain stain on it is cause for alarm. Rosenweasel is a McCain recommendation. No, the McCain stain will live for another generation – and that includes the newly rehabbed Linda Graham as well. Good news for McCain people – Mittens Romney will be taking his position and carrying his torch. I’m gonna have to research Ms. Brown a lot more thoroughly though.
-
We were puzzled with Fox News calling the election so early for the House, now we see why.
Fox News attributed its quick call to its new “Fox News Voter Analysis” system, launched in partnership with the AP ahead of the midterms. Rather than rely on notoriously flawed exit polls, Fox said its new methodology is based on surveys conducted across 50 states by NORC at the University of Chicago, a non-partisan research group, in combination with voting results collected by the AP.

The problem is why a woman would want the aggravation of running the Department of Justice in the current political environment as she begins to turn 70. It may come with prestige and gravitas, but this is one tough effing ride.
-
Some people are actually patriots. And when the President of the United States calls you and asks for your help, you don’t ask too many questions – you just do it. A 2 year stint for a youngster of 70 is no big deal – but we’ve got to fully understand where she is coming from and why McCain liked her first.
-
Well, I am finally caught up on the Couch. I went to 2 meetings tonight so I’ve missed most of the evening. Someone puhleeeeze tell me those fraudulent voting addresses will be overturned votes in Flarda.
