I guess that everyone has seen this.
Obama questioned by CBS News’ Major Garrett on Iran hostages.

Whut?!?! I didn’t do it.

So, I’m driving into work and am @ the turn lane to go through the gate and there is one of those jelly bean cars in front of me. After a minute or so we get the green arrow and the car pulls out doing about 3 MPH, I notice that the lady is digging through her purse looking for her badge to show to the rent-a-cop. Like she’s driving to work and didn’t think about needing her badge?! This, of course is the same lady that you see in the checkout line @ HEB with $200 worth of groceries and when the cashier says, “That’ll be $202.98” the lady pulls her purse off her shoulder and sits it on the little shelf and digs around for her check book and then proceeds to write the check! And, yanno’ if the guy behind her with just the dawgs n buns, kills her right there in the line, there’s not a jury in the country that would convict him.

Well ole Dave had to get up real early to kilt the blog. 😉

When I was a boy, every home I entered, rich or poor, had a sewing machine somewhere and each was made by Singer, or so I thought. The Singer was actually the result of a then innovative legal strategy among competing inventors called a “patent pool”.
This is a short, fascinating history of the Singer sewing machine company history. They were the forerunner of the modern corporation, before Standard Oil, and responsible for the Singer version of the sewing machine’s absolute dominance in the market around the world. The first American global manufacturing operation set up factories overseas in the mid-1800s to cut shipping costs and avoid duties and tariffs.
I always thought Isaac Singer was the force behind the company’s rise, but it turns out he was a Victorian era Baby Daddy extraordinaire fathering some 24 children. Others, much smarter than Singer, were responsible for its enduring success.

Did any of you see Megyn Kelly and Dana Loesch on with the Democratic consultant last night? I don’t remember his name but he is pure evil!!! All he could say was that the video was a trick even though they were watching it! Kill the messenger, I’ve been Googling but can’t find it.

I just heard on am 740 a report that the pro-tranny folks are claiming there to be over 700,000 tranny’s in the USA. I find that number hard to believe. The homo-nazis like to claim 10% or more of the population to be gay, yet every legitimate study conducted on the subject puts the number at less than 3%. Is the same lie being used by the transmission types?

#5 Great story and I didn’t know that.

Good morning Hamsters. Halfway decent 74 and 86% humid at 6 with lots of ground mist that will have to do as moisture for today. Hoping for partly cloudy most of the day.
Well, the PP video hath gone E5 tornado and can’t be hidden. The Chron says three Texas investigations are being launched and two House of Reps committees are likewise launching investigations. Now, if they all follow the money and get the goods on the perps it will be some small justice on earth for the unborn little souls who are safe in the Lord’s loving arms. Hope it goes all the way to Cecile Richards, head of that vile cabal.
Wouldn’t hurt to have numerous history lessons on Margaret Sanger, the evil mind behind PP. Bet a few million folks have no idea who she was, and they need to be educated. Pastors of churches need to educate their flocks as well, particularly those who tip toe around abortion.

I know you folks on the couch aren’t all that interested in camping gear, but I made this video that you might find
interestingamusing. -
Dave, if the guy with 2 items doesn’t know about the Fast Checkout (for 15 items or less), let him stand and stew about a slow shopper.

Hey, that video totally made me want to start camping, so I could try out a $2 Sit Pad.Now I’m wondering why Sarge isn’t on TV, something along the lines of Gone Wild with Bear Grlls.

As always, Ann Coulter really should be read this week.

Wisconsin Supreme Court orders an end to all investigations into the Scott Walker administration and all members of the Wisconsin GOP targeted by the corrupt prosecutors’ office of John Chisholm.

It’s just too hot out there to work in the yard today. I picked the ripe tomatoes, watered the plants, and dashed back inside. Looks like the deer have discovered tasty tomato plants as a couple of them seem to be missing some branches and leaves.
-
I hear squirrels will eat tomato plants.

This camel said no and it meant it.

I’m watering again today. Decided to move up to my big gun water-thrower, but discovered a small plastic piece had broken off its controls. Without that, the thrower waters in a huge circle, instead of a settable arc. Using a medium sized sprinkler instead. I’m gonna look for that little piece of red plastic. If I find it, I could super-glue it back into place. Otherwise I’ll see if Home-D is still selling that model.

700,000 is roughly 0.2%.Still may be a tad high, but it’s in the realm of possibility.

Donald Boudreaux of George Mason University and CafeHayek.com has written a short book (less than 80 pages) titled The Essential Hayek to hopefully introduce those ideas to a broader array of the public and offer a more accessible primer for those already familiar with Friedrich Hayek.

Drudge link…follow the money, she said.
July 15, 2015 Jeb Bush is a fundraising powerhouse among the Republican Party’s biggest donors, but he is struggling among smaller donors. Of the $11.4 million his campaign raised during its first two weeks, only 3 percent came from donors who gave less than $200.
Small contributors gave Bush only $368,023, the campaign’s federal filings show. Donors who gave the legal maximum of $2,700 accounted for more than 80 percent of Bush’s total haul.
For comparison’s sake, Republican Sen. Ted Cruz raised $1.8 million from small donors during the first week of his campaign back in March, nearly half of his campaign’s total. And, on the Democratic side, Sen. Bernie Sanders said Wednesday that more than 76.5 percent of his fundraising ($10.5 million) came from small donors.

How sweet is this great news and how timely. Now the victims of this witch hunt can sue the pants off the DA and henchpersons and any and all accomplices on the GAB (Government Accountability Board), jointly and severally. And the conservative dominated Wisconsin Lege can work toward gutting the complicit GAB and replacing its intended but ignored function with something truly accountable. Then the US Justice Dept. under a Republican administration can go after the IRS connection and everything else the IRS has had it mits in, for Obama’s regime won’t touch it. Can hear the shredders shredding already in Wisconsin.
The GAB had members appointed by the deficit-producing Democrat previous governor, “Diamond” Jim Doyle. He who drove the state into the ditch from which Scott Walker rescued the state.
-
Wish they could go ahead and do something with that drunken sot DA in Travis County while they are at it.
-
Dude.
I need to get that framed.

Are you sure that is Bear Grylls? What’s that cap he’s wearing? He doesn’t seem to have the $2 Sit Pad in his chair.

Thought you might get a chuckle out of that.

#30I watched the video. Sit Pads are for use in the wild only.

Emulating James, O’Keefe, the Center For Medical Progress says it has14 more videos.
Release video showing egregious wrong doing. Check.
Anticipate the defense that the video is “heavily edited” and release the unedited version almost simultaneously. Check.
Wait for the defenses to come out, then release more video showing that those are, in fact, lies. Up next.

Last night on the Ch 11 late news one of the newer reporters (don’t recall which) was introducing the ESPY awards segment that had a big pic of transformed Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner about to receive the courage award. She said that Caitlyn Gender (with a quick recovery to Jenner) had received the courage award. That was hysterical. Hope she didn’t suffer any blowback for that slip.

So when is the tranny Jenner gonna get its junk cut off?

Probably Las Vegas has several pools going on that very topic. 🙂

He quotes this:
Surveying the landscape in the summer of 1892, Ida B. Wells advised, that “the Winchester rifle deserved a place of honor in every Black home.” This was no empty rhetorical jab. She was advancing a considered personal security policy and specifically referencing two recent episodes where armed Blacks saved their neighbors from lynch mobs.
Twice within one month, lynch mobs formed, one in Paducah, Kentucky, another in Jacksonville, Florida. Square in their sights were hapless Negroes who were on track to the same fate as many others before them. But in both cases, the mobs were thwarted by armed Blacks, though the record demands some speculation about how many of their guns were actually Winchester rifles. Other similar episodes in Mississippi and Georgia confirmed for Ida Wells the importance of armed self-defense in an environment where the idea of relying on the state for personal security or anything else was an increasingly absurd proposition.
And there is no mention anywhere that the roots of gun control originated in Jim Crow era laws designed to disarm black Americans.

I thought getting the junk cut off was what the whole “bravery” thing was about—-

Bring it on.

I guess when you’re in your 60’s its acceptable to sneak around the grocery aisles stalking the Blue Bell man.

It’s BLUE. BELL!
Sheesh!

Now, if you think I’m worthy of Bear Grylls level outdoorsmanship because I sat on some ice cubes in my skivvies, my buddy Fronkey had an encounter last summer that will impress you. He also offers a sentiment at the end which some of us here can appreciate.

So when is the tranny Jenner gonna get its junk cut off?
LOL that just seems so appropriate in his case.
You have heard of the ice bucket challenge? How bout the Bruce Jenner challenge? Instead of pouring ice.

Arizona jihadis come to Texas and get their sh*t blown away.
Arizona jihadis come to Tennessee and murder 4 members of the U.S. military.
I suspect all these hundreds of military recruiting offices are going to be secured with armed MPs or moved to off street or upper floor locations with high security entrances like many jewelry dealers. I can’t imagine fortifying these typical strip center locations with bullet proof glass is going to happen. Even if they did, the Islamist jackasses will start doing suicide bombings.
It’s also highly likely none of these men and women were armed and they should be.

RE: My #52
I’m waiting for the connection between this shooter, Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, and Elton Simpson and Nadir Hamid Soofi of Arizona who assumed room temperature in Dallas lately.

I’m wondering how many infiltrated through the southern border?

I’d bet none

There are reports that the Arthur Ashe award was JennerCo’s idea and they threatened to cancel the Diane Sawyer interview if Disney didn’t agree to give it to him.

E = mc2
Albert Einstein, a brilliant genius as we all know, offered this remarkable formula:
Energy = Mass x Speed of Light squared.
Another lesser known of Einstein’s formulas postulated:
If you were to strip naked and run around in a circle at the speed of 299,792.458 kilometers per second (the speed of light), it could be possible for you to sodomize (screw) yourself!
Should you determine you are not physically capable of achieving that speed at your age, you can easily achieve the same result by voting Democratic in the next election.
-
55 BC
The shooter today was a naturalized citizen from Kuwait. Elton Simpson, of Dallas fame, was an American citizen and his partner, Nadir Hamid Soofi, was from Pakistan and was a former premed student at the University of Utah – citizenship status unknown.

60 Sarge
Fort Hood meant nothing to the Pentagon morons putting these young men and women at risk.
-
What better place to carry out jihad than a place where we announce publicly that the good guys are forbidden to carry arms?
-
#52; #61 – I’m betting that nothing changes. I don’t think the Pentagon morons are the problem – it’s happening at a higher level than that. Our CIC loves this stuff. Of course, he’s cleaned out all the real military senior officers and replaced them with gays and women (redundant?) so he doesn’t have to engage in lengthy discussions explaining his position.

#60 – too small to read it

Woops. -
I heard on the radio that there were No Guns Allowed window stickers all over that shopping center.

Have you ever wondered why all the flightless birds live in the Southern hemisphere?
-
Are there theories to explain that? I can’t think of an exception.
-
I would guess that in many cases it is a lack of predators on islands but that doesn’t explain ostriches and rheas or islands in the Northern hemisphere.
-
Has OBeelzebubama or Nikki Haley blamed the tragedy in Tennessee on the Confederate Battle Flag or the Dukes of Hazzard yet?
-
Found a link that says there used to be some flightless birds in the northern hemisphere but they’ve mostly gone extinct due to humans during the last 200 years. The Great Auk may still be around in small numbers.
-
What about snow birds? Oh never mind.
-
They take flights to Miami and Phoenix every winter, don’t they?
