The sketch for the new theme park looks like an artist’s conception for a government project. Along the lines of building a park as part of a Flood Control project. Maybe with a little landfill reclamation thrown in. In short, it doesn’t look like much fun. -

“Got” a raft doesn’t quite nail it. He abducted and raped his neighbor’s raft!!!

I heard on Eddddd Hendeeeee’s show this am that Justice Department employees filed expense reports to assist in Trayvon protests and rabble rousing. The former police chief refused to arrest Z because the evidence pointed to self defense, an act for which the chief was fired. On FoxNews I heard that the horribly biased judge in the case may now instruct the jury today that they can consider a variety of lesser charges. I am vehemently opposed to our government fanning the flames of racial hatred and division, using my tax dollars, all for perceived political gain. The very notion is appalling.

#6: The story indicates that this perv is a multiple offender of inflatables.
-
A couple was arrested for the woman flashing (showing her nude body) juveniles causing one to fall off of his bike. The
manmale perv was video-taping the incidents. His name is Nicholas Bowen, 61 years old. From the comments we have this lovely tidbit that was mysteriously missing from the news story:That’s the same Nicolas Bowen who is the Branch Chief at the State of California Department of Health Care Services. Way to go State of California. The States best at work for you.
Will he lose his job and his pension as a result of this obvious moral deficiency? Highly unlikely. Was he on the clock when the crimes against juveniles was committed?

Holder DOJ will re-arrest Zimmerman once Fla aquits him.
Zim will be charged with made up ‘criminal civil rights violations.’
that means ‘Hate Crime’ statutes.

If they try that, which I agree, they probably will/are probably planning on doing, it WILL tear this nation apart.
What Manson dreamed of doing , with the “HELTER SKELTER ”
murders, Obama and Holder will succeed at; a race war.

They have already had 20 FBI special agents in town going through Zimmerman’s life.
The Nazis could not have done a better job if Zimmerman were a Jew. -
Re the frivolous persecution of Zimmerman: The jury is scheduled to begin deliberations Fri afternoon. If they reach a quick verdict of not guilty on Fri evening, will we be looking at a weekend of riots in Sanford? Will the rage spread to other cities? Will there be a rash of random black on white shooting/muggings/violence nationwide?
Will the Dept of INJustice immediately file civil rights charges against Z? Will Z file civil suit against MSNBC and the Dept of INJustice for defamation of character, and serial violation of the civil rights of the defendant? Will the prosecution face charges of with holding evidence as they did with Ts cell phone and other evidence? -
I can’t believe even this administration is so stupid as to stir up the hornet’s nest by charging Z with something else. I would think they will be happy if this goes away.
Speaking of ethnic food. Japanese like shark. They’ll love this.

#15 Tex: The comments state that this movie is coming on SyFy tonight at 9. From the trailer it looks like one to watch with the guys and lots of beer. So ridiculously unreal as to be a comedy.
-
No verdict until Monday is my guess, even though it should be easy.Maybe thinking they’ll be less likely to riot during the week. They will also probably riot even if it’s some kind of guilty verdict. They have nothing better to do, it’s hot outside, and the justice department has their backs.

I am having a real hard time believing this study.
HEADLINE: Taking omega-3 fish oil supplements may increase the risk of aggressive prostate cancer by 70%
Is the problem the fish oil or the contaminants in the oil? Where in the ocean are the fish gathered, how close to known sources of toxic discharge is the harvest and migration route?
Something about this simply screams hype and BS. -
#17: Dya think the rioting will metastasize to other cities? Will this be the beginning of the race wars?
-
“Just when I didn’t think this case could get any more bizarre, the state is alleging child abuse?” West said. “This is outrageous. It’s outrageous the state would seek to do this at this time.”
-
When desperation sets in, idiocy begins.
Well, in this case, idiocy was rampant from the very beginning. -
#19: There may be limited stuff but I think the boys in hood have probably lost interest except for the locals. I haven’t seen the race baiters trying to stir anybody up unless I missed it.
-
There are so many grounds to appeal a guilty verdict that I can’t count them.
And no I’m not a lawyer, but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn. 🙂 -
Judge Rules Jury Can Consider Manslaughter Charge In Zimmerman Trial
So, obviously the state of
FlaCrackerville failed to prove the case for 2nd degree murder, now, after all the evidence has been heard, they want the jury to be able to consider a lesser charge of manslaughter when that was never given the chance to be specifically defended? The prosecutor and judge both need to be disbarred and barred from ever serving in a public capacity again. They have both pulled a Nifong. Let’s hope this jury was skillfully selected (by the defense) so that the honest verdict of NOT GUILTY will emerge and hopefully put a stop to this nonsense. -
Senate amnesty BS bill is unconstitutional due to the fact that it raises revenues and did not originate in the House. Harry ” The Pencil Necked Geek” Reid has not yet sent the bill to the House where it faces a “blue slip” rejection. So much for shamnesty and the future of Marco “the Puss” Rubio.

As your resident Creepy Ass Cracker I predict there will be isolated pockets of
riotinglooting in the Miami area and that will be about it for the state. Probably some in Los Angeles because those 20 year old TVs from the Rodney King riots just ain’t cuttin’ it any more. Rhymin’ Reverend Jesse Jackson and Al “The Conch” Sharpton will try their best to instigate and eventually Eric “Fast & Furious” Holder will charge Z with civil rights violation and we’ll have to listen to this for another three years. -

They will also probably riot even if it’s some kind of guilty verdict.
That has been my contention – the celebration of a guilty verdict would be much worse than the rioting of a not guilty decision.
-
“She (Nancy) doesn’t disappoint.”
Keep pumpin’ that sunshine!
Love it! -
Rush just asked the question, “Is anyone concerned that the white hispanics will riot if Z is found guilty?”
Good question. -

An actress wakes up to discover that Scientology is nothing but a power cult.
Exclusive: Actress Leah Remini quits Scientology after years of ‘interrogations’
/snip
Former Sea Org member Mike Rinder blogged this week that at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ 2006 wedding, Remini innocently asked where Miscavige’s wife, Shelly, was. Former Scientology Celebrity Centre head Tommy Davis scolded her, “You don’t have the [bleeping] rank to ask about Shelly.” Mrs. Miscavige reportedly hasn’t been seen in public since 2007.
As a result, Remini “was put through interrogations and blacklisted within the church that she donated millions to and that her family has spent their lives in. She was put through ‘thought modification’ for five years,” our source said. This scientology thing is one sick org.

I really detest it when a verbal ad starts playing on a website that is freshly opened. If I am listening to music I do not want to have to hunt for where the offending ad is to shut it off, having an ad start playing on top of my music is rude to say the least.

Ex-Sanford police chief: Zimmerman probe ‘taken away from us’.
“I upheld my oath,” Lee said. “I’m happy that at the end of the day I can walk away with my integrity.”
Asked whether he would do things differently given the opportunity, the 30-year veteran of law enforcement said there always are things he could change in hindsight, but he stands by the investigation.
At every turn in the 40-minute interview with CNN’s Howell, Lee doggedly defended his investigators, saying race never played a role in any decision and that his officers “conducted an unbiased review.” -
And you know I had to ask:
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
Answer:A woodchuck would chuck all the wood he could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
(According to the tongue twister, although the paper “The Ability of Woodchucks to Chuck Cellulose Fibers” by P.A. Paskevich and T.B. Shea in Annals of Improbable Research vol. 1, no. 4, pp. 4-9, July/August 1995, concluded that a woodchuck can chuck 361.9237001 cubic centimeters of wood per day.) -

Hammy, some good finds. Love the Paulie K article and the mainly butt-hurt comments from PK fangirls. I’ll have to spend more time with the W/A Analyser, when I can. Got an HOA meeting to attend tonight. I am going to meetings again since my nemesis on the board had a hissy fit and resigned. I’m not getting back into it, but just interested in how the current board is going to get back on track with work they should be doing for the subdivision.

Oh, and while I’m still being extremely careful, I’ve had mostly pain-free day. I’ve had a few “reminders,” but for the most part I’ve managed to maneuver and function in my limited fashion without much stress.
I’m still staying the chair as much as possible, and using the crutches any time I leave the chair. Cold packs are my constant companion. Still downing the pain/inflammation killers.
I’d jump for joy but I think that might be going a bit too far too soon. I’m settling for taking a leak without wincing. Too much.

At the meeting tonight, I got roped into getting some HOA supplies back from Crackpot/Nemesis. They need to retrieve the maintenance kit for the playground but none of them want to ask her, see her, or even email her.
