On Erf Day, some Occupoopers, well, let’s let the story tell ya
Readers may recall California’s Occufarm, an actual farm that was taken over by Occupy inactivists who wanted to turn it into … a farm. Here’s the latest:
May 9:
Mobilize tonight, May 9th-10th, for an entire night of farming …
May 10:
A bulldozer loomed on the edge of the farm for the majority of the morning.
May 10:
We continue to recieve overwhelming support from residents and community members. Gourmet pizzas, ice cream, wild mushroom quesadillas, and of course hundreds of gallons of donated water for our crops – we couldn’t do this without you. We’re resting up for a full day’s work, and hope to see all of you again tomorrow.
May 12:
Our farm is here to stay!
May 13:
Occupy the Farm protesters agreed Saturday to end their three-week encampment …
Dude. Down twinkles.

Almost a year ago, the San Antonio Express News published an Op Ed praising Joe Straus’ performance at the end of the last Legislative session. Let’s review.
In the fury of the current political moment, being reasonable is nothing to brag about.
That’s why House Speaker Joe Straus hasn’t said much about how he helped protect trees from development in the part of Bexar County outside San Antonio; killed a bill that would’ve given stressed-out, hormone-charged college students the right to carry guns; and stymied some of the more extreme anti-immigrant bills — all through the power of the speaker’s office.
If Gov. Rick Perry had left sanctuary cities off the special session agenda, Straus could’ve whispered to his Democratic colleagues that he had helped minimize harm to the state’s Latino residents.
But whisper he must. Injecting reason into the debate without leaving fingerprints requires finesse in these odd times. You do so by ruling on points of order, or by telling members of your own party things like: “I’m appointing you chairman of the Committee on Crazy Stuff That Ain’t Never Gonna Happen.”

America’s designated nanny, Michael Bloomberg, is heading to California to urge them to raise taxes on tobacco to fund cancer research.
Like that would actually happen. First, they wouldn’t get anywhere near the money they are projecting; second, the money would get spent on something else totally unrelated to cancer.

On the Catholic university in Steubensville dropping insurance coverage, this is EXACTLY what Obama and the Democrats want. Once private organizations start refusing to comply with onerous and unconstitutional Obamacare regulations they will be on their way to a single payer health care system run by the federal government. Let’s hope the SCOTUS kills the whole thing next month.

Deb Fischer won in Nebraska last night.
Sarah Palin’s statement on the victory.
As recently as a week ago, Deb Fischer was dismissed by the establishment. Why? Because she is not part of the good old boys’ permanent political class. The message from the people of Nebraska is simple and powerful: America is looking for real change in Washington, and commonsense conservatives like Deb Fischer represent that change. I applaud Moms like Deb Fischer who are bold enough to step up and run on a conservative platform to restore America and protect our children’s future. Congratulations to the people of Nebraska. As the Huskers’ fight song goes: “The eyes of the land, upon every hand, are looking at you. Fight on for victory!”

Remember the hubbub over Valerie Plame? The alleged “spy” who was “outed” by Scooter Libby, but was already widely known to be a CIA employee since she blabbed about it to anyone who was within earshot? The one who suffered absolutely no ill effects from this “outing” whatsoever?
It seems that the CIA is genuinely furious over the leak of the foiled underwear bomb plot II: the sequel a couple of weeks ago. Turns out, it was not a CIA operation that uncovered the plot; it was a British operation, using a British-placed asset. The leak not only brought the successful operation to a premature end, but actually – not figuratively – not imaginatively – endangered the asset’s life.
Naturally, the Brits are also furious.
Now who would leak such information to the press to score some cheap political points?

I have been in complete agreement with Jonathan Tobin since the beginning of this charade. I abhor the use of the legal system to destroy political opponents with specious charges when they can’t be defeated at the polls. There are plenty of examples – Scooter Libby, Tom DeLay, Kay Bailey Hutchison to name just a few Republicans. Democrats are not immune either.
This trial is just one act in the bread and circuses theater of high profile lynchings of political figures served up by the U.S. Department of Justice. I am certain there is some hyper-ambitious asst. attorney general looking to supercharge their career with this case.
Jonathan Tobin explains why Jonathan Edwards should be acquitted on all counts.
The irony here is that although John Edwards is the quintessential sleazy politician who has earned the public’s scorn, his trial will actually be a crucial test of a key principle: Whether the Justice Department can interpret the byzantine and vague campaign finance laws so as to treat virtually anything a candidate gets as an official contribution that can be regulated. The case illustrates a fundamental principle of the legal system that demands that even the most loathsome of citizens deserves the same protections and rights as the most righteous. Though Americans may well think Edwards deserves a possible sentence of up to 30 years and $1.5 million in fines for his reprehensible conduct toward his late wife, he must be acquitted if we are to prevent the government from assuming more power that it could use against worthier citizens.
Tobin wrote again yesterday on the travesty these charges and this trial represent:
This truth was brought home today in court when the judge ruled the defense couldn’t present as a witness a former head of the Federal Elections Commission who was prepared to testify that Edwards’s actions that are alleged by the government to be crimes, were, in fact, not violations of the law. In spite of the inexplicable decision to exclude that rather pertinent piece of evidence, the defense was able to present the testimony of the chief financial officer of his campaign, who pointed out that the FEC actually approved the records submitted by his 2008 presidential effort. That renders the prosecutors’ attempt to claim the failure to report the money a prominent supporter donated to help cover up his affair was a crime a legal absurdity. The day’s events make it more clear than ever what is going on in this case is not just a typical example of prosecutorial overreach in which the government seeks to make an example of an unpopular rich person. Rather, it is an unprincipled and dangerous attempt to extend the reach of an already ambiguous set of laws in order to criminalize campaign donations.
As despicable and reprehensible as John Edwards may be, further corrupting our system of justice to create a spectacle of public humiliation is wrong and will return to haunt us all in the future.

Deb Fischer is a 61 year old wife and mother of three sons. She and her husband have run a cattle ranch on the Snake River in northern Nebraska for 40 years. Fischer didn’t manage to complete her college degree until she was 37, most likely because she was too busy doctoring calves, fixing fences, hauling hay and herding three little boys.
The Fischers are from Valentine, Nebraska, population of which is 2,820. Wife, mother, cattlewoman, teacher and this is only her third election of any kind.
I don’t think we’ll be hearing any witchcraft stories about her. Deb is my kind of people.

I found a voter’s guide. I found the following answers interesting (I’m still reading):
Question 13:
Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.Cruz’s answer:
God Constitution Voters Congress and the Supreme Court (and the President) – each is a co-equal branch of government under the Constitution
Dewhurst’s answer:
God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court
I did not know that Dewhurst worked in the CIA. Interesting.

Palin is inconsequential. Not.Palin Effect: Fischer Wins Nebraska Primary
by Mike Flynn 8 hours ago
Just two weeks ago, the battle for the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate seat in Nebraska was between state Attorney General Jim Bruning and state Treasurer Don Stenburg. Neither inspired the growing base of conservative voters. They were, to be charitable, standard conservative-ish career politicians. Mama Grizzly Sarah Palin shook up the race with a late endorsement of state Senator Debby Fischer. It made all the difference.
I follow politics very closely, yet I hadn’t heard of the Fischer candidacy until Palin’s endorsement. National tea party groups like FreedomWorks had put all their resources behind Stenburg, with nary a thought about Fischer. A good reminder that these groups aren’t as plugged into the grassroots as they like to claim.
A wind of change is blowing through the nation. Fischer’s nomination tells us that voters are rejecting the tired ‘politics as usual’ messaging of most candidates. Be fearless. Have courage. Stand for something.
Sarah Palin gets it. Here’s hoping the national GOP gets it too.http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/05/15/palin-effect-fischer-wins-nebraska-primary
And some interesting comments:“Probably the last person you’d expect to cite Sarah Palin favorably is Noam Chomsky. Yet in an interview with the Leftist news organization Democracy Now, Chomsky did precisely that, saying Palin was right to mock Obama for his lack of substance.
“I don’t usually admire Sarah Palin,” Chomsky said, “but when she was making fun of this ‘hopey changey stuff,’ she was right, there was nothing there.”’
from the blaze
I wonder if McConnell and Boehner are starting to realize the days of handing us a “CRAP” sandwich are over!! These boys are about to learn what it’s like to face a House and Senate full of “Conservatives”!!!! -

21 Texpat,
I agree! What burns me is the total waste of government resources doing these modern day witch hunts, when there are actors out there doing actual harm to others and not being proscecuted.
Edwards is a totally despicable excuse for a man. Does anyone actually believe he will ever be able to run for office again even if he beats the rap?

MoveOn: DNC Pulling Out of Wisconsin Recall
by Mike Flynn 13 hours ago
Bad economic data aside, 2012 may just shape up to be the best year ever for conservatives. Since last week, I have reported that the Wisconsin Recall election is moving firmly in Scott Walker’s direction. Big Labor’s preferred candidate, Kathleen Falk, was trounced in last week’s Democrat primary. Scott Walker, who Big Labor assured us was universally despised, got almost as many votes as all the Democrats combined. This afternoon, we learn that the DNC has wisely decided not to waste a dime on the recall.
The news came from a panicked email from MoveOn.org:
BREAKING NEWS FROM WISCONSIN: The Democratic National Committee isn’t investing in the massive get out the vote effort in Wisconsin to recall Scott Walker.
Wisconsin is ground zero for Democrats this summer—and there are only three weeks before Election Day—which is why this breaking news just doesn’t make sense.
I hope the national GOP and the Romney campaign absorb this lesson. The left, through their mouthpieces in the media can talk a big game, but at the end of the day there is just no there, there.

Czech Republic Observer: The Danger To America Is Not Barack Obama But The Fools Who Elected Him
“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting an inexperienced man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama Presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their President. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their President.”

“The message that I want to send through this exercise is that we have developed the right partners throughout the region and across the world … insuring that we have the ability to … meet challenges that are coming to our nations,” Tovo said.So we have this coalition of nations engaging in war games/exercises and Israel is not invited to participate; who are these nations practicing to go to war against? Jose Lopez Portillo was hounded out of the presidency in Mexico in 1982, a few years before I started doing business there, but the people of Mexico were still talking about him when I arrived. Lopez Portillo was the epitome of the rotten to the bone corrupt politician and the Mexican people passionately hated him.
Before he left office, the press had nicknamed him El Perro. My friends in Mexico City told me whenever he would appear in public, in a store or restaurant, everyone would stop and start barking at him like dogs. It got so bad he had to leave Mexico and spend the rest of his life in seclusion in his La Jolla, California mansion.
I envision a similar life for John Edwards. Hoping anyway.

Chill out, man. Do you honestly think Israel wants to participate in exercises with forces they may be fighting tomorrow ? Revealing their level of training, tactics and technical expertise is the last thing they want to do. Israel has always relied on letting their enemies believe they are much less capable than perceived.
The US has troops and substantial military assets already in Israel and they are training constantly with the IDF.
This whole exercise is as much political theater as it is military practice, all for the benefit of the Iranians. Make them fell isolated. Israel is patiently watching, not worried about playing war with these mooks.

I heard the stories. My main associate and sales rep in Mexico was a well connected attorney from a moderately wealthy family. She knew a number of the real players and was a childhood friend of the attorney general. We had lunch with him one day and he told me about the enormous heist of Museo Nacional de Antropología in Chapultepec Park.
It seems there were huge collections of priceless pre-Columbian artifacts not on display, but housed in storage areas of the facility. During the reign of Lopez Portillo, a burglary using 18 wheelers looted the museum and hauled it off to the airport tarmac at Mexico City’s airport. It was loaded on Saudi Arabian military aircraft which left before dawn. The police guards, witnesses and anyone who asked questions vanished or were thrown in prison. The AG told me everyone knew El Perro sold the artifacts for millions to some Saudi prince, but it could never be proven. The Museo Nacional de Antropología is a huge source of national pride for the Mexican people and they haven’t forgotten to this day.

My next door neighbor here in Bergen County is an ex-pat from DeKalb, Illinois. We share our horror stories of living in a somewhat strange place.
Anyway, his daughter is graduating from a prestigious nursing program here and has juggled several part-time jobs while going to school. One of them has been as a nanny two days a week for a wealthy couple, high powered financial execs in Manhattan, who live in an exclusive enclave in Englewood Cliffs, NJ by the Hudson River. It’s only about 15 minutes from here.
My neighbor’s daughter came home and told her father she had been out in the front yard with the child she cares for when the guy who lives across the street came over and started talking to her. She said the guy kept going on and on, leaping from one subject to another until she decided he might be a little crazy. Finally, she told him she was going inside, but it didn’t faze him. Tha man stood there and kept talking even as she closed the front door and was still talking as if she were still there when she looked out the window. She decided for sure the guy was nuts.
When her employers’ came home, she asked them who the guy was that lives across the street and they said…
Oh, him, that’s Geraldo Rivera.

36 Tex,
The Chapultepec Castle was the site of Mexico’s equivalent of the Alamo. It was essentially a military academy for young boys at the time of the 1848 Mexican-American War.
The students defended the castle and were virtually wiped out as a result. Ironically, the battle is also celebrated by the U.S. Marines (From the Halls of Montezuma). The red stripe worn on the Dress Blue Trousers of Marine NCO’s and Officers honors the nearly complete loss of Marine NCO’s and Officers taking the castle.
This is first time that I have heard the story of the looted museum. I wish that I can say I was shocked, but I have worked in Mexico for years, althought thankfully most of the time in the Yucatan or in Tampico. It is sad to see a country be so consistently be looted by it’s leaders.

Back in my programming days, I worked for a major computer consulting firm. I was talking to some of the consultants about their job in Mexico City, working for some government agency, or possibly Pemex. Anyway, they talked a lot about the corruption and the Mexican work schedule/ethic, which tended to wreak havoc on our company’s work schedules. Then they gave me a an example of the corruption:
They were testing a system inside a building, trying to figure out why there were so many problems with the computers talking to each other. The signal was either too weak, or arrived corrupted, but the different offices were well within decent distance from each other, and the cables inside the offices appeared to be in good condition. They began following the cables through the walls and found . . .
. . . a room FULL of cable. Side to side, floor to ceiling. Rolls and rolls and rolls and rolls and rolls of cable. It seems that a contractor could make more money by selling more cable as part of his installation, and I’m sure someone got a kickback for letting him do so. So the computer signal would enter the room, circle around and around and around and around and around these rolls of cable, sitting on top of each other, and finally exit the room to the next connection.
I could still see the disbelief on their faces as they told me the story.

I made the trip in the 90’s when I was there in meetings with Pemex and I have to agree with you. FWIW, the USMC teaches the History of the Corps to each and every new member (recruit). The story of the battle of the castle is one of the most revered stories in the Corps.
President Harry Truman was the first U.S. President to recognize the “Tomb of the Angels” with a wreath on the anniversary of the battle.

Greeks pulled 800+ billion euros out of Greek banks on Monday, now some of the Greek banks are in a negative equity position.
HEADLINE: Exclusive: ECB stops operations with some Greek banks
(Reuters) – The European Central Bank has stopped providing liquidity to some Greek banks as they have not been successfully recapitalized, the ECB said on Wednesday, confirming news earlier reported exclusively by Reuters.
It is becoming increasingly likely that Greece will default completely before the end of the month, they may not last till the end of the week.

Hazarding a guess, but in some seriously tenuous way it might have something to do with an attempt to match the influence of Ted’s father’s journey from Cuba’s tyranny to freedom in America and his success after that. I do not pretend to fathom such a parallel between the fathers. It does not compute. Surely both deserve admiration for their individual feats.

Many American bombers missed their targets up to as much as five miles inland due to the thick cloud cover…….Rockets which were fired from offshore destroyers landed short killing thousands of fish, but not any Germans. Artillery from US battleships slammed the tops of the bluffs of Omaha, and sailed into the adjacent towns, but not did not successfully accomplish their goals of destroying targets on the beachhead such as enemy pillboxes, artillery, and machine gun positions

Even if you’ve never heard of Dunn, you’ve heard a lot of his playing. That’s him easing into Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay.” Those are his monster arpeggios chugging along under Wilson Pickett’s “Midnight Hour.” It’s his syncopation at the bottom of Sam and Dave’s “Hold On, I’m Comin’.” And that’s him in The Blues Brothers, too. As a member of Booker T. and the MG’s, the house band at Stax, he played on most of the great Memphis soul hits. (Ironically, though, he didn’t play on the band’s most famous tune, “Green Onions”—he joined the band two years after it was recorded.) His most obvious peer was James Jamerson, a long-standing member of the Motown backing band. But Jamerson was melodic and intricate, relying on subtle passing notes and elaborate syncopation. Dunn was a riff-master, staying close to the triad of each cord and sticking to the bottom of the register. It’s much simpler, but it’s never blunt or bludgeoning.

Beggar. Effective. Even if I don’t pick her up and pet her, I feel like I’m so mean.
I’m mean.
She’s had TWO neck-kneading sessions (the first one was long and intense), the neck junkie! I know she has food and water and a clean litter box. I gave her a petting session this morning, and now I have work to do.
But I feel so mean. Her other nickname is PP Cat. Pitiful & Pathetic.

#54 Shannon: I am not really so irritated with his father (not at all actually), they did the best they could with what they had. That being said, the bombings success level was far less than exemplary; so how does a less than spectacular result of a bombing raid over 50 years ago have anything whatsoever to do with today and Dewcrust’s ambitions for higher office? DD mentions it to try to evoke the patriotism and warm feelings that one would rightly feel for a soldier/airman/sailor in those incredibly difficult times and hopes some of that will rub off on him. I find the attempt to “borrow” some of his father’s glory extremely distasteful and illustrative of his (lack of) character. To bring up his father’s war experiences as a campaign gimmick instead of focusing on what he, himself has actually done in business and in politics impedes clarity. One only impedes clarity when one has something to hide.

Most (all?) flights here from the US stop somewhere to at least gas up. My flights atop at Narita. Houston-Minneapolis ~2.5hr. Minneapolis-Narita ~12.5hr. Narita-Singapore ~7hr. That’s ~22hr on the airplane en route. Add a couple more taxiing around and boarding, and you’re up to almost 24. Throw in layovers and getting to the airport early and you’re in the 28-30hr area.

I wanna see the pretzel-twisting the Dems will surely perform to say this is the Republicans’ fault:
President Obama’s budget suffered a second embarrassing defeat Wednesday, when senators voted 99-0 to reject it.
Coupled with the House’s rejection in March, 414-0, that means Mr. Obama’s budget has failed to win a single vote in support this year.

Some interesting background, six days ago, on the Nebraska Republican Senate primary from Aaron Blake at WaPo’s The Fix.
The only nationally prominent endorsement Deb Fischer, a non-Tea Party candidate, received was from Sarah Palin.
One Republican consultant who supports Stenberg says the efforts to boost him have largely failed, and he has slipped into third place, but that the anti-Bruning campaign spearheaded by the Club for Growth has successfully brought down Bruning’s numbers, forced Bruning and Stenberg to battle, and Fischer has shot the gap.
The Club and the Senate Conservatives Fund have combined to spend more than $2 million on the race, with the Club opposing Bruning and the SCF propping up Stenberg.
After previously running ads against Stenberg, Bruning’s campaign is now up with an ad targeting both of his top opponents — a sign of Fischer’s momentum.
“…Deb Fischer is picking up the pieces that are falling from Bruning’s campaign,” said the Stenberg supporter.

You can read it without clearance (its not classified anyway) here at Global Security, which is the go-to place for this kind of thing.
The relevant portion is (I’ve added some explanations and translated the acronyms):
OBJECTIVES1-13. The objectives of I/R operations are to process, handle, care for, account for, and secure—
■EPWs. (Enemy Prisoners of War)
■CIs. (CIVILIAN INTERNEE. A CI is a person who is interned during armed conflict or occupation if he is considered a security risk or if he needs protection because he committed an offense (insurgent, criminal) against the detaining power. A CI is protected according to the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (GC), 12 August 1949
■RPs. (RETAINED PERSON. An RP is an enemy who falls within one of the following categories:
■A person who is a member of the medical service of an enemy armed force.
■A medical person exclusively engaged in—
■Searching, collecting, transporting, or treating wounded or sick personnel.
■Preventing disease.
■Administering a medical unit or establishment.
■A chaplain attached to an enemy armed force.
■A member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) or another voluntary aid organization. The organization must be duly recognized and authorized by its government. The staff may be employed in the same duties as medical personnel if the organization is subject to military laws and regulations.
■ODs. (OTHER DETAINEE. A person in the custody of US armed forces who has not been classified as an EPW (Article 4, GPW), an RP (Article 33, GPW), or a CI (Article 78, GC) is treated as an EPW until a legal status is ascertained by competent authority.
■DCs. (DISLOCATED CIVILIAN. A DC is a civilian who left his home for various reasons. His movement and physical presence can hinder military operations. He most likely requires some degree of aid (medicine, food, shelter, or clothing). A DC may not be native to the area (local populace) or to the country where he resides. A DC is a generic term that is further subdivided into the following categories:
■US military prisoners. (Members of the US Military held for prosecution for criminal acts, or those convicted of those acts.)

#75 Couchmaster: The link to the publication is here: The info came to me via the comments in the link we each posted. The reason why you can’t get onto the pub on that sites is that all pubs there are accessible only by service members, not necessarily because they are classified.. Like I said, anytime you need to read a military publication, go to GlobalSecurity.org.

I haven’t got a copy of Scary Terry Lowry’s Link Letter this year. That’s my go-to guide. It provides me with a list of people I most likely don’t want to vote for.

I asked spouse (K5LJ) if he’d seen it, and he had. He thought it was clever nevermind that it is not a real transmitter. As for moi, I think it has much more cachet than a real transmitter in a tuna can. 🙂

It seems that David Dewhurst has nothing to lose by his quest for the nomination for US Senator–except time, energy, and $$$, plenty of $$$. He has not to my knowledge resigned as Texas Lt. Governor, and if he does not gain the nomination life goes on uninterrupted in that office since he is in midterm.
OTOH, if he gains the nomination he must resign and the office becomes vacant, to be filled by the Texas Senate making an interim appointment to serve the unexpired term. Dan Patrick was explaining this on KSEV Monday morning, and he is interested if there is a vacancy. He has endorsed Dewhurst for the US Senate. I believe there is a connection somewhere here. 🙂

While the Kennedy family may be blessed with political acumen and a fawning press, they are cursed in personal matters.
By Radar Staff
Police were called to the home of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in New York after his wife Mary Kennedy was found dead Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
A source says Mary committed suicide, but RadarOnline.com has yet to confirm that information.

Lt. Dickan of the Bedford PD confirmed that a deceased body was removed from the home and Radar has confirmed that the Westchester County Medical Examiner has Mary’s body.
“There was a phone call made from the home requesting assistance for a death at that location,” Dickan told RadarOnline.com. “This is an unattended death investigation. That means no one was there when the person died.”

“There was an EMT vehicle outside the home about an hour ago,” a neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous, exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
“We deeply regret the death of our beloved sister Mary, whose radiant and creative spirit will be sorely missed by those who loved her,” a family representative tells RadarOnline.com. “Our heart goes out to her children who she loved without reservation. We have no further comment at this time.”

Mary Richardson Kennedy’s attorney Patricia Hennessey tells RadarOnline.com, “No one knows anything right now. The family knows she died sometime today and we are waiting on fuller information as soon as we can. The family is making arrangements.”
As for suicide, Hennessey says, “That’s not anything I know or anyone knows.”

The famed Kennedy was married to Mary for 16 years, before filing for divorce in May 2010. The couple has four children together.
Mary lived at the family home in Mount Kisco, New York while Robert spent the majority of his time in Los Angeles.

Another source, close to Robert tells RadarOnline.com: “Mary was in a very dark place recently. Robert tried to help her all he could but it was difficult or him to be around her. Robert is committed to his sobriety but Mary had chosen a whole different path to take.”
Mary was charged with driving under the influence in May 2010 by the Bedford, New York police after she failed a number of sobriety tests and her blood alcohol level registered at 0.11. The incident occurred just three days after Robert filed for divorce.

“Robert still supported Mary and was there for her whenever he could be, but he had pretty much moved on,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “He has been dating Cheryl Hines for a while now and they are very happy together.”
RFK Jr., 58, is the son of former Sen. Robert Kennedy and the nephew of President John F. Kennedy.
Story developing…
I would have simply linked to the story but there was a racy, non Granny Hammy approved photo at the bottom of the page.

I think Cruz and Dewhurst should both be castrated for the campaigns they’re running.
At least that’s being an equal opportunist.

Ok, I’m sure each of you has waited breathlessly all day for my contribution to our collective pool of knowledge. Well, the long wait is over, Hamsters. Squawkie should like this since feet are involved, considering his fetish.
It looks to me like the “frawked up” feet are prolly due to a lifetime of wearing fashionable female footwear.

Up here in the ‘hood, it’s common knowledge SJP’s regular haunts on Columbia Circle and down in SoHo and the Flatiron District all keep equine canvas feedbags in the kitchen for her.
For the life of me, I’ll never understand how such a homely, horse-faced woman of no talent managed to carve out a multi-million dollar career.
Absolutely baffling.
