Anyone who votes for or supports Ron Paul is the consummate “sheeple”. They are so desperate for someone to lead them they will follow the first charlatan that comes along.

The salient point in the link, I think, was the last three paragraphs wherein the Assistant Secretary of the Army responded on behalf of Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta to a 14-year-old high school girl who is disappointed by the style of headgear issued to JROTC students. Rather than ignoring her completely or referring her to her JROTC superior as… Read more »

#16 Sarge: I was in the ROTC at Sam Houston State Teachers College when it was required for all male students. That may have nearly killed me when I reported to USMC boot camp in San Diego. By virtue of some knowledge of close order drill plus a little bit of college credit I was made a squad leader. That… Read more »

#19 Darren: In 2009 during his son’s Senate campaign apparently someone asked Congressman Paul a pertinent question and received a stunning answer: And so I asked Congressman Paul: if he were President of the United States during World War II, and as president he knew what we now know about the Holocaust, but the Third Reich presented no threat to… Read more »

The TSA is desperately trying to get their funding increased and convince Americans that they are in fact worthy of their existence. We also had a good Christmas. I was the solo kitchen for help for my Dad on Christmas Eve, so it was seven hours of chopping, peeling, slicing, and hand-in-very-cold-ricotta cheese-and-egg mixture for the lasagna. We got the eggplant in its batter, waiting to be fried, had the elements ready to build the lasagna, and all the ingredients purchased for… Read more »

Eric dondero used to work for Ron Paul and if memory serves correctly, he’s been known to use some higly vulgar words to talk about Ron Paul in the past. This article he explains his view of Ron Paul methodically. I found it soothing and concise. Is Ron Paul a “racist.” In short, No. I worked for the man for… Read more »

Happy Boxing Day, indeed!!!!! Christmas was a blessed event this year. The morning spent with my wife and daughter and an afternoon with the extended family (almost 30 people!) culminating in a massive feast: Roast Turkey, Baked ham, Rib Eye steaks (cooked over mesquite), gingered carrots, mashed potatoes w/gravy, caesar salad w/habanero caesar dressing, green bean casserole, pulled pork tamales,… Read more »

I had some very sad news last night by way of Facebook. While I was opening my presents on Christmas Eve, one of my best friend’s mother died in the hospital that night. Wagonburner “candid sweet taters” So they’re especially prone to telling the unvarnished truth? After seeing my mistake I kinda’ figured that you’d catch that. And mharper42; Hmm, as recently as Thanksgiving, weren’t these being denigrated as “yams of sorrow”? I don’t care, I like ‘em and I bet Dave has a special recipe. No special recipe I just fix them… Read more »

#5 – SD – ’twas a Dodge Ram pikkemup that crossed the double yellow wanting to pass…………he was prolly moving 55 or so – if you’re familiar with the Honda Gold Wing – a Valkrye is basically a G Wing with less bodywork and a hotter cam – what likely kept me alive is that BIG flat head 6 sticking… Read more »

Not one, but two pot roasts slow cooked with taters and onions and carrots and peppers, a ham, fresh roasted asparagus, green beans, rice and gravy, chocolate cake, angel food cake, pumpkin pie and enough coffee to sink a wrecked motorcycle. What a feast at the clan gathering this year!

He may not be anti-semetic on a personal level, but given an answer like that, it’s obvious he has little use for the Jewish race.
