As German Chancellor Angela Merkel acknowledges what all Europeans know but don’t want to admit – multiculturalism is a complete failure – Thomas Sowell points out it’s a lesson that should not be ignored by America:

This is not a lesson for Germany alone. In countries around the world, and over the centuries, peoples with jarring differences in language, cultures and values have been a major problem and, too often, sources of major disasters for the societies in which they co-exist.

Half of this country knows this. Probably more than half, but the ones that do know it but won’t admit it prefer to label the rest as xenophobes. Multiculturalism is dead. Long live the Melting Pot!

Re: #104

Wow, 3 dislikes. It can get boring with everyone singing with the choir, the anti-choir voice can break up the droning ……. just sometimes maybe the anti-choir could find a different song.

Speaking of drones ……look up Bobby! 😛

If you are not paying attention to what’s happening in France as she tried to deal with her overextended commitments to the public unions and reduce benefits, you need to watch. This is not an isolated incident – it’s what the union thugs will do here as we try to reign in our own spending. This is serious folks.

#88 HammiePanties, I don’t recall ever saying that you abused your authoritah, so I’m not quite sure where or how you would come up with such an odd notion.
